So far, so good. The gentleman was nice and supportive.. He was even discussing the damage and said that if the cost of the repairs exceeded the quote set by the insurance he would advocate for us to have everything covered! Then he went Above and beyond and taped our hanging headlight up haha. Update - it was a bit of a wait before he could start repairing our jeep, but it wasn't that long of a wait plus it was well worth it! He did everything as promised and it was done pretty quickly. He even gave us a loner car to use while we waited for the work to be done! After it was all said and done the jeep looks brand new in the front plus they diagnosed our warning lights on the dash and gave us a print out of everything! 100% would recommend again and again!

I have a Navigator that I keep in Michigan, I trust Chris and know when I call him and tell him I need my vehicle looked at that he will do the job right and not take advantage of me not being there. He runs an honest business that you can trust.

Most compassionate, hardworking group! They volunteered their time to help me get to work in a flash. I have more to add this review, but wanted to get something up ASAP because I'm beyond grateful for them! Highly recommend!!!Update: Thank you to Wallace Auto, I made it safely to my assignment today!My car vs. scattered screws across the road! I'm not sure it was an accident or placed there, but it sure put a damper on my trip.Unfamiliar with the area, I wasn't sure where to take my car and with one phone call, I had an appointment with Wallace Auto nearby. I'd never heard of this shop, but I'm SO GLAD I met this amazing crew!!! Sargeant Ryan escorted me straight to the Auto Shop and as soon as I pulled in [with multiple screws in my tires ], they teamed up and started working! In a whip, Mr. Wallace sent me on my way. This crew was unbelievably efficient, compassionate, and trustworthy! I'm a new fan and I hope you consider them the next time you're in need!"We just hope you have a safe trip to work, Miss!" I had them put new brakes on my truck and they ruined the didn't check the lines to see if they were working properly. So my front brakes were on all the time. They also were supposed to put a new muffler on, yes they did put one on but it was way to small for my truck causing to much back pressure so it wouldn't run worth a hoot. Not to mention the cobbled up weld job they did to it, it broke & burnt a hole in my bed. The oil change they did on aALL of my automobiles they put the oil filter on so tight I had to use channel locks to remove it. My wife jeep went in for a tune & came back with a terrible vibration. They said it was tire slap, the same tires have been on it for 3 years with no issues until they worked on it. BAD, BAD all the way around.Services: Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change
