Called this shop because my daughter and granddaughters, 5 and 1 yrs old, were broken down on the side of the road about a mile from them and the woman that answered the phone was so rude. She wouldn't let me complete a sentence before cutting me off to tell me that they didn't tow or do roadside assistance. I hope their family never needs any help.Yes, I did ask 2 questions and like I said she cut me off and was talking over me. I completely understand not offering a service, but an ounce of kindness goes a long way. And I did end the conversation with an abrasive statement because I needed to make more phone calls to find someone that would help my daughter and granddaughters not just talk over me. Hope yall have the day you deserve.

Wonderful people and great service. We had a flat tire going down M46 for a visit with family who were only available for a few hours. Another shop quoted us 3 or 4 hours to get to us. This shop dropped what they were doing and took care of us in minutes and with a smile. Very fair price as well. Wish I lived close enough to go to them for all my auto repair needs!

Steve always does excellent work, we have been going to him for years and we trust him with any automotive repairs we need taken care of. He's honest, trustworthy and does great work

I can t say enough about this place. I trust them and know everyone there is a problem it s going to get done and done right. I never leave there feeling like I just got cheated out of money or the job was done poorly. This is the only place my husband trusts me to go when he is unable to do the work himself. I would recommend M46 Auto to everyone. Thank you for always making me feel like I m in the best of hands and for always being trustworthy.
