Truly the best tire shop in the area. I called around pricing services and not only were they the most affordable, the accuracy and professionalism was excellent. They have the most reasonable prices for tire sensor (TPS) replacement as well as mounting and balancing new tires. They are a first come first serve (no appointment) tire and repair shop and I recommend them to anyone in the Lansing or Holt area seeking new tires, tire replacements, an alignment, new brakes or rotors, wheel bearings, tie rod replacement etc.

No communication. I was told to be here first thing in the morning. I got here before they opened. It s 1pm and my car is no where near done. Somehow there are cars ahead of me when i was the first one in if they would communicate I wouldn t have stuck around all freaking day. This is the second and last time i will come here. The first time i came I got a tire quote for $502.46 when it was time to pay they were trying to charge me $740. Ofcourse i ended up paying the $502.46 I had my quote paper!

I've been buying tires here for years. However, the past few times I've gone, I've been very disappointed (to say the least). Shortly after buying a new set of tires, I had to add air about every two weeks. I went to get them fixed. They supposedly fixed them and when I went to leave, one of the tires was low and my sensor alerted me to it. I went back in only to get put at the end of the line. Another hour or so wait. However, that experience started with the person helping me "mansplaining" (and I'm not a woman) that cold weather will make that happen. I wanted to thank him for the lesson on gas laws (sarcasm). I lived with filling my tires every two weeks for about 6 months and he has the audacity to tell me it was cold weather! Then my final straw for NEVER going there again is the discovery of a missing lug after they put new tires on my truck recently. A few others were not at the proper tightness also. I discovered this after I was was on a long distance winter trip in a remote area of Ontario. A major life threatening situation didn't happen, however their incompetence could have caused a major life changing event. I'm not being dramatic, just realistic when you trust a business with such important components to your safety. I think they are either too busy, under staffed, or incompetent to trust with your tire purchase.

Absolutely terrible service ! Very rude front staff ( Shawn ) that is old and angry . Came to my appointment as scheduled 5:30 they said I have to come next day .. show up next day again when supposed to on time !!!! then waited politely for an hour and confronted them they said I can leave if i want or have other place to go and take my business somewhere else s !!! Unbelievable ! I ll be doing that in the future for sure ! So pls be avare they really don t care about customers.

Saturday I stopped in as I had a nail in my tire. They patched it and sent me on my way without a bill! These guys and this place have always done small work here and there at no cost. I do appreciate this hence why they get 5 stars. You likely wouldn t get this work done for free at the bigger guys. And the attractive woman I chatted with as we waited was a nice addition too.

I've been going here for many years. They had an issue getting the tire I needed. It took a long time to get my tires done. They more then made up for taking so long. They gave me better tires ,took a bunch of money off the price ,and a free alignment. I will continue going here for a long time.

It took me 4 visits to get service because they were so busy, but it was worth the wait. I purchased my tires here a while ago. This was the second time I've had a leaking tire (due to a nail) that they fixed for free because I bought them there.

A tire place that really knows how to take care of their customers in every way I would go to them before I would go to any other tire place in town honest hard-working and they take care of you no extra charges if you get tires from them they fix them they don't care if they don't know if they've been fixed somewhere else this company takes well care good care of you

Budget Tire was the third tire store I visited after discount tire and tuffy were unable to program my new TPMS sensors to my 2011 Acura MDX (dealer wanted $80 and couldn t fit me in until the next day.) Budget was packed when I walked in, yet I was out in under 30 minutes with no tire light! Outstanding customer service, these guys really go out of their way to help customers and it shows

I got an ok deal for a new set of tires But the text destroyed three of my tire sensors and they refused to replace them. Do not go here! They will find reasons to overcharge you for stuff you don t need and destroy stuff you have that works!After having four brand new tires sensors put on, two of them quit working within three days. I have my own tire sensor programmer and one of them completely went dead nine days after being installed brand new. This place refused to warranty any of the work they did on my car. They instead told me to get off their property. Worst service ever! I want my money back! Pay the money to go somewhere else!

I gave Budget 2 stars because of price. But, on the other hand you get what you pay for. I go by the 3 strikes you're out method. 1st strike was having tires put on my 2010 F-150. When I picked up my truck my low pressure light was on. I took my truck home and each tire had 30 to 32 pounds in it. I aired them up and reset the TPS. Lucky I have the tool and knowledge. Second strike was my wife's Escape. I had tires installed and they called me saying one of the pressure sensors was broken. Funny thing is the sensors were functioning fine when I brought the Escape in. They damaged it. Now for the third strike. Friday I took my Expedition in to have tires put on and have an alignment done because of a very large Lansing pot hole. The tire tech couldn't even get my rear hatch open to get my new tires out of the back of my vehicle. I noticed his struggles and had to go do it for him. Then the alignment tech told me I needed a wheel bearing, lower ball joint and inner tie rod end on the left side only. Well, I was a mechanic for more years than this kid has been alive. I rebuilt the front end of my vehicle 9,000 miles ago. So, they lost the alignment job and a customer. Now I'm left finding a shop that doesn't lie to and jerk people around. Or I should just buy a tire machine, balancer and an alignment rack.

Came in for a valve stem change , granted it wasn t an expensive job but they didn t even charge me for it . Got me in & out within 15 mins .

Fast service, didn't have to wait in line to have vehicle serviced, had my size tires in stock, waiting area was clean and chairs were comfortable. Tires were just over $100 cheaper the competitor just up the road too. Definitely will be coming back.

Ordered two tires online and brought in my 1963 Ford Falcon. Despite being a 13 inch rim (very rare size) they had them mounted and balanced within an hour, great service, nice waiting area. Drives straight and smooth now.

Screws my tire up and refused to buy a new one and I still had to pay for the installation. Initially they said it was their techs fault and he literally showed me what happened and admitted to a tech doing it. Then after some talk the boss said it was like that when it came and they will not replace it. Not to mention the boss didn't even look at my tires beforehand. Great customer care and business. Not to mention they have a hard time reading"inside" and "outside" on the tire. Hire literate employees and a boss that has respect for people giving him their hard earn money

took my wheels to get new tires mounted to them and left overnight to return the next day. Came to find 2 big dents that was fresh as can be with 2 employees telling me they were sorry and would pay to have someone come to my house and fix it. A hour later the manger walks in and says they didnt do it and told me "I can unmount the wheels/tires and you can take your xxhit somewhere else"... Even called Justin at Corporate who called down there and basically said we didnt do it... Ended up getting taken for as they cussed and said that I brought them to them like that. please look at the picture and you will see how fresh it is and how it just happened as the metal shaving is still attached. no way it would have been on there still from when i dropped them off 30 hours earlier. Avoid this place if not for fear of this but for the fact they will just screw up and say "we didnt do it" even after saying they did and they will pay for it.

Awesome experience, super great customer service, very friendly staff as well, they communicate to you throughout tire installation!. Very affordable as well, id rate them 10 out of 10 if there were options. Definitely recommend . Thank you!. Definitely have a repeat customer here for sure!

The guys here are always nice. There is always a wait but that s only because they re so busy. They have done repairs on our vehicles and we ve bought tires here. Been happy with the experiences.

Professional, honest, and knowledgeable. They talked me out of buying a new tire and repaired my tire at a fraction of the cost. Drove 19 hours across the country the next day with no issues. And they open early!

Budget tire as gone far and above for a second time for me and my family!!! The first time we took our car there after another tire shop couldn't do the work and got us back on the road, and the second time we got to Budget Tire 10 minutes before they closed with a near flat tire all we were asking for was a simple plug and they got the vehicle in after closing and performed the job on top of that they did not charge us for the work. We thanked them many times I shook the hand of the technician many times also. So I highly recommend this place ten times over.

Budget tire is my go to for tires 90% off the time. They often have great customer service and will do your brakes at a fairly reasonable rate. The wait time is not too bad.

Tire troubles can be such a pain, but Budget Tire always makes it so easy for me to get those taken care of! No other place I've been to offers such consistent and friendly customer service, or such comfortable waiting room! Big comfy chairs, with a TV, coffee, and a big clean restroom close by, it's the perfect place to relax while they expertly handle all your vehicle needs! 10/10 my favorite tire shop!

Came early in the day for four new tires so my could get to work later. One of the techs loosened the air inlet on the tire and it left her stranded on the way to work also damaging the outer sidewall of the tire. Now she missed work and has a damaged tire that they will not replace.

Terrible experience would not recommend at all. Took my car into this shop to get a new tire installed on it and they installed the tire improperly with the rim of the tire rubbing against my sport red caliper covers causing a screeching sound when driving and permanently damaging it by scratching and denting the surface as shown in the picture. When I took it back to them and asked them to fix it they were able to fix the screeching problem by putting distance between the rim and calipers as you're supposed to but would not reimburse me for the damage they caused to it with their negligent tire install. Go to Belle Tire down the road or Discount Tire instead, much better customer service and attention to detail.
