I am a machinist by trade. I've rebuilt a couple engines and I work on my car often. But I look like a ditsy blonde, and I act like it when talking to salesmen. Joe hooked me up with 4 new tires and an alignment. He was very upfront and explained well the options of the tires. It was very clear he prioritized the best option for me over the highest dollar sale. Every salesman should be like this. The lads in service were great too, I didn't have an appointment and it took about 1.5 hrs, which I consider fast. Especially because I know my rear wheels were crusty and stuck on pretty good!

Generally good prices, and helpful employees. I went to pick up tires that were advertised on sale, but they didn't have them in stock. I had to make an appt for 3 days later. I had a tire that was badly leaking and they were to busy to do a repair, even though I'd perchanced r from them. Unfortunately I couldn't wait 3 more days to get tires, so I went to a competitor and had 4 new tires within 2 hrs.

Love the fact that you are able to Air up your tires especially at a time where tire pressure on all four is very important. They supply free air 24/7/365. Thank you Belle Tire for the blessing.

The service was great. The young man with the dreads was amazing. So kind and professional. My wait was long due to installing a new oil pan. I was updated often. We will be back!

Visiting from out of town and our car suddenly was making a loud rumbling noiseThey got us in right away, diagnosed a loose splash shield, fixed and had us on our way in 30 minutes. I never leave reviews but the service was so incredible I felt compelled.THANK YOU!!

DO NOT take your vehicle to Belle Tire if you want qualified mechanical service performed on your vehicle. ABSOLUTELY terrible customer service.The Belle Tire on Pennsylvania Ave quoted me $3,000 for a turbo rebuild and valve cover replacement on a 2018 Chevy Trax. I had them replace the valve cover for $500 and took the vehicle to Town and Country Modern Mechanics. The issue ended up being a plugged intake and bad purge valve, repaired for $600 at Town and Country.Town and Country also let me know that the brand of part used for the valve cover replacement by Belle Tire was cheap and often didn t function properly. Sure enough, I began having issues again and had Town and Country put an AC Delco valve cover on. The vehicle has run perfect ever since.I took Belle Tires valve cover back to them and politely requested a refund for the part and service work provided. They refused.I have given this location thousands of dollars over the past few years to work on multiple vehicles. I now assume that I wasted thousands of dollars. NEVER AGAIN will I use Belle Tire in my life.

Garbage. Kept me waiting for an hour and a half before telling me that they refuse to align my car because the brakes are too stiff to drive it up on the rack . Car is a 20 year old car that has been sitting for three years. Of course the brakes are stiff! I TOLD YOU that when I walked in. Will take my business elsewhere in the future.

I took my 2006 Honda CR-V in by appointment today (05/17/22) for 4 new tires. The day prior when I came in person to schedule my appointment I was very happy with the customer service I recieved. When I made the appointment the service tech was very attentive and very willingly made note of my ask for my brand new full size spare, that I had to put on 3 days prior when my tire popped, to be put back on the rear of my car and for the new tire I was purchasing with them to be put on that rim. He even walked me through step by step how to get a $40 off coupon so i could use it with them the next day. I left feeling good about my decision to work with belle tire and came back the next day 20 minutes to 5 o'clock, as was recomended by the provider the day prior, for my appointment. When I arrived there were two providers in the lobby one on the phone with another customer and one just sitting in the corner on his cell phone trying very hard not to make eye contact. I waited several minutes before someone noticed I was there and came to help me. Before handing over the keys I sprayed a generous amount of WD-40 on the zipper of my spare tire shell and took pictures of the perimeter of my car inside and out just in case something went wrong because I'm a cautious person. Inside I very kindly reiterated my request for the full size spare, located on the front passenger side, to be returned to the rear of the car and that the new tire be put on that rim. At this time I also reminded them that my car is 16 years old and asked that they make an additional note to please be careful when removing my tire shell as to not break the zipper or cause any rips as the replacement cost for the shell is over $300. The service provider very unenthusiastically made the note. In total the provider said probably less than 10 words to me the entire time despite my trying to ask questions about the insurance policy they offer and other additional fees. I felt very rushed away and uninformed. Upon recieving my car back from belle tire right at closing time (6pm) I at first did not notice anything wrong I was In a rush to get back to work and unfortunately underestimated the complexity of my requests. Upon getting back to work I took a closer look at my vehicle only to find that the zipper to my spare tire shell had been broken and the fabric ripped due to poor handling. I had removed it myself with no problems twice in the few days prior to the appointment and know for a fact that there was no reason this should have happened as I specifically made them aware of it being old and asked them to remove it with care. If it had been removed with even the slightest bit of care the zipper would not have broken and the fabric would not have ripped. Upon removing the shell myself I found that they also did not put my brand new full size spare with 3 days of use back on the rear but instead put a used tire of the wrong size there instead and kept my brand new tire that I specifically asked be put back on the rear. As I recieved my car back at closing time I have been unable to reach out to see what can be done to fix this issue but overall I am extremely displeased with the service I recieved. Not only was damage caused to my vehicle that could have easily been avoided but they then choose not to inform me of the damage upon giving my vehicle back to me. I would not recommend belle tire to anyone based off of my experience with them.

I m sure my wait time would be less if I would make an appointment ahead of time, so whenever I m a walk in I m always prepared for a long wait. I go out of my way to come to this location because they never give me a hard time about being a walk in. They treat me with respect, explain what I need explained without talking down to me, and give me an accurate wait time. Usually they re done earlier than they say, but they are always honest. They suggest what needs to be done, but don t push. They give you the quotes with a break down of what you d be paying for and let you know they ll be there when you re ready to proceed with the work. I ll sit here over the Okemos location any day.

If you get your tires here, and then run over a nail or similar, they'll fix it for free.That being said, the service is slow, there's usually a long wait, they never carry my tire size on hand, and they're significantly more expensive than other places.Wouldn't recommend they do anything more than tires/brakes/alignment on your car either... They replaced bushings/control arms on my wife's vehicle, told me it probably wouldn't be done by the end of the day. Not only was it not done that day (expected), it wasn't finished the second day, and I actually showed up in person shortly before close on the third day because they assured me it would be done by closing... I stayed over 45 minutes past closing time before they got it back to me. I then had to reattach several pieces of the wheel well when I got home because they were dangling and rubbing on the tire (luckily I had a bunch of plastic rivets to replace the missing ones). All this only to realize I could have had it done cheaper elsewhere.

I went in for a simple alignment. 1 hour later they told me they can t do the alignment unless I fix $1700 worth of parts. Ball joints, struts, shocks, even a power steering pump. They are crazy, I thought that a big company like belle tire would not try to screw people over but I was wrong. Do not take your vehicle here they will take a simple fix and try to fix a bunch of things to get a big bill.

Made an appointment due to tire going completely flat within 24 hours after being filled. Figured it was valve stem or rim issue. Their diagnoses was that I needed a new tire. Took to a different tire shop 3 days later and issue causing the tire to not hold air was due to corrosion around the rim. Tire was fine. All Bell Tire wanted to do was sell a tire. I'm done with Bell Tire

Alright so we made an appointment to get tires and an alignment. I am a former heavy duty tire technician and alignment technician so I understand whats involved. They said we need a new tierod which is understandable. They did the work told us it was done, cool. We get in and instantly something is wrong! The steering wheel is at 45 degrees when it should be straight and it made a loud clunking in the right front end. We brought it back, they fixed it again but now our muffler is broken. They didnt offer to fix it it wasn't like that before. Probably won't come here again.

Went in to get my tire repaired, fully expecting to pay...Jacob told me it was covered. Honoring your warranty without being asked is quality service. All my tires will come from Belle Tire.

Had an appointment for 8 am just to change out tires. Didn't get done until 10 am. And appointments here only get you in line, so it's walk-in only. Unlike Discount Tire when you have an appointment they get you in and going at the appointed time

DO NOT GO THERE, I took my Impala there because it needed brake work as it was vibrating when braking, they ended up giving me a $1800 estimate for changing the rear suspension or whatever, I took it to budget tire they changed the brakes and everything is fine. (Btw I took the car to the dealership and they said that nothing is wrong with the car)

Made an appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated, always the best thing to do. They took care of me immediately and I had minimal disruption to my day. Always friendly and they never try to upset you. Of course in the same respect they also will let uou know of potential dangerous situations.

Friendly folks, good service, but ended up waiting past the time my car was finished due to desk help not noticing when the file came back with keys in it. My husband went outside and there my car set, ready to go! They need to be more on the ball when they receive the files and not keep their customers waiting.

Terrible experience. I scheduled an appointment online. When I went in for my appointment they did not have the tires that I ordered and so I had to go with different tires. They could not give me any sort of estimated time as to when the service would be completed, and even though I had an appointment I still had to wait over 2.5 hrs. Then they charged me for an alignment that I didn t need. They showed me the alignment check and only one tire was insignificantly out of toe. But they said that because they already fixed it that they still had to charge me. I would have declined the alignment if they would have checked with me first before doing the service. The customer service was terrible and I felt like they were only trying to get as much money out of me as possible. I will never go back and I strongly discourage any one else going there. The only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of one is because I did get new tires, though not the ones I originally ordered.

Updated December 2021: terrible experience. Went in with a clunking noise. They diagnosed as needing new struts. Been in at least 5 times trying to get said new struts properly installed. Also ended up paying for a trip to the Honda dealership, as after two sets of replacement struts, the Belle Tire tech stated he could not hear the noise coming from the front end. So, i'm out the money from the trip to the dealer as well. On the most recent Belle Tire visit, they did not fix my my vehicle for three days, even tho they had the parts on hand. They also told me it did not need an alignment after that repair, even though it needed one the first two times they tried to fix it. Pretty sure they are just sick of me and hoping I will go away at this point. When they finally did return it to me, the driver side sway bar link was messed up, meaning I had to take it back the very next morning. Judging by the pinging /popping spring noise coming from the driver side, I will be back dealing with them again. On a positive note, the front desk staff are very polite.Update: Corporate reached out to me and did right by offering me a refund. Class act on their part.Ordiginal review: Top notch service. Fixed my tire for free, even though I had bought it at the dealership.

I have been to this location a few times and have always had a great experience. I was in recently, with my four small children, to repair a flat. We were a walk-in so we waited until they had a time slot open to make the repair. They did a wonderful job and even packed up my Jack and put the spare back under the car for me! They were so kind, as always. Service with a smile really makes a difference when you start your day with a flat tire:-)
