Employees running this gas station are next level rude. So there are several hot cups available to choose from for hot drinks. I picked the one that screamed it should be holding coffee. Apparently I chose a latte cup(looked like a regular paper cup to me) and because I chose the wrong coffee cup they wanted to charge me 4x the price. You would have thought the cost of the cup was coming out of their check. Both the employee and female manage were absolutely rude. 0 customer service. I will be choosing a different station when visiting Houghton Lake. Really wishing I would have told her to shove that cup up her a$$ and walked out. Instead I'm leaving a review. Word to the wise...choose the right cup.

Just bought a Starbucks iced coffee there today got super sick about 30 minutes later .. checked the date ! It was a month old.

I appreciate the overnight crew but the morning/ mid-day shift should pay more attention to customers and not their friends and phones

I was there around 2pm. Had a therapy dog with me. I can not talk or walk well. The lady called me a ticket drunk to bed Co worker when I went back in management one girl sad I'm the manager they all laughed not cool

Does not reliably update gas prices, Google shows at least 30 cents lower than reality.

The pumps for trailers are on West side. Nice large parking lot when in back.
