These guys were so nice and made it super easy for me to find the right part! They even gave me a cheap option as well so I know they weren't overcharging on the options that I had to choose from! 100% will be getting the rest of the parts I need from them!

Very Helpful folks. Several of these guys are longtime employees.Always very knowledgable and helpful. Even a small part they will work hard for you. Always make sure to do things in the customer's interest.

The whole team at auto value is professional, intelligent, and quick. Accurate with the parts, and prices estimated. The service is far better than any parts store in the area. I ve used lots of parts stores running a shop, but rob and his team are hands down the best.

The Auto Value is really enjoyable to go to. If they don't have the paint you need in stock no problem. They will mix it for you and even put it in cans if necessary. The staff has always been freindly and helpful.

Auto Value on Park Lake Rs in East Lansing is a terrific place for anyone who rates themselves as a weekend auto enthusiast looking for wiper blades and snow foam, to those who need the right part for the job and some serious advice in between. Good parking, navigable aisles for good accessibility and terrific derive add up to a good deal for automotive consumables, accessories, and parts.

These guys rock! They go out of their way to find what you need. I've even had many times they had to go buy it from a competitor just to save me the hassle of going any where else. Rob and his team have the best service in town, hands down!

Great place to find locally rare part for my cars. If they do not have it ib stock it will be delivered next day. I like that most of parts they sell are US made with good material.

I have been going here for parts since 1993. Stacey and Rob are always great at helping me find my parts, be they stock parts or something esoteric for my car projects.

Always friendly and helpful. Been going there for years and never had a bad experience. I also drive past three different AutoZone's to go there.
