My truck had active engine codes in freezing conditions and derated.these guys promised to fit me in their tight schedule, drove me to a nearest hotel as already late in the day. Got me fixed following day and the bill was very reasonable. Communication was very good too. Take your truck here guys, 5 star.

AWESOMENESSDidn't have much done. Just a coolant reservoir I needed replaced and brought to them from FleetPride....In-N-Out about an hr.VERY REASONABLE PRICERoom to drop trl. Good size lot

We were referred to Buck's as a mechanic down the street said "I've heard good things about this shop." We went in as our engine trouble light was showing another diesel error and though very busy at 4:00 pm, Steve took the time to say bring it back in the morning and my Cummins diesel mechanic will look at it. We were there and while he thought he knew the problem he didn't have the time or part on hand to fix it. ALTHOUGH, Steve said "I really don't think she will leave you stranded." We were on a RV trip from Tx to Michigan and Iowa. He said "go and enjoy your family!" We took his word and he was correct. We are home, the trouble light has gone off and on during the ride to Iowa and home but our diesel never left us stranded and now home we will take her to our mechanics and see what the heck is going on. The honesty, customer service and fact he took the time to care, talk to us about it and make time to run a diagnostic was REALLY appreciated. We would definitely use this shop if we lived in Lansing, Michigan. Thank you Steve and all the people who helped out!! Great people work here.

Took truck in for transmission and chugging issue. $6k later they claimed work was complete and ready to go, but had to take to International dealer to reset truck. Guys didn t get five miles and ALL issues we took it in for originally continued. Took it back, was quoted for additional work.Went to pick up truck today, was told the additional sensor for $215.00 fixed all the issues. Check was given two weeks ago, now claiming to put lien on truck lol for $215.00.Absolute crooks, stay away!!Service: Engine repair

Steve and his crew take care of my trucks and equipment like real pros. I trust them with all kinds of things from my diesels to my gasoline dump truck (which more than once I had to take there because one of my employees put diesel in). Always a fair price and the office staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and great communicators.

Limped in with my semi after blowing the radiator cap off, Steve had his tech Don go over it with me. Took a few days, but got the truck squared away. Excellent, professional service.Came back a second time as the alternator crashed out on me after washing the truck. Again, quick professional service. New alternator, batteries and cables.

Bucks did an install of a new catalytic converter for me the original was stolen. Bucks repair was sub standard they never bothered to connect my oxygen sensor wiring after the install.

Charged $ for doing nothing i dropped a tractor to be fixed after 2 days waiting . The answer was we don't have No parts no tires . Waste of time plus they charged for not reason .. took the truck to good year across the street half day truck was done.. this place is no good
