I broke down in East Lansing. I was able to contact this company via email on Sunday night and they were able to get me in first thing in the morning. Clearly communicated about the process and gave updates. Had a good time waiting at the sunshine diner just down the road. Was back on the road by lunch time. Good experience overall considering the circumstances.

Chuck and the other mechanics are really nice and easy to work worth, but if you drive a Mini, this probably isn't the right place for you. I visited All Auto Service three separate times to try to sort out an issue with my 2011 Mini Cooper's cooling system. We never figured it out. I took it to the dealership in Grand Rapids it nearly died on the way there and they diagnosed it and fixed it in four hours (completely out of coolant, leaking water pump). I spent ~$1000 at All Auto Service, including on a thermostat that the dealership said I probably didn't need, and my car came away in worse shape. If you drive another make, it's probably a fine shop, and I had only positive interactions with Chuck nice, honest guy but I wouldn't recommend it for Mini drivers.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

It's nice to have a shop other than the dealer for my Chevy Volt hybrid. Chuck was very honest about what was wrong with my car when he could have gotten away with charging me more money. And on top of that, because of the attached gas station, I can pick up my car after regular business hours! This is my new go-to mechanic.

Prompt, professional and friendly. I needed a new battery. They diagnosed, confirmed and changed it with minimal fuss and finished the job in under an hour at a fair and reasonable price. Very pleased and I will be back.

Been going to All Auto, Chuck and his staff mechanics for years. Honest,, trustworthy, reasonable priced. Friendly, family owned, Small town like feeling regarding how you are treated. I moved here to Lansing from St Louis Missouri in 2019 and I was sent to All Auto Repair for my car problems and I don't take my car anyplace else. I loved Miss Betty she was such a beautiful soul. I Miss seeing here and talking with her Chuck is great guy and he's honest, he doesn't try and get over on you. I now have a different car and I will only take it to All Auto Service for repairs.

I cannot say enough about this place! They are transparent and told me what was most important to fix right away (in terms of safety). They also gave me a heads up on what I should do for my vehicle in the future. Their prices are very reasonable and they use a program that gives you text updates on your car along with images! Chuck, the owner/operator made sure that I was satisfied with the service and ensured that I understood what the problem and solution was. I trust this mechanic - they have worked on my foreign vehicle since my warranty expired and they have not made any unnecessary repairs. They are much cheaper than a dealer. Over the holidays, my rear windshield/ lift gate fell off the hinges on my car. I believe it was the owner who helped me. The service was friendly and professional. The best part was they were able to get my car fixed the same day! I love getting gas from here too the staff is always friendly and will come out to see if you need help. Will likely come back here for future car repairs.

Stopped here while visiting from out of state on a road trip.The locals told me this was the place to go.I needed an alignment. This place was great, price was fair and the owner was a nice honest guy. The guy also gave me a heads up on things to think about fixing in the future.

I had sudden loss of brake pressure while traveling to work. Upon my inspection I found it to be two brake lines leaking from master cylinder.I stored vehicle over weekend and had 2002 Buick towed to All Auto Service Sunday evening. I logged into All Auto s service web page, and set up an appointment. Chuck called me Monday morning to confirm my car needed new brake lines and rotors calipers pads in front and rear. I knew my brakes needed service, so no surprise. Chuck gave me a fair quote, I modified the repair, asking only the rear brake replacement. I was thinking I could repair myself. I came to my senses and called Chuck to do complete repair. The brakes are smooth and steady now. I trust ALL AUTO SERVICE! Betty & Chuck andtheir mechanics, are true professionals. Chuck s group is very accommodating and responsive! Honest and dose not replace parts for sake of making money! If you don t need it he won t put it on. I trust his business with our business! I've known Chuck and Betty for over 20 years. They've did outstanding work on my Buick. When I brought it in it was having problems. It had trouble starting up. Also transmission issues throwing all sorts of engine codes. They fixed the problems gave it a tune up now it runs like it's brand new. Many other places would've asked me to consider trading it in for a new car. By basically putting a band-aid on it and sending me away. Some of the engine issues kind of cascaded into other things with the car. They made things right and had them working properly. I trust how they do things and they know their stuff ! As far as I am concerned they'll continue to get my business. They are upright and outstanding people! When I brought a vehicle in for inspection, I did not expect them to go through it with a fine tooth comb. I especially didn't expect them to be so thorough for 125 dollars.These kind folks far exceeded my expectations. I got a cool text message full of pictures and details about the specific problems with the vehicle. The images had arrows, were clear, and showed me exactly what/where/and how to fix any problems that were found.I could not recommend them enough. I felt educated and not pressured. I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me because I am a lady, which is super common.Thank you very much, I will be bringing any vehicle I plan on buying straight to you for inspection. You gained a repeat customer.

Called All Care for assistance with flat tire. Car was not drivable they assisted with arranging car to be towed. Vehicle was ready a short time later. Very happy with service. Will use them in the future.

I had a very positive experience with All Auto. They diagnosed the problem with my car and promptly notified me of their recommendations for repairs. They did a great explaining why the repair should be done. They also identified other repairs that will need to be done but not necessary right now. They are the most thorough garage/repair shop I have ever been to. They'll take pictures of everything they looked at in an inspection and email it to you. They always keep you updated and are an excellent resource for repairs on a budget. Always very nice and helpful! They are honest about the repairs that need to be done on my vehicle as well as letting me know which ones are immediate safety concerns so that I do not have to pay for multiple repairs all at once. They even recommended me to a good body shop when my vehicle needed cosmetic repairs!

After having problems with larger repair places, I went to this place located close to where I grew up. What a great experience. Although they were short handed help wise like everybody else, they got me in and returned my car the same day. It was a brake job I needed before taking my car on a short trip out of state. They also looked my car over as it is older, 2007 Ford Fusion with 128,000 miles on it to ensure it was safe for my travels. With the chip shortage, this was the car that had to take me after delaying a car purchase. Top notch service with reasonable prices. Don't let the size of the building discourage you. You will get great service from this establishment.Service: Brakes
