Worked with Mark D. He was very thorough and communicated everything with me. They had my truck towed in Tuesday morning and by Tuesday evening my truck was done. New lifters and pushrods. I will definitely be using them from now on.

They are not quick to diagnose, and missed the issue I took it in for. They did do a good job taking care of other things, but all in all, a very neutral experience

I needed a routine oil change for my Corvette. They completed that (under the estimated price) and also let me know about a recall update. Both items taken care of and had my car back the same day.

Scheduled an appointment and on arrival was told I need to leave the vehicle for at least 48 hours or more for them to diagnose the issue (it s already been diagnosed). They don t offer loaner vehicles despite the issue with the vehicle being a faulty GM part. This happened before with a warranty issue, after several hours they told me I need to leave the vehicle for a few days I wouldn t take your vehicle here unless you re okay with not having it for a few days.

My experience was good. They were polite. They got a nice chauffer service. Had a pleasant conversation with the drivers & they took care of my vehicle & fast as well. My 2016 Chevrolet Equinox...Good work team!!!!

Great place to lease or buy a car. It was so easy and they were so accommodating. James Strop, sales, did a great job. Recommend him and the dealership. I've sent e few people to him and I don't usually feel good enough to recommend someone unless they're outstanding so I m recommending him, James Strop.

I scheduled an appointment for service only for my truck to sit in their dealership for two days and no work was done! What was the purpose of making an appointment when you didnt have anyone to service my vehicle. Going to another Chevy dealership from now on. I also dont recommend their collision shop. I had work done and months later my lights above the plates are hanging. They are currently taped in placed on a 2019 Traverse.

I routinely receive timely, courteous, professional and high quality service here. They keep track of what I need, they are never pushy and let me know my options. Great dealership!

They told me I needed $1200 worth of parts I didn't actually need. Took it to another shop and they quoted me half the price of this dealership because I didn't need half the parts they said

Pete is fantastic! My check engine light came on and he helped me right away, got it fixed in 1 day and made sure I had a loaner car for that day. They also fixed a chip in my windshield at the same time. Will definitely be going back when I need anything!

Went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Was met outside by a service tech and a smile. My Tahoe was completed on time for a very reasonable price and I will go back for service's again

Got rear ended late 2016 on my brand new 16 Malibu from the dealership. I got it repaired at its BS. At a glance they did a wonderful job. Later I found mangled heat shield above the muffler and they told me it was my fault not to catch it earlier. Correction request rejected. So.. BREARE their FALSE kindness and MAKE SURE your repair is done right at the site on the day with witnesses and plenty of records: Otherwise you will be told to be responsible for their mistake. They not only made negligent repair but damaged my car with ZERO sense of liability. Done!

Been here multiple times and its the SLOWEST service I've ever experienced. They keep your car for DAYS and sometimes I gotta bring it right back because whatever they repaired is still messed up. I wouldn't recommend this dealership for service to anyone

Very easy to schedule service online through Wally Edgar s website. Scheduled an appointment with Jason for 9:00 am on a Friday for LOF, new wiper blades, and a battery check. Jason checked me in and service was complete by 9:50 am. The CustomerService lounge has water, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, snack crackers, etc. The lounge was quiet making it easy to read or watch the news on tv. Definitely recommended.

I would not recommend this dealership for service to anyone. They do not communicate well they don't tell you truthfully what is going on and they make excuses if they even answer the phone the only one I would give a high rating to is their driver Ted very nice very politeService: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance
