I had a truly great experience buying my Challenger from Nester's. David, my salesman was knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. The finance manager was great also. From the time I arrived, until I left in the car I bought, was only 2 hours and 5 minutes. One great group of people here!

I called to schedule an oil change and tire rotation on a Thursday and they scheduled me for the next day Friday. They picked it up from my work and had it back before the time they said.Excellent and clean job done well.Highly recommend Don Nesters for servicing any vehicle.

Tom was extremely helpful through the whole process of purchasing my Jeep Cherokee. The owner was able to give me the rundown of the vehicle history personally and made me feel very comfortable buying it. The entire experience was great! Very happy with my decision to buy from Nester! Highly recommend them if looking for a vehicle.

I am a retired Ford female salesperson of 40 years and have learned over the many years how important customer service is and want to share my happy story , I was driving up to my cottage last Friday during a very bad windstorm, and the engine splash shield fell and was dragging the pavement, my fear was it would eventually puncture a tire not to mention how loud it was becoming, I stopped at Don Nester Auto Group and approached Billy Zydowicz, a service advisor, and he promptly pulled my 2018 Ford Escape in and had it removed I might mention, I spoke briefly to Jack Sussex in sales found him to be an extremely nice guy as well I have always worked for a small town dealership over my 40 years and I can tell you, it s these moments that count and can possibly steer a person to switch brands and switch dealerships! I certainly will consider this dealership in the future! Thankyou very much, Jackie Withers from Owosso!

Jack Sussex is fantastic to work with! He answers all my questions, goes out of his way to make sure everything is to my liking, and makes the process go as smoothly as possible. This is the 2nd vehicle I have bought from him at the Houghton Lake branch, and I highly recommend him!

I had a basic oil change and tire rotation on a new to me Jeep. All the lug nuts were splined and required a key. I didn't have the key, the technician was able to get them off and we ordered a new set. Based on this service I would consider going back for other services.

I had a recall letter for my catalytic converter and called up Don Nester to see if they could get the part for my 2013 Dodge Journey SE. After 3 weeks of waiting for my part to come in, Don Nester called and told me they had my part. On Thursday Dec.7th, 2023, I took my car in to get fixed. At 11:00 am I picked up my car. I highly recommend Don Nester for any recalls anyone has on their Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Chrysler and Chevrolet vehicles. This company gets 5 all the way. Excellent service, excellent staff! Thank you for the great work you did on my car.

Took my truck to three different dealerships including the one I purchased it from. The first two just didn't have any interest in really working on it tried throwing some parts at it. Don nesters and Houghton lake is the only one that actually ran the test that were required to find the problem that was with my truck and fixed it in a timely manner I will be continued to use them for service and all my vehicles and purchase of new vehicles in the future

I got an oil change and the oil was changed. Prices have gone up though and it's expensive. I'm going to go back to doing my own and save $55. Besides that I wish I could do anything without being repeatedly bothered about reviewing the 'experience'. Apparently they've given my contact info to some marketing thing that keeps begging me to review them.

Always take good care of my vehicles when I bring them in. Always communicate with me while vehicles are being serviced as to any other issues found so I can get them taken care of while I am there. Top notch service.

Not a huge fan of the work done, I reported issues. Most got fixed, got new tires now tpms sensor isn t working. Reported trailer light issues they said it s the trailer, the trailer was just rewired completely and works on every other vehicle except the one just serviced. It s also not just one trailer that has an issue it s any trailer I test on.

After working 4 years for this company I can say that Management with this company seems to have some serious issues. Not only are their vehicles unsafe, they also have a bad reputation for not paying their employees, providing poor service, safety and cleanliness, and speaking ill of customers. It's really important for customers and employees to be aware of these things so they can make informed decisions. Safety, fair treatment, and good service are key factors when choosing a company to work with.

I am always surprised how fast the oil change and tire rotation takes. Billie and the rest of the service department always deliver the service that I m there for quickly and efficiently. That s why I don t bother taking my 2 vehicles anywhere else.

Mr. Nester, thanks for responding to my review. You said that it has been 1 month when it has been 3 months. Very surprised that it took you so long to respond to such a bad review. I do not know why it took you so long to find out what I was trying to buy when your sales manager should know about every deal he approves, and the information that you shared in your response was INCORRECT. So either you are being lied to, or you are providing the wrong information so that you can try to make your dealer and staff look better than it really are. 2021 Silverado Duramax went into limp mods on Saturday, I was passing through town heading to Maine, the crew at Don Nester had me back on the road Monday evening after changing an injector and connector. Very satisfied with the customer service and work that was provided.

Had not tightened bolts after work done. Had to go back after hearing a rubbing noise. Bolts loose and 1 missing. We had gotten a new battery and now they can t get the directional indicator to work correctly. Not impressed
