We called 3 AutoZones near us that all refused to install a new battery in my car due to the weather being cold. This location changed our battery last minute with no issue in under 10 minutes and were fantastic to work with. I am in veterinary school and have patients I'm responsible for, so it meant a lot that they were able to help make sure my car would start in the morning. Thank you!

My battery completely died, plus it was corroded. They didn t have the battery at their shop and my car wouldn t turn on anymore. The manager sent an employee to another auto zone to bring the battery and Jason changed it on the spot for me. I am very grateful!

I love Auto zone and their awesome employees. I m a 75 year old woman and was going to replace my windshield wiper blades. I bought the wrong size and came back to exchange it for the correct ones. I think his name was Craig, he was so helpful and did the exchange and helped to show me the correct ones. He even put them on for me. I didn t know they came with different adapters so I m so thankful he helped me. Yeah Auto Zone Auto zone on Cedar St. In Lansing, MISincerely,Judy Mead

The cashier was super friendly and helpful, but the manager not so much. We needed a new car battery and the cashier came out to our car to pick up the old one and was very helpful. It's also located right off Cedar St. which is a main St and it's right off the freeway. I would go back to this store again, Thanks!

I've been here a few times needing basic replacement parts for my car. I always know what I am looking for but I always need help looking up the exact part I need. They are always willing to look anything up for me and they are always available for assistance!

We came in after leaving the Martin Luther king store which was very rude and mean to me cuz I didn't know what I needed. A mixed (or Hispanic) boy helped us and was so sweet and helpful even though I didn't know what I needed. Even changed my headlights for me. Would not go back to the MLK location would recommend going to the cedar location instead.

I would like to thank both Mark the manager and Cecil for helping with what seemed like I weird and yet unrealistic request. Their absolute professionalism, kindness and out right courtesy will not go by the way side. These two men were beyond the normal customer service professional. Thank you so much , I will continue to be a loyal customer. And thank you to their district manager as well name unknown you all have no clue how your kindness and consideration helped me.

My experience was being able to use their restroom with no issues. It was greatly appreciated being 7 months pregnant. I did come back and purchase something from here after having it catch my eye when I was leaving after using the restroom.

Very friendly tried to do everything that they could and even tried things that they couldn't do just because we were unhappy but by the time we left they take care of us and no complaints at all anymore!!

I've been coming to this location for over twenty years. They've never let me down. Employees always go above and beyond to get me the parts I need. I couldn't be more grateful. Thank you! I didn't get the guys name that helped me today. Reg. #4 csr#31 is top notch!

I received one of the best service from both stores on Cedar Street. The first store on Cedar in Holt wasn't able to help me with my battery but he looked up my battery and told me which store had a battery for my car and gave me the price which equipped me with the correct information for the next store and I got to the S Cedar store and Cecil K helped me. He changed out the battery for me and I was able to get to work. I really appreciate Cecil K. Thank you so much for the best service.

the servicemen nailed it I bought a light bulb for my equinox and it turned out it was the right one so two thumbs up the light bulb was a little pricey though but I know they don't control that to some aspect. but I give them an A-

I'm very grateful for the staff! Robert made my day with helping me with my head lights! I was not getting help from other places and I have a lot on my plate right now. I most definitely will be back! I don't mind spending the money for great customer service!

I walked in and was immediately greeted by a team member. She asked if I needed help finding anything (which I did as I was on my lunch hour.) After asking the make and model of my vehicle, she located my needed item, cashed me out and the entire transaction was less than 10 minutes . . how about that? 3 thumbs up!!

Every time I go in to this particular store, the staff has always been very friendly and super helpful. No matter how terribly I describe the issue I am having, they always seem to figure out what I'm talking about, and thoroughly explain what I need to fix it... thanks! :-)

Jason and Robert went the extra mile for me and my friend.Installing the battery was problematic, mainly because of old connections. These guys were super helpful and this was after 9pm.Really appreciate these fellas and really appreciate AutoZone always there when we need them.

It's experiences like I had last night that keep me coming to Autozone! We arrived around 8:45pm (sorry for showing up just before closing), with a battery that was not holding a charge. Jason (I think) is fairly new but never gave us the impression that we were bothering him that late to get the battery checked. Turns out, it was bad, and we needed to replace it. Again, with no condemnation Robert (a manager I think) jumped into action and helped us replace it. Of course, this was no easy battery swap, but he got it done and kept a smile on his face the entire time. In 2021, you can order just about anything online, its customer services experiences like I had last night that will keep me purchasing from local brick and mortar locations like this. Thank you guys!

No one ever wants to see their check engine light come on. Mine did and I remembered that Auto Zone provides a free diagnostic tool. I stopped by the location on Cedar Street and Jordan was very professional in assisting me. It is these type of interactions that make me commit to a particular brand. In this case its Auto Zone. Keep up the good work!

Put on holt automatically was on hold over 15 mins by Garrett,called back got same guy and was put on hold for another 10-15 mins and placed directly on hold again went into store store was dead and people standing around very poor customer service will not shop at this location ever again
