We were in need of a new range (oven/stove) And stopped in at ABC Warehouse on South Pennsylvania. Devin was amazing. He was quite knowledgeable and helpful and not your typical pushy sales person. We ended up with a better range than we were anticipating at a great price with exceptional customer service! We are very satisfied!

Bought a washer and a dryer from there and when my brand new washer died not even two years old they couldn't do anything? Because I didn't buy a warranty. Are you not concerned about a brand new 700 dollar washer I bought that already died from your store? Or maybe offer something? No some number he told me call that rang rang and rang. Take your money somewhere else!

This store may look closed from the roadway but trust me it is OPEN and ready for business. The store gave me a really good deal on a new TV that was highly rated on the internet. One thing nice about this store versus BB is that you don't have to search the store for someone to help you, they are there immediately to help you. On top of that, they were very helpful with the delivery of my TV, even though it was days after the sale was completed.

Low pressure salesman. I was able to stroll thru alone. Good selection, just not what I was seeking today. I have been satisfied by prior purchases and will shop there again in future.

My experience at the store was good. Customer service was good. Bought a chair. As far as delivery that was a mixed up can't get chair until later date not happy about that. I'll be happier after I get my chair

I've purchased several items at ABC Warehouse and I have been mostly happy but once there was an issue and customer service reached out and I was connected to a manager and Devon was very kind and invited me to come in and fix the issue and Devon greeted me with a smile and quickly fixed my issue and even provided me with the necessary HDMI cord and was very understanding to the fact that I am a bit of a electronics novice and explained nicely what had to be done. I'm so grateful and pleased y'all reached out to me because I love to decorate (on a budget of course) and ABC Warehouse has such lovely things at such great prices right now I'm so glad.Thank you Devon, well done!

Ask for Mike he s pretty good. If you re looking at the Scott bedroom set, be warned it s very misleading. The side table they ll show you does not come with the 5pc package.

My sales person Nick was awesome. He worked hard and powered through despite having issues. Unfortunately he was the only one who was helpful. I witnessed a warehouse employee sleeping/passed out and another one chain smoking by my open truck while I loaded my own furniture that I purchased. Not only was it in poor taste, it was a fire hazard. Don t smoke near furniture warehouses/customers new furniture. The process took much longer than necessary. Due to laziness of all the employees with exception of Nick. Spent almost 1000$. Be helpful be kind. Yeesh

The store is run down on the outside and not kept. We drove roughly 1.5 hrs to complete the sale of a TV. After already being approved we notified the store that we would be in two weeks ago. No concerns were made time wise.Despite having approval from their stores for financing, we were unnecessarily ran again for financing, and thus denied, despite our consecutive pleading that we cameApproved. At this time we must wait for an override and tried to get the selected tv delivered to our home. We wait.They had no OLEDs on the floor or for display.

I have started to purchase all my appliances at ABC Wearhouse for years I received great costumer service with fast delivery . Great prices for great Quality And as always Devon looks out for the customer. I so recommend if you need great service. Asked for Devon .

Overall great experience. Our unit was due to be in on a Saturday, but they called and said that it wasn't going to be in on time. Since it wasn't going to be in, they delivered it to our house for free.

If I could post negative stars, I would.This was the single worst retail experience of my life. I walked in to the Pennsylvania Ave. location and spent some time picking out a sofa, and went on to purchase it. The associate (Devin) told me it would be a 3-week wait to get it. This was mid-October, so it sounded like I'd get it by Thanksgiving. Perfect. He asked if I wanted it delivered. I have a trailer, so it wouldn't be a problem for me to pick it up myself, however, I left them talk me into the delivery; $40 extra, and I was told the 3-week delivery was guaranteed if I got the delivery option. It seemed strange at the time that I had already been told a 3-week in-store/stock time, but now was being promised the same thing only if I paid for the delivery. Anyway, I opted in, mostly for the "benefit" of them keeping the deal they had already made with me, but oh well.3 weeks and a day later, with no contact from the store, I called to get a status update. "It'll be here in a week," they promised, again. Okay, I'm not a big complainer, so I let it go. Wouldn't have it for Thanksgiving with the family, but whatever. I asked that they call me if it would be any later than that.Next week, same story. No call from the store, and when I called, the chains were moved a week down the line. Again. I did raise a bit of a fuss this time, and they said they would refund the $40 delivery fee, after it was delivered. This was good by me, and I again asked for a call should it be further delayed.It was. I waited. Two more weeks, gave them a call, and was given the same excuses. I told them this would be the last time I let it go. Now we were in mid-December, and it was obvious it wouldn't be in time for the holidays. I called the following week, and told them I had reached the end of my patience with their incompetence and I needed my money back. They gave me every line in the book: "it'll just be one more week," "just until after the holidays," "if you cancel now, you'll have to pay more to re-order," "you'll be put at the end of the list," etc. On that call, I was done being courteous. I said. "Just give me my money back, no more excuses, no more guarantees, no more lies." I know it doesn't matter that much in the big scope of things, but I'll also add, that every time I called, after giving my name, they always asked for the order number. At this point, my name should have been recognition enough. My order should have been at the top of their to-do list, and I shouldn't have needed to give my story every single week. I spoke once to the manager to tell him the saga, and his response was more or less "that's between you and the salesman."Anyway, they finally agreed to refund my money, and I thought I had put it to bed at that point. Nope. As a final gesture of utter incompetence, they waited 11 days, until after the holidays, AND after I called to "remind" them to actually process the refund. That's right, they thought I wouldn't be watching my card statement for the refund to clear, and that they could walk away from this debacle profiting over $600 for doing nothing but royally screwing up repeatedly.This is one of those "never shopping there again, and telling everyone I can to stay away" stories, I guess. I've waited a few months to post this to see if maybe I was being unreasonable. But even after this time, I still can't think of any way they could have handled the situation worse than they did.

I went in to buy a TV stand last weekend, and the service was excellent. Gretchen showed me many options for TV stands for great deals. She helped me through the entire process with enthusiasm and care. The TV stand she helped me find was an excellent product, easy to put together and looks great. I would recommend her as a sales rep and this store to anyone.

Doug Wedley, he did a great job informing us on the unit we were looking at. He also walked through all the paperwork with us. He has been a great salesman through out the years. Hate to see him leave, but hope he has a great retirement.

Every time I go to this ABC it is a positive experience. The employees are always friendly and eager to assist me in finding a good deal for the items that I need. I highly recommend this store! Last time I was in the store, Todd was able to help me with service on my computer, he was extremely friendly and time efficient. Plus, ABC warranty s are the best warranty s in the business. I know that whatever I buy is covered!

I've shopped several times over the years at ABC on south Pennsylvania in Lansing and every purchase I've had a great salesman Devin he's always ready to show us what we need and a great deal too. I've even sent my friends in to ask for Devin, he's very friendly and knowledgeable in your products great job Devin!!!
