Awesome employees! They re extremely helpful give you the best deals and give you additional information you may not have known about your vehicle before. They were extremely helpful with my brake warranty as well!

AutoZone customer service has become terrible. I tried to exchange an unused, in perfect condition box air filter and was denied because I didn't have a receipt. I asked could she looked it up by phone and was told they don't do that. I even had the purchase pulled up on my credit card. I've never been an O'Reilly's guy but I might have to learn.

I really appreciate this location. Lacy was very knowledgeable and experienced. She helped me diagnose my exact issue and assisted me with an easy fix. Her assistance was very much appreciated, I'll only visit this location. She saved me at least $1,000.

look imma be honest shout out to Richard and Lucy for helping me find the right bulb for my mothers car while also while it wasn t required changing it out for her then along with that providing advice/tips to add coolant to her car 15/10 would recommend

This AZ is always helpful. The staff is very friendly. I wish I would have gotten the name of the guy who helped us. He was awesome!!Update: I had to go back the next day the guy that helped me again...is Steven. He is definitely a GREAT employee!!

Sales associates don't know what they're talking about. Do your own research. Make sure the part you are buying will fit your car.Good parts selection and decent prices.

I stopped by tonight and Jaymes helped me, I was looking for a low beam light bulb and he efficiently located it. I mentioned that I heard it was easy to change and he immediately said "I can do that for you" it was so nice to have someone offer to help with a smile and great attitude. I am in the restaurant service and I was so impressed with the professional service and attitude. I am now a loyal customer of this store and it is all due to Jaymes. Thanks

Was having a so-so experience in terms of customer service, until I was passed onto Lacy who was extremely kind despite me being simply clueless when it comes to car maintenance. She was very patient and helpful and seemed to genuinely care that I left satisfied.

I was in the store looking for replacement wiper blades. And as usual, the reference book was not clear and didn't include my year of car. A very nice woman approached me and asked if she could help. She instantly went to her computer and looked up my model. In a quick minute, she was at the wiper blade rack giving me 3 alternatives based on cost and quality. Once selected, she immediately offered to install them as well.Awesome customer service with the feeling she really enjoyed her job and helping customers

Lacy was extremely helpful, she helped me figure out what headlight I needed and happily changed it for me even though the old one was corroded and a pain to remove. She got the job done quickly, and was very kind and made my experience super easy. Thank you Lacy!

Lacy waited on me. She was very helpful, she went outside with me and looked under my hood. To narrow down what parts I actually needed or didn't need. I truly appreciate her for doing that. And not just assuming I needed something and charging me for it. She made my day a much better one by being honest with me. Thank you Lacy.

Horrible horrible customer service...not all but the one lady I had yesterday. She wouldn't let me buy a bulb for my truck. She also said they couldn't put it in bcuz they would have to take off the bumper, when I asked could I JUST buy the bulb she said she had to look first...took 2 seconds and said they couldn't do it. I went NEXT DOOR to O'Reilly's and had it done in 2 minutes....SHE was too lazy to help...will never go here again

Walked in for thermostat guy helping me slender white guy glasses irritated acting slamming hands down on counter rolling eyes like he was irritated so I left without getting what I needed because of his behavior. I'm already having trouble with my car I don't go into the store to be disrespectful or be disrespected and I will just go into another auto store.

Possibly a bad timing thing, but standing at the front counter for about two minutes waiting for at least an acknowledgment, but nope, I'm out of here.That being said, I do like the store close to home; they are truly customer service oriented. I stopped there that evening and purchased an Innova scanner, not cheap either.

The day never starts good when your car doesn t start. Jaymes quite literally saved the day for us. Most people wouldn t be too happy when two clueless girls show up 45 minutes before close with the hope that they can both make it to work the next day. Jaymes was happy to run the necessary tests and completely replace the car battery quickly and efficiently while educating us along the way. He was even so kind to offer a slight discount when he realized the lower cost battery was out of stock.

This was my first time at this particular location I needed a break bulb and a turn signal bulb. I was greeted as soon as I entered the store. Chris was very helpful he even came outside with tools to my truck and took the whole thing off and showed me what the problem is, and it was even raining a little bit. I would give him a 10 star if I could.

I needed a new battery on a Sunday evening, because mine was dead. My son came and jumped it enough to get it started, and it wouldn't start. After about 8 minutes it started up. So I drove it over to the West Side location, as I find that store to be very helpful to me. They always install my wipers, replace my bulbs, etc. Well I got Jaymes this evening and he replaced my battery. I couldn't have asked for better Customer Service! Very accommodating, had to get the battery from another location, and installed it for me. He signed me up for their rewards program, as no one else ever did. Very helpful, explained things as he went along, and I appreciated all his efforts. Thank you Jaymes and AutoZone for getting me to work tomorrow!

I called the store on MLK asked them if they had any gas line the guy that answered just said no and hung up. They don't seam to have anything at that store any more and some of the employees are rude. Called the Saginaw store was treated politely and they had just want I needed. So my new Auto zone is on west Saginaw from now on I'll spend extra time and gas to drive there

I always go to AutoZone mainly because they honor military discount, but also because usually they have the best deals and I get what I need. I do not like the West Saginaw store because the people who work behind the counter seem inexperienced. I always go to the one on South MLK in my opinion that's the best one
