*I will NEVER step foot in the business again. I even tried to be professional and email them all of my concerns with ZERO response. I was basically told I could not afford the vehicle, wasn't given a chance to test drive it, and was profiled.*I went in because I was interested in looking at a Jeep Wrangler while also trading in my Honda Civic. I went to the finance office to crunch numbers and I was sat in front of a woman who was less than pleased to have me in her office, she never looked up once to speak to me. She asked me what vehicle I was looking at and then asked me what I thought my current car was worth. She then gave me an outlandish monthly estimate. I came back the next day in hopes of talking to someone else and that experience was even worse than the day before! I walked in hoping to test drive the vehicle so I can see if I even liked it and get a more official quote on my Honda. I received zero of that attention.I spoke with Kevin Kory initially and I asked to test drive the jeep. At this time, a whisper of words were exchanged with another employee. Kevin then told me that we should just look at the value of my car first. No problem, I thought. We walked out to the parking lot and he did a very quick "inspection". Never circled around my vehicle, never entered my vehicle, never turned my vehicle on then said let's head back in. I asked if I would be able to test drive and he said no, he didn't want the car to get dirty. Something I have never heard in all of my times leasing or purchasing a car. We went back into the office where Kevin told me I would get $7k trade in value and in order to get the Jeep, I would also have to put down another $6-7k. Mind you, the last two days there, not one person asked for my ID to check my info, my credit score or any type of loans. Not one time did anyone look at that. Putting that much money down would essentially be putting more than half of the money down for what the car was even worth. Do better. The have lost my business and other family members.

Great place to buy a low mile, almost like new vehicles. Most vehicles are inside heated show rooms and have a Car Fax laying on the seat for you to review. You can compare several models without a high pressure salesmen following you around. Their prices are the best you will find and that is the price, they do not haggle.. They can also arrange financing. All cars are listed on their website with pictures, details and price. All car dealers should be like this

We found nice vehicles no super great deal price was ok only thing being inexperienced they gave us next to nothing on our vehicles they were older(2005, 2008) but ran great cleaned up nice we didn t want to drive them back home we accepted the low ball $100 for our car my Dodge Grand Caravan $400 so word to the wise don t accept these horrible low ball offers do better than I did when we got home and told family we could of sold and got much more

The car that I picked out is fantastic and their selection is incredible. The only thing I didn't appreciate was the rush of the sale. It's good to let your customer feel like they aren't worked like an assembly line. I had comfort knowing that their inventory is top of the line compared to any other dealer and the cars are much more low risk. Thanks Nice Car Company.

Kevin and Dave were just amazing to work with. They are not pushy, just down-to-earth friendly people. The whole process was so simple and easy. They are honest and are selling legit cars with low mileage. The showroom is huge and the cars are great. Some cars had miles as low as 3k! We couldn't believe the selection they had. I just bought my daughter's first car from there and plan on purchasing a vehicle from them when my lease is up this year. Go in, look around. You won't be disappointed. Place is spotless.

Excellent company to deal with, I bought a 2002 Corvette from them and my Brother and his wife bought a Toyota Rav 4 when he brought me to pick up the Vette!. Great group of sales and office people. It is their mission to offer quality auto's at reasonable prices.

NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE! It s a scam! I bought my first car and it was good but I decided to trade it in. The second car I got is a piece of junk! Within the first week I had to put over $1000 into it. New tires because they put snow tires on it, factory brakes were still on it from 2017 so I had to put new brakes and rotors. Which in the description it said it had new brakes. I took the car to them because it was also shaking and come to find out the transmission was bad. The car only has 27,000 miles. Now after the transmission is fixed, I still feel the shake and both axles and CV shaft are bad. I ve made one payment on the car and it s been in the shop more than I ve had it. The customer service is horrible and there is a dealer that likes to privately text message you inappropriate things. They also told me they would fix the rust from it sitting in a swamp and all they did was spray paint over it and gave it back to me still wet! Their cars are junk!!

By far the absolute best car buying experience I ve ever experienced. From walking the show room to test driving, it was a zero pressure buying experience. Kevin was great to work with and guided us along the whole buying process. We will definitely be buying our future vehicles from here. Each car had a folder with all the Car facts and final costs and warranty info, which was very helpful. Their warranty is easy to understand and is well worth it! Everything was clean and the employees were very nice and helpful. If you need a new vehicle, go check them out!

My family just bought a wonderful car with extremely low miles for a great price. This is our third car from The Nice Car Company and we wouldn t want go anywhere else to purchase. Everyone is so friendly and laid back. Their inventory is ample, clean, and affordable. I would highly recommend looking for your next vehicle at The Nice Car Company! Our Nice Car Company Experience. This was the most fun we have ever enjoyed car shopping. This place is like a Candy Shop for Cars with low mileage . When you shop there are information packets in every vehicle. We loved the sales people so nice and helpful , with so many choices it was a difficult decision. The Cars and Show Rooms are so clean. I highly recommend this place we are so happy with our purchase. Thank you for making this experience more than expected Nice Car Company.

My credit Union recommended this dealership to me and I will never buy a car from anyone else. Our experience there was fantastic, very low pressure, we ended up purchasing 2 cars from them! We have been in the market for a used vehicle and after researching other dealerships we went to NCC, staff was very friendly! Huge indoor showroom, brought the entire family down last Saturday to check out some of the ones we liked, went back on Thursday to test drive a couple of them. They gave us a good price on our trade in and about 90 min later we left in our slightly used 2018 Jeep Compass. Great service and the entire staff was friendly. I highly recommend them if you are in the market for a new or used car.

I'm from Missouri. I worked out a deal with the owner, Dave, before flying over to Detroit to do the paperwork and pick up the car. They picked me up at the airport and drove me back to the dealership to complete the transaction. The entire experience was great! I got an awesome car at a good price without the typical car dealer BS. The staff at Nice Car Co. couldn't have been nicer. I highly recommend you give them a chance to find you the car you're looking for. Thanks to Dave, Jan, and the rest of the crew at Nice Car Co. for a great car buying experience.

While visiting from Florida, we had the opportunity to visit Nice Car Company. Our friends had highly recommended it. What a great place to shop for a car, all indoors out of the sun and rain. They have like new, low mileage cars. No pressure shopping, great experience, we will be back!

While shopping for a car for my daughter, we found something she liked and it was in pretty good shape for the year of the car. While almost closing the deal I went and looked under the car and there was oil leaking under the car. The car salesman was like " what what there is no way." I said come look. He was like walking around frantic. Took the car to get it looked at and told us they would give us a deal to still buy the car. The deal was $450 off the car. I just laughed at them and said with an oil leak it is going to cost way more than that to fix. He was like so is that a no on the car? I was like yes we will have to pass.The salesman there are take calls while working with you, they don't really know anything about the cars and if you ask them questions they say let me ask my manager. What kind of car place is this?

I only give one star because I couldn t give no stars. Starts with the purchase of a car that died after 28 days. Nobody could pinpoint the problem, and I got nothing but rudeness, and condescending comments. Jan, Kevin, and Paul may be the rudest customer service people I ve ever dealt with. No chance I ever do business with this company again.

My son needed a car to go to college. I purchased a 2008 Ford Focus in August 2018. It only had 42,800 miles, and it is in excellent condition inside and out. Their prices may appear to be a little higher than average but it is well worth any extra you may pay. The owner and the staff arefriendly but not overbearing, and most importantly they are known throughout Toledo for having integrity.

I've always hated car shopping... bad weather, pushy salespeople, negotiating price, etc. The Nice Car Company made it a fun, pleasurable experience. The staff was friendly, the showroom and inventory were spotlessly clean, and the selection of vehicles was superb. So many people have asked where I purchased my car and I'm happy to refer them to NCC! I'll be back!

Bought a car with an ignition problem that I didn t realize until a mechanic told me it was an issue (the van runs for a minute even after key is removed). Nice car manager on the phone refused to even acknowledge they may have sold me the car like that and refused to take any action. Very bad customer service. I would never buy a car from them again or recommend them. I actually first just asked her if she could check on the history of the van to see if who ever had it before me may have had a remote starter installed, her response was those files are in the attic and I can t get them ...what is that? That s ridiculous.

We like Nice Car Co. Dave came into meet us and the we worked with John Kevin helped also. Jan took care of our paperwork. These folks are patient and no pressure. Our daughters first car purchase ......JOHN helped with narrowing it down with her in a very non pushy professional way.Thank you nice Car Co team your style and quality of service and product is appreciated !!! I purchased a Corolla 4yrs ago and still love it. Never a problem just regular maintenance and it's going strong. Today I purchased a jeep GC. Very low miles and I feel a fair price. The people don't harass you and just let you shop. Everyone is very nice and professional. I recommend this place if you want very low mileage and pretty much brand new vehicles. I want to thank them for both my purchases and I will be back hopefully for a mini cooper.The morgans

I have bought three cars from the Nice Car Company. All have been excellent purchases. The staff allows you to shop for extended periods of time with no hassle, but they are generally available if you have any questions about any of the vehicles. All of the vehicles are reviewed by an independent repair facility, so you get at least one facility's take on the vehicles. You also get a look at the CarFax for the cars, posted in each of the vehicles. If you buy from them be sure to spread the word. Anyone buying a car that uses you as a reference will get you an unexpected check in the mail.
