Absolutely amazing!! Took my daughter's car in for two new tires for the rear of the vehicle. Just a few months ago she had them put two new ones on the front. So they.... you guessed it removed the the wrong set of tires. Here's the real kicker they had to put air in the old tires to drive it. I'll see tomorrow what they are going to do. Well they did what they should have done yesterday. Only waited two hours. Most of the employees are standing around no wonder there prices are higher than giraffe butt. I would recommend going anywhere else. Anywhere

I am not from the area, but when one of the spokes on my tire snapped off today while driving back to my hometown, this store was able to see me immediately and fix the problem free of charge (as the damage to the spoke was the result of an improperly installed tire at a different location in a different city). They were very fast, kind, and professional, and they even test drove my car before giving it back to me to ensure that it was safe to drive. I m extremely grateful for the staff at the store, as they did an extraordinary job, and helped me stay calm during a very stressful situation. The technicians there are great. You are in good hands at this location.

I went to this location to get my brakes inspected and was blatantly lied to. I'm a relatively mechanical person, an aviation mechanic by trade, and I was tired and didn't want to deal with my brakes myself. After getting my brakes inspected there I was told both my fronts were at 0% and my backs were at 20% and that all my rotors needed replaced. They wanted to charge me over $800 for a total brake pad and rotor replacement. They also in the receipt charge me double of the parts actual value. I took this inspection and went to grab the parts myself. My back brakes were at 70% and my fronts were at 50%. My rotors which were new in October were still in top notch condition. I am just preparing for a move to north Carolina and wanted them inspected. To be so blatantly lied to is absolutely unacceptable as a business and just down right rotten. I will never be coming here again and I will be sharing this experience with every single person I know and every single person who asksShameful.

Had my tires changed here a week ago and now I have a part hanging from my car behind the tire. Brought it back and I was told it was a cover for the tire sensor and break line. They could remove it but they didn t touch it, and they refused to fix it. So now I have to take it to the dealer for them to look at my car to see if anything is damaged. I don t recommend coming to this one. There s no accountability.

Belle Tire is outstanding!! I called at 2:45pm asking if I could get 4 new tires tonight, because the big storm is coming tomorrow. I was told if I got there before 4pm they could help me. I got there at 3:36 and drove away at 5:06 with new tires!!! THANK YOU BelleTires!!!!

8624 W Saginaw Hwy, Lansing, MI: Exceptional, kind, and efficient! Josh and Marco up front were very helpful. I was shown all options and not pressured. The guys repaired my truck tire free of charge right before Christmas. Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely will be back for new treads

This place is very disorganized. Had an appointment for just a tire rotation and it still took 1.5hr. Dudes standing around everywhere. Miscommunication and trying to sell me an alignment for no valid reason. Just another corporate pile of garbage

Took my car in to get 4 new tires mounted on 4 OEM rims I had purchased to replace my corroded ones. Asked Belle to put my current (2016) TPMS sensors onto the new rims. They called and said they were unable to because they couldn't be removed without ruining them. Offered to sell me 4 new universal sensors at $65 each. I declined. They put regular valve stems on. Later at home I realized they had mangled one sensor, but I removed the other 3 intact with no trouble whatsoever. I was able to buy a good used sensor, but now I have to go to a real tire store to get them put back on and have the wheels rebalanced. My Belle salesman said they would replace the 4 mismatched lug nuts for free, then charged me $6.40 each. I asked them to air up my spare, not sure that ever happened. There are too many good tire shops (Q, M, D) nearby to have to settle for Belle Tire. Those shops may not stock my preferred tires, but they can get them. Good lesson learned the hard way.

Dropped my car off to hopefully get some nails pulled from my tires and get em patched up. They got the job done by lunch! Service was quick and very helpful! Great guys out there at West Saginaw Belle Tire!!! Thanks again!!!

Road hazard warranty to fix soft rear tire from nail, rotate tires & wait.Was told wait times were down to about 2 hours, but less than an hour in, I was back on the road at no charge.Great service gang!Highly recommend!

For the service I went in for I have no complaints. However, they let me know of another possible issue and gave me an estimate for what they would charge to fix it with them. I went home and looked up the parts myself. They want to charge me 600 for a part that I found for less than 100. That's just the part! No labor included!

Very comfortable waiting room. Tire rotation was free since I bought the tires there and it was very convenient to get oil changed at the same time. They even had a better price on brakes than the dealer.

We have a homeless elderly lady friend that lives in her car. She purchased a new set of tires here about three months ago with road hazard. Over the weekend she experienced a tire issue. My personal expectation was after contacting Belle with an issue they would dispatch a service truck and repair promptly! BUT NO, so now on Wednesday we drive in from Webberville to assist her, they made her purchase a rim from a salvage yard. We took the rim and tire to Belle where we were told they were unable to mount the tire until tomorrow morning!!?? It's highly I will ever purchase tires for myself and can not advise anyone else to either. So as of now five days later she is still stranded in a rite-aid parking lot.

Very helpful today. Technician did agreat job.8/16 - Returned today again for more work. Specifically asked for Cameron who also was the technician who worked on my car the last time. They got me in and out. Very pleased and happy. Great service again! Ask for Cameron if able.

Skip this location. Managed and staffed by lazy bums. Go to Quality Tire on Grand River. Way better service there. My last visit to this Belle Tire they tried to scam me for $140. Plus it took 2 hours to swap my tires and do my aliment. Quality Tire did it on my other car in 30 minutes. Avoid this place. It seems to be the worst Belle Tire location in Lansing (I've had better luck at the Frandor & South Side locations).

Very disappointed with the service, here. My wife s Jeep had two tires that had corroded and broken valve stems. I also believe that they were the source of a slow leak. The valve stems threads were so damaged, the core was protruding out, and can easily be pressed to release the air. Whoever replaced the valve stems last, did so with a very cheap material. She called and asked when they can replace them. They told her to drop it off in the evening, and they will work on it that night/the next morning. We dropped it off, and I told them exactly what I wanted done. The two visibly damaged stems with poor material needed to be replaced; they are on borrowed time. They said that they would take care of it. They even said that some valve stems are free to be replaced if the sensors are two-part pieces. I asked them to also go around and inspect each one, and go ahead and replace any others that looked damage as well. Money is not an issue. The next morning, they call and say that the Jeep is ready for pickup. I thought to myself, that was fast. They also said that it was free. I was really impressed. We get there, and the first thing I do is go and inspect the valve stems that needed replacement. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAD BEEN DONE (see pictures below). They said that they didn t want to change anything out because it would cost us money, and they were able to put air in the tires. What? There is no way that he honestly thought we left our Jeep overnight so he could put air in the tires. He saw I was upset, and said that they could still change out the stems. What? So I can wait there 2 to 3 hours? Nope. That was why we left the vehicle overnight. I told them that they needed to be replaced at some point regardless, and that they do not fill the tires properly, and do not tell you the PSI properly. I told them I have a compressor and could have done that myself. I was over it, and the wife just kept tapping my leg that we should leave. We did.Basically, I took time off of work to drive two vehicles 35 minutes each way to Belle Tire on my wife s day off, dropped her vehicle off over night, drive back to pick it up, only for them to have put air in her tires. Thanks for wasting out time. At the very least, it was willful ignorance, at the very worst, complete laziness. I really feel it was the latter.

I inquired to staff, if it's common practice to put plastic on the seats and paper on the floor when working on cars, they told me yes. I asked why I wasn't afforded that same service, and the manager( Marko)?, made no eye contact with me and said, "well maybe he took it off inside the shop". I watched him put my car in the shop area and pull it out and never was this done to my car and yes, I was the only person of color, so I took this personal.

I gave Belle tire another chance from a bad experience I had several years ago. I have had nothing but problems with the 2 tires I got from there. In less than 6 months, I have had to take my vehicle in 3 times for slow leaks on both tires. My other 2 tires have had no problems since purchasing the vehicle. This last visit, I picked up my vehicle and have a dent on the top of my rear bumper with no explanation, and it looks like it has been wiped to hide the damage. They also didn't put the valve stem cover back on one of my tires. And now with 3 minutes to closing time, nobody will answer the phone and there is no way to leave a message. They did however give me a way overpriced quote for brake pad replacements that I didn't ask for. Thanks but no thanks. Worst place ever and I will never pay them another cent for any goods or services.

I called 4 different shops to compare prices and check availability for an alignment on my vehicle. Belle tire was in the middle as far as price range goes. They re the only ones to offer me a lower and a higher price option. They were also the only shop to work with my schedule and get me in asap. I wouldn t of been able to leave my car over night so I was so appreciative when they said bring it right on in we ll have you in and out same day they called me less then a hour later. Customer service was excellent also! Highly recommend

My experience with Belle Tire has been excellent. I was able to purchase my tires and schedule my appointment at the same time on their website. The experience at the store was very smooth with no troubles at all. I was very impressed with the staff that I came in contact with. There professionalism and calm demeanor was outstanding especially since they were so busy with walk-in customers.

Don't expect ANY after-sale Customer Service if you have any problems after tire installation even when the installation was not performed properly! Am being told constantly there are 30+/- people ahead. If I wanted to leave my car it could take up to 7 days. WHAT?!? But you got us right in when we're spending $1000 on 4 new tires. Oh...but you can have an oil change and other expensive services performed but NOT tire repairs!I've been told that if I have repairs done elsewhere that our warranty will be voided. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE!! Save yourself the trouble and frustration and buy elsewhere!! And to be perfectly honest; there are 2 other customers that I know having the exact problem too!! SHAME on Belle Tire! Had we only been warned before.

Amazing experience at this location, every time. Everyone is very friendly and not pushy. Had my new tires balanced here after being installed somewhere else. Perfect ride, no vibration, hit a massive Michigan pothole a month after the balance which caused vibration. Took it to them again and they rebalanced my tires free of charge. Perfect again. Thank you very much! I will definitely be back for my next set of tires.

You know I am truly thankful for people like Travis the manager and one of his employees. Truly going out of their way to go above and beyond and helping me The customers. I had a situation that is not normal for them but they definitely took care of it. Again Belle tire I truly Thank you and your employees. I truly look forward to taking all of my Business to this particular store.

Had a tire go flat because of a screw the weekend before Thanksgiving. Got it in Monday and they had it fixed by Tuesday. I had called around and no one could put it on for weeks after a repair but they squeezed me in Wednesday!!! Staff was SO helpful and friendly!
