Terrible! Everyone in that city is a crock, I will never return to the middle of the country again for rest of my life, it is a post apocalyptic waste land lacking any ability to fuel my car with the gas it needs or get services to help with the gas ruined my engine. I m reporting Audi Lansing, they should not have a dealership where you can t even purchase the fuel to run an Audi, they prefer 93 octane which is impossible to find in the middle of America. The Tow truck driver you guys contacted for me, took my vehicle because I was $40 short on a $600 tow, they broke things in my car, stole my prescriptions that were in my glove box and I don t know what else might be missing. I am reporting you guys to AAA in California and they we will see what comes form it. I offered the Tow operator anything in my vehicle, even a $2000 tv for just the $40 but they saw what was in my car and would rather rob me. This was M and M towing out of Battle Creek Michigan.

Very disappointed. I just want to switch my payment from one single payment to monthly payments because I found I can't afford too much at one time. But they said I've already authorized them to make the payment and can not change until this insurance season is over. They would rather I change to another insurance company and cancel all my policy than to make a change of ways of payment, which is ridiculous. I don't what their logic is to set up these rules. I used this company for so many years with trust, and they did great for me with reasonable price. But now I have to change to another company due to their ridiculous rules.

I ve really wanted to enjoy this car insurance but every other month my rates change, they will change my policy and never get ahold of me, one time I was charged $400 for no reason and instead of fixing it and refunding me they put it towards future payments. I don t have money like that to be taken randomly with no explanation or communication. I haven t had an agent on my policy for over a year they never told me my agent stopped working for them and told me I m now in limbo . I recently had a flood and thought I would be covered since I ve been paying for renters insurance for the past year and a half turns out they said o haven t had it this entire time SO WHAT EXACTLY HAVE I BEEN PAYING FOR THIS ENTIRE TIME. I have cancer and this car insurance should not be stressing me out this much. Not to mention any changes we make on the phone do not stick to your account. I ve changed my car and address on the phone and in person countless times and they will still use my old information. I ve tried to be so understanding but I m at my end with this. I will be looking for a new insurance this week.I want to add I was charged another $400 this month. I have only one car. You guys are robbing me and probably multiple people.

This is the worst office and manager. They are about commission, bank fraud, no integrity. I asked for my policy not to be renewed in July in person. The car changed owners and I even provided proof car was insured by other insurance. I m still being billed in November. My account was still debited. I was still billed for months even though I repeatedly went into the office, called on the phone, emailed over and over and was even emailed from an agent that policy was canceled but it wasn t. I also never receive discount for health insurance on previous policy even though I proved documents.

Called AAA around 3pm for a battery jump,was told approx 30 minutes. Received Automatic call 45 min later(3:45pm) saying request given to local company and expect another 30 min wait.Around 5pm (1hour plus) local company called, confirmed he had request information, said it would be another 90 minutes (so, 6:30 ish) At that point 2 hours after calling for service, we cancelled the service request. Not willing to wait another 1 1/2 hours.

I recently encountered an unforeseen situation at the Meijer gas station in the 48911 area and had to contact AAA for assistance. Initially, I was informed that my car needed to be towed to a local gas station. However, when Edward Pease arrived, he efficiently assessed the situation and realized that the gas station was nearby. With outstanding service, he promptly assisted in getting my car up and running again without the need for towing. His swift response and valuable help were instrumental in resolving the issue in a remarkably short time.Edward Pease's professionalism and quick thinking undoubtedly saved both time and unnecessary hassle. I wholeheartedly recommend his exceptional service to others in need. Coming from California, I'm used to overworked grumpy employees that really could care less about customer service and would just prefer to get you in and out as fast as possible. The agents there were super nice and accommodating. I had a bunch of stuff to do and was on a time limit because I had an appt at the DMV. They made sure to meet all my needs, be kind and professional, and get me out on time to make my appointment! Definitely recommend. Not sure why people say AAA is too expensive? They aren't the cheapest auto insurance but they easily have the best service and coverage. Can't beat that peace of mind.

1 star is too high, these people are rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. They will lie over and over again just to end the phone call and have 0 regard for people and what they are going through. Waited over 6 hours for a tow that was never even properly scheduled and was told to leave my keys in my unlocked vehicle for them to tow it, only to find out the tow driver never even had me scheduled like they said..

They outright lied to me when I made the reservation for the battery replacement on the phone. I asked them how much it would be to replace my battery, and I was told it would be around $130. This seemed reasonable, although already twice as much as if I buy the battery at Sam's Club, which I have often done. But it was the price that I paid last year for an AAA battery in a different vehicle. But, when the driver came, he said that $130 price was before two price hikes in the last six months, and now the price is $190 plus tax. So, a 50% increase beyond what I was told! I have been a member of AAA for 35 years - shame on AAA.

Top notch. Christine helped me buy AAA road service for my sister and brother-in-law in Michigan. Tried to buy it in Torrance, CA but not possible apparently by local rules. Called the AAA on E. Saginaw, Lansing, Michigan. Paid over the phone with my credit card on December 09, 2021 and my sister and brother-in-law received their cards on December 15, 2021. Great Christmas gift.

Leave you stranded and without any help for hours and hours on end. Doesn t matter if it s a life or death situation they just lie about someone being on their way and leave you to die on the side of the road

I have never had a problem with triple aa tell I moved to Michigan. i called to get a quote on insurance because I've been a member of there roadside assistance program for 5 years. But I have never in my life been talked Dow to the like I did when I called them. Talk about rude I now know why everyone goes south for the winter because the lady I talked to differently needed to go dethaw her small frozen heart. She argued with me on the phone about my membership so I called customer service for them to tell i was correct my membership was still vailed. I wish I could give negtive stars cause I would. Customer service is important and this one truly lacks it.

helpful, and patient... the lady told us what we had to do for a car accident (call the 1800 AAA MICH#) to file a claim and got us the number to the agent on the policy, she even told us where the AAA branch is located that our agent works at.

Went in for trip tick...trip planned for late June. Too early for plan, but received many vacation books and ideas from agent about trip. Very helpful.

I have tried calling and every time I am waiting 20 minutes to talk to someone and the call gets disconnected. If you want service you are better off going into the office.
