Brought my vehicle here for estimate on deer damage repair - although the vehicle was deemed a total loss by insurance, the workers at this shop were very prompt with communication. They took my vehicle on in a timely manner and kept me updated along the way. I will come back here if I ever need repair.

I was in a side impact collision in fall of 2019 and Szott promptly jumped on my repair when I brought my Jeep in. The entire staff and Service Manager was great to work with through the process and kept me updated non stop. When I picked up my Jeep there was damage to the driver window from welding taking place next to my car, Scott properly replaced my window free of charge. Almost three years later I had paint start to peel at the site of the repair and Craig and team took care of it immediately under warranty, no questions asked. Top notch, class act, and I was treated like a priority.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my 21 Ram here to have the rear fender repaired after another driver swiped the car. After I got the car back, I forgot the incident even happened- IMO this means they did a good job repairing the vehicle.

I could not speak more highly of the team here at Szott-White Lake! They took great care of me and my Jeep Grand Cherokee. Customer service and quality of work is bar none. Tyler green was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to ensure our windshield on our Jeep Grand Cherokee was going to be replaced in a timely matter. He was kind enough to put us in a jeep wrangler for the weekend since it was a Friday and we needed a vehicle to get around. This is our first Jeep and the service we've received at Szott 59 collision has been nothing short of excellent. A very nice staff that does a great job, keep it up!

Craig, the Body-shop manager and his staff of Doug and Tom, handled the arrangements for 'Kenny' the 'Detailer' (among other skills) to Detail two of my Autos. The whole experience went well. Brand new Jeep Gladiator came out of the car wash with full truck length scrapes. I wasn't able to rub them out with a rag, so called Szott 59 Collision. Craig had me in the next day, within an hour they buffed out the scrape and my Jeep is showroom new again. Best part, they would not accept a dime. Thank you Craig for your professional and kind service. Highly recommend!

Today I picked up my Chrysler Town and Country mini van, after having my hood replaced. I couldn't be happier with the service and quality of the work they did on my vehicle. My service adviser, Tyler, and a young lady (I think her name was Beth Ann. kept me updated on the progress of the work. When I got into my van to go home, I noticed not only did they wash the exterior of my vehicle, but cleaned the interior! Great job people! Thank You!

First, the good...they did a very nice job with the body repair and it's running great.Now, the not-so-good... the repair estimate was originally three to four weeks, it ended up taking six and a half weeks. Make sure you have a car available to you!I am revising my earlier review; I was unhappy with the lack of response. But I received a phone call today that set everything right. Good customer appreciation, and as I mentioned in the beginning, my car looks and runs great.

I called in yesterday to get information on a detail for my car and I will definitely be bringing it in soon. Tom was extremely thorough with describing everything that they do with a detail and made sure that we figured out the best time for my schedule. I ve heard a lot of great things about the detailing at Szott so I am very eager to bring it in and see for myself!

My wife hit a deer in our Ford Transit. Kyle from Szott M-59 Collision did an amazing job. Not only did they do a great job on the body but the our van came back cleaner than when I purchased it. Great company with exceptional customer service.

Took my wife's GMC Terrain to Szott M59 Collision in White Lake after someone dented the passenger side rear door in a parking lot. It appeared the damage was from the edge of another vehicle door and even left paint marks in the dent. Very discouraging since we just got the vehicle new only a few weeks earlier.In less than a half day after dropping it off in the morning they called me to say it was done. I was almost skeptical that it could be fixed that quick. When I went to pick it up I was amazed. The door looked perfect! I don't know how they did it, but it almost seemed like magic to look new again that quickly. Very, very pleased! Would definitely recommend Szott Collision to anybody that needs auto body work.

I normally don't leave reviews but I was in at the Szott Collision Center White Lake location about 3 months ago with my 2015 Jeep Wrangler. I had slipped off the road into a ditch and hit a tree, a lot of damage! It was a Two week process to get my vehicle repaired but it was done very well and Sig made the process in the dealership painless. New building looks great to !

Had a problem with a bolt in the bed of my truck while installing running boards that required removing the bed. Talked to Tyler Green at the Collision shop and he went right to work. He Quickly got me a quote that was fair and got me scheduled.Work was done thoroughly and on time.

Tyler walked me through everything they had to do step by step. I had a wonderful experience given the circumstance my Jeep was in. I appreciate the good pricing and amazing customer service here. Will definitely be back if ever needed but hopefully not anytime soon ! Lol

I had a very good experience with Scott Collision. My adviser Tyler did a great job and kept me up to date on my Ram truck which had extensive damage. I recommend Szott Collision for your repair.

Its always a bit of a panic when you get in an accident, but Matt Malmquist and the Szott Collision Center crew really are fantastic. They make sure you are well taken care of from the first minute, and work really hard to get you back on the road as soon as they can. Its so nice to have someone that you trust to be able to help in the most stressful of times.

My daughter borrowed my Ram Rebal for the first time ever, as her car was being repaired- she parked it at Lakeland high and someone backed into it while parked. No one even left a note. I took the truck up to Szott and Tyler took great care of my truck.. it was a Great experience at the body shop they kept in tpuch with me along the process and did an amazing job on a 3 year old red truck.. I am really fussy and I give them an A+.. highly recommended..

From the time I arrived to the time I left, I was treated like family. The guys in the shop were all professional, listened to my needs, and provided top notch service with a smile. I will definitely be returning in the near future and wouldn't recommend that anyone go anywhere else!

My car was in an accident in June of 2019. It is still having issues, it's now March of 2020. It should have been totaled and now I'm stuck having to bounce around my schedule so I can make it up there for them to look at. Each time I get my car back within 2 weeks it needs to go back for something else. I'm so upset this is still going on.
