I would definitely buy from here again! We bought a Mazda RX8 online and had it delivered to Ohio. We purchased the car on a Saturday and they had it picked up first thing Monday morning!! So fast and easy. They are very pleasant and honest!! They told us every little detail of the car! We love the car! It is top notch(for the year). Thank you again!

This was a really nice place to buy from! I was helped by Darius who was great to work with, and so far I've been pretty happy with the 2010 Honda Fit I bought (pretty happy mainly because I still miss things about the old one that got totaled, not because I've had a bad experience with the Honda so far). Darius was incredibly patient with how long I took to make a decision and he never tried to pressure me into making the purchase, but still made sure I was aware there was also someone coming to look at the car the next morning so there was a chance it could be gone soon. He even looked up aftermarket options for a center console when I was concerned about the Honda not having one, and found one for a reasonable price. The buying process itself was fantastic, and I really appreciated that they took care of getting my plate transferred and everything with my car's registration and title, so I don't have to deal with the Secretary of State business at all.The only things that are a little cause for concern so far are 1. There appears to be a weird grinding noise, almost like something is dragging on the pavement, that happens when backing up or just driving sometimes that I don't remember hearing when test driving it, but we can't see anything that might be dragging underneath so it could just be a weird creaking noise of the car. But also2. A day or two into purchasing the car, a rather unpleasant mildew smell started up that I'm pretty sure is coming from the carpeted flooring. I question if it was always there and they just aired the car out before I test drove it, since it does more or less go away pretty quickly when the doors are open. My guess, though, is that it started up due to a literal puddle of water being on the floor of the backseat when I first checked out the car to test drive it. Darius had definitely been confused how it got there, and guessed it was because after they detail the inside of their cars they leave the windows cracked for it to air dry, and then there was heavy rain overnight/the following morning. They did make sure all the water was vacuumed out before I bought it, but I have a feeling the puddle and probable other moisture from the rain getting in is the reason for the mildew smell.I'm hoping a good carpet cleaning, some Lysol, and some Febreeze will help to get rid of the smell for good, because I was not expecting to deal with a bad car smell when buying this car. Besides those two things--mostly the second one--it was an overall really good experience and I'd still recommend buying from here!

God said double for my trouble! And vengeance shall be mine! I should have knew when I didn't give much information that they were playing me! Just got the car last August! Had to put new rotors on it brakes .My fuel system , Went down 2 months later end October . Now broken rear seal 2,000 and get this my timing chain is going bad too. I literally go to work and home! You can check the mileage from when I got it. There's no reason why all these problems are happening. Within a 6-month span. If you claim you inspect your cars to the fullest! I am not boo boo the fool you cannot just tell me anything! Then they claim they inspect their cars to the best. So you mean to tell me when you sell the car you didn't know that the fuel system or rotors was bad! was going bad.The rotors wasn't going bad in the back. And then get this! The car was originally $8,000 and some change. They went up on me $2,000 right before signing! I miss all the red flags... My dad just passed ! And my mindset was not where it's supposed to be. If that wasn't shady. And I'm sitting here till this day thinking the nerve of them to go to 2000 up. Like they knew that this car is the best thing since sliced bread! Better Crazy thing about it I'm about my business I was so ready to pay this car off! Just like the other four cars I've paid off! Nobody cares about you being a good person ! Because I need my car and I can't depend on anybody else ! I'll be catching the bus 2 hours on the way home and I could have just paid the car off. Instead of putting all this money into this car. They very weird. You would think that they would want to do (right by people )so if I wanted to pay it off instead of putting all this money into it I can pay it off and upgrade. Clearly I won't be going back there! Y'all be careful and make sure y'all get your car inspected yourself . My dad just passed! And I did not make the right decision. All I know is you can't do wrong by people, KAMRA IS REAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Brian Watson was very professional and to the point. The car has very competitively priced and there was no hidden cost. First time I ever bought a car and there was no add on charges in the final price. When I need to buy another vehicle, this will definitely be the 1st place I look.

Absolutely would reccommed Capital Auto Sales. Worked with Brian on purchasing my 2017 Buick Envision. He was very patient and let us look over different options thoroughly without trying to make us feel like just a sale. He was very informative about the warranty options and took his time with explaining the car feautures and warranty options he reccommended. The staff and professionalism was great. My car runs smooth and great and I feel extra secure with our 3 year warranty they offer through their 3rd party. Will definetly reccomend others to come here to shop for a reliable, nice used car for an affordable price.

Bought the car back in October and it had transmission issues, which Paradise promptly fixed since I just bought the vehicle. Two months later, service engine litht comes on and it turns out that I have an Evap leak and might have to replace the fuel tank. A mechanic at a state facility told me that the last repair on the exhaust, which I assume was made right before the sale, was pretty much a patch job. I m down 1,000 dollars in repairs and have had the vehicle for 4 months. Quite unacceptable.

it s one thing to sell a used car and part ways, it s another to maintain a working relationship to ensure client safety and satisfaction. I bought a used 2010 Nissan Altima, and these folks were nothing but transparent in their business. After dozens of hours spent scouring Facebook marketplace and various dealership websites, I knew I was in good hands when I spoke with these folks. From the day of the test drive to the days I bring the vehicle back with service concerns, these people have been awesome!! If you are looking for a group of professionals to help take care of you and get you into a new/used car, come see capital city auto sales!!

Brian and the guys at Capitol Auto Sales saved me a few headaches after the total loss of my previous vehicle. They had a vehicle very similar to the one I had to let go, but in better condition than the previous vehicle had been before colliding with a deer, and at a similar price point to the previous one. Brian messaged me in the evening very soon after I had chatted with CarGurus(?).The day after State Farm declared a total loss, I was driving its replacement. Fare thee well, Encore. Long live the Encore.

I change my status from appreciate to non-appreciation!!!Purchase a car paid cash and had nothing but problems with it,Yes they tried to fix it but as always something else goes bad and then another and another and another. Been waiting for my title for almost 5 months. Would not recommend anyone buying a car from this place

Joseph and his staff are amazing. My husband and I found them about 7 years ago and we have bought several cars. I love their honesty.We walked in there once with $1000 and a lot of desperation. Joseph pointed us to a sedan and said he could help us out. He told us right away that it may not last very long and he would be surprised if it made it through the summer (it was April). The car lasted over a year and by the time it did die, we had a little bit more money for the next one.Every time we go to him I feel like I'm going to visit a friend and not a used car salesman.We just went and got a new car a couple weeks ago and it was another great experience. Demetrius, that met us, was wearing a mask and wiped down every surface with disinfectant wipes. Even though they had been forced to close for three weeks because of COVID 19 he was sure to get everything that we might touch.My husband and I hate to have a car payment, so we usually pay cash with our tax returns. We tell him how much we have and he takes care of us. My biggest concern this time was room for my son, who just hit 6'2", is still growing and plays tuba. Even in my old Rendezvous he was cramped in the back seat, especially if the tuba had to go with us. While I was looking at SUVs with way too many miles on them and awful MPG, Joseph pulled out a Minivan that he just gotten. He told me right away that there was some rust on the sliding doors, but that he had driven it and thought it was a nice car.Two weeks later, I love it. It's got plenty of room for all of us, gets decent gas mileage and was actually less than our budget.Once again, Joseph found exactly what we needed and didn't try to talk us into something that was too expensive. While he does remind us that they are happy to finance a car if desired, he completely respects that we choose not to finance.I know this was long and I hope that you read to the end because this place is the exception to all negative stereotypes about used car dealerships. Joseph and his staff really are wonderful!!!!Since I could not put a new review on Google, I decided to just update this one. My husband and I recently purchased our sixth car from Capital Auto Sales. I know that the term, "used car salesman", has typically been an insult. Joseph and his crew are the exception to this rule. We have always had an amazing experience with them. Yesterday, when my husband and I were in there, Darius helped us out. He got us an incredible deal on an incredible car that matched every qualification we wanted. If you go in there and they don't have what you want, they are eager and happy to look for what you want at the auctions that they go to. My husband and I like to pay cash for our cars when we get our tax returns in the spring. However, Joseph and his staff are wonderful at financing and finding you a monthly payments that works for your budget. If you are looking for a used car, they should definitely be your first stop. Their honesty and integrity impresses me every time I'm there. We have been getting cars from them for at least a decade and plan to continue for at least another one.Still Can't figure out how to put up a new post, but the guys at Capitol Auto are still doing an amazing job!! I got into a car accident and they hooked me up with a great ride fast. Even the dog loves it :)The guys at Capitol Auto have done it again! My husband just got another car from them and he is very happy with it. It started doing some weird stuff a couple days after he got it so we took it back to them and they fixed everything and we re super nice about it!! we have been getting cars from them for over 10 years and they have a great selection and an amazing staff

Awesome experience! We were looking for a third car for the winter due to one of our cars being stored. Came there to look at one vehicle but another one caught our eye. Brian was awesome, even suggested we talk to our bank. The car needed a new headlight and tires. We agreed we d take the car and replace the tires in our own as long as they fixed the headlight. When we went to sign papers and pick up the car, they told us they not only fixed the one headlight they fixed both and replaced all 4 tires, at no cost to us! Such great service from everyone we encountered, including the owner!! We ll definitely be back!! Thanks for making this an awesome experience!!

I went into Capitol Auto Sales with very low expectations as I'd been given the run around at 2 previous dealers. I left Capitol Auto Sales with a 2019 Toyota Corolla. Not only did Darius exceed every expectation that I had, he made the process very simple and explained everything in great detail. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I bought VW from them, papers signed, drove off the lot and the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. I called, had to bring it back where they determined it was a wheel sensor. While they offered to replace it free of charge, it took about 6 hours for the sensor to arrive and get installed, some for delay of delivery, but also due to unfamiliarity of the mechanic with how to do it. While the work was being done they found a bad bearing, replaced that, but only the one. About two weeks later, my son was driving it and it stopped dead in its tracks. Wheels locked up and car was rattling something awful at the drivers side front wheel. Had to get it towed where they found that bolts had been missing, others loose, of the inboard of the axle shaft, which then resulted in a busted axle that then flipped up and cracked the transmission. $500 in repair, which they offered $250 toward, with multiple reminders that I bought the car as is. Finally thinking the car was all set, my son called 1.5 weeks later, said the car had simply stopped working in the middle of the road. Had to get it towed yet again, told that the engine was gone. Nothing could be fixed. A $4000 repair. I called this place again when I was pretty much told there was nothing they would do. They say they do thorough inspections in them, but even the first place we had it towed for the second breakdown, they openly said that they don t work in VWs, don t have the correct tools. They were up front and honest, which I appreciate. It seems to me that this place buys whatever cars, may not have anyone who is truly qualified to inspect them, and then flip. I would caution anyone from purchasing a car from here. I do not think they re as thorough as they say, certainly don t think they re looking out for the buyer s best interest.

I had some issues with my car at first but these guys right away fixed it and got all the issues worked out. And even lend me a loaner car while it was in repair.Thank you guys for doing such a wonderful job I appreciate each and every one of you there.Very respectful and kind.:0)))

While I love my jeep, the buying experience was terrible. Staff was not in the least bit friendly and definitely not knowledgeable about the jeep they sold me! To be honest I would never recommend anyone going there to buy . To make matters worse my check engine and abs light have both came on after driving only 100 miles. Hoping it don't cost me a fortune to fix considering I just paid 21,000 for the jeep. If I didn't like the jeep as much as I do I never would have spent a penny at this dealership!

Found a car on Cargurus. Came in and test drove a Nissan Altima. The store was really clean. Also, the associates were friendly and professional. I took a test drive and asked if my mechanic could take a look! They happily agreed. The car had a few minor issues that they agreed to fix, and we bought the car. I highly recommend Capitol Auto Sales. No pressure and honest sales.

This is the best place to buy a used vehicle. The employees are always friendly and go out of their way to find a vehicle that will fit in your budget and needs. This is my 3rd car purchase from this dealership! We bought my husband's vehicle here, then mine, and now I just upgraded to a different vehicle. I honestly don't think I will shop anywhere else for a used vehicle.
