Amazing guilt-free service!As someone who isn t educated on cars, it can be challenging to find parts or diagnose problems and it can be embarrassing to know so little! Chris G. and Tyler F. were great! They taught me how to find and install my windshield wipers, quickly and kindly. Thanks guys!A month later, I called the store to see if they could tell me more information about the codes I scanned from my vehicle. I was lucky to talk to Caroline D. as she patiently gave me the information I was looking for!The staff and service here is amazing, i d highly recommend it to anyone.

Great Experience at this AutoZone! Even though I wasn't able to get a new battery and install like I wanted, they were very upfront about why & recommended places that could help me.Friendly and knowledgeable staff whose store I definitely would go to again!

Was helping my Da on his car as the power steering pump failed. The staff were so helpful & quick with finding us the correct part, ensuring a match with the old one we brought in. Our Zoner even double checked our belt length to make sure the new one was correct! It's the small things that this store does which really build trust. After swapping the pulleys, they even verified everything on the part looked correct, and reminded us of any fluids we might need (you know you get the part in your hand and forget all else that matters, ha).Very helpful and professional business, these Zoners know their stuff. I'm glad my Da was able to get the service he needed, and I know we'll be back for our future DIY repairs.

Brendon B went above and beyond to help me and my father change my headlights. My lights do not just pop in and out, parts had to be moved in order to change the bulbs. I had been to another auto zone and they would not help me because of that fact. Brendon was kind, courteous, and super friendly helping us. I highly recommend this place if you are ever in need of autos parts.

Ultimate Body installed a lift kit on my 2016 GMC truck, after spending nearly $6,000 on wheels, tires and lift my truck was delivered back to me with many problems including (these resulted after installation) no back up sensors, check engine light, abs fault, no trailer brake, no stabilitrak, and tpms lights on my truck. I ve since taken my truck to other local repair places with them unable to resolve my issues caused from ultimate body, when given the chance to make it right ultimate body informed me that this is what happens when you lift old trucks . When speaking with the manager, Rob, he was very stand-offish on making things right. Reluctantly to end the long conversation he ordered a wheel speed sensor to have installed, after feeling unsure on leaving them to repair my truck further I ve gotten second opinions on work performed to repair damage caused from installation costing more than $1000 s to have these issues fixed.

As soon as my partner and I walked in the door we were greeted by the store manager Amber. She was friendly, efficient, upbeat, and quick to help us. She even went out of her way to give us information on how to merge our rewards accounts. If I lived in this area I would always come back for her service alone!Thanks for making the unpleasant task of buying brake pads a little more enjoyable Amber!

My "check engine" light was coming on. I went in to request a computer printout of the issue. They promptly got me the printout from my car free of charge, with a smile.

EXCELLENT customer service!! I went in thinking I needed one thing, and after talking with Michael B., found out all I needed was anti-freeze/coolant, and he even put it in for me!! If I lived in E. Lansing, THIS Auto Zone would be my go-to place and Michael would be my go-to car-help person!! Thank you again Michael!!

Absolutely superb customer service. I was in the store today, December 22, and received great service from start to finish to purchase a battery for our generator. The sales associate made sure I was getting the right product. He unloaded my old battery and loaded the new one in my vehicle for me. We needed to update rewards information, and he was more than happy to do so. It was a great experience, and we will be back to that location the next time we need something!!

Today was my 3rd visit to the Okemos Auto Zone and high time I left a review. I have consistently received excellent service and advice. At this visit Chris checked my battery and confirmed it was not charging then swapped it for a new one as mine was still under warranty. Trent came out a few minutes later and professionally installed the new battery. The store was very busy but both men were calm and very pleasant. I highly recommend this store!

This was the first DIY project on my car and I was fixing by brake assembly (callipers, rotors and pads). There is always a mental block which a first-time DIYers goes through. I feel myself fortunate to get connected with AutoZone. The staff there was very helpful and I would like make a special mention of one of the staff member "Caroline". She guided me through the repair process and provided some great insights. What stood out in her case after purchasing a part and taking some repair-tips, when I went back to my car in the parking lot of Autozone, she came rushing, leaving her counter in the shop just to inform me of oneof the things which she missed to tell me about the repair job I was undertaking. Me and my friend were impressed by her dedication and sincerity. This long review is just a reflection of the dedication shown by Caroline at Autozone. Thanks once again. The service of the staff at Autozone just made me their new loyal customer!

Free diagnostic of my check engine light. The worker was upfront and honest that it could be a number of other issues, so not to buy the part that the code suggested thinking it would guarantee a fix. This type of honesty, where they do what's best for me instead of just their bottom line, is what makes a lifetime customer out of someone. Great job guys!

Very nice, busy but acknowledged. Upbeat and helpful. Really seemed to care about providing great service. Definitely would recommend giving them a shot for your parts needs. Use Park lake light to get in, especially if you are coming from the east.

If you need a battery go here. I had never had a dead battery before. I called and David told me how it works. Caroline changed my battery. Quick and easy in and out, awesome service.

I needed a part on Christmas eve and this was the last place open. I hit it with just enough time to spare, and even though we were so close to holiday shut down the staff inside were courteous and helpful. Nobody was in a rush to get out or anything. Major props to Michael and the rest of the team for helping me find what I needed, thanks!

The employee at this location was Awesome! He was engaging, friendly, and very knowledgeable about store product. Efficient in locating the product and getting the customer out.I'm a firm believer in customer service. That involves acknowlideging the customer when they enter through the front door and ensuring that they find the product, if not, direct them to another AutoZone store.Awesome dude!

Very helpful staffs, they let me borrow their tools to exchange headlight bulb right front of their building and even I brought wrong bulb they exchanged to correct bulb without problem. They're knowledgeable and super friendly. Outstanding services ever I have for long time.

I needed my battery checked and then exchanged. They were very helpful and gave me the best advice and best service. I was able to exchange my battery in about 15 minutes. Very friendly too. Recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely be back!
