They did an amazing job, and were honest , did the work in a timely manner. They did the rear brakes on my truck and did an oil change and put some sweet new tires on my truck and it only took half a day, worked with me on the times to make sure I had it back as fast as possible , Very friendly and at a fair price. I definitely will return and recommend to anyone I know.

Took my car here to get breaks and fuel pump checked.No fee inspection is a huge plus here.Staff is extremely friendly and helpful! They were honest about my fuel pump and informed me that it seemed fine, so they advised not to replace it. Honesty goes a long with way with me.Had my breaks done here and their prices are on par with what it costs for a break job on a 2019 Jeep Cherokee.Recommend: YES! 200%Service: 5Atmosphere: 5Price: 5Quality of work: 5Work ethics: 5

These guys have great service! They are knowledgeable about the tires they have and help you find what will work the best for your vehicle.After getting my new tires, I had to go back to get pressure sensors put in. They were so fast! I brought a bunch of homework to do, and I didn t hardly get through any of it. So, if you are trying to do all of your homework, maybe go to another place that doesn t have a great team:)I absolutely love my new tires! I will update on the actual tires once I put a lot of mileage on them. But I don t except any problems!Thanks Tire Warehouse! Also thanks to Aaron and all of the guys in the back of house!

Tire Warehouse in Lake Orion is always fair and can be trusted. They do quality work and the staff is always welcoming and friendly. I know when I take my car to Tire Warehouse they will be honest and fair and fix my car timely. This is why I recommend Tire Warehouse in Lake Orion. From the basics like headlights and tires to all repairs they are the best around.

After paying $770 to a different local establishment (Midas) that did not fix my issue, I contacted Tire Warehouse and dealt with Damian. He stated to bring in vehicle and they would do a full inspection which they did. Diagnosed my issue which was a bad front wheel bearing and promised to have my car to me by following afternoon by 4:00. I received a call at 9:30 the following morning that repair was completed. Car drives amazing and couldn t be happier with a place that actually did a full inspection on my vehicle at no cost to pin point issue. Customer for life!!!

Second follow up visit after fixing problems indicated first visit. Tire install, balance and alignment all completed in a timely efficient manner. Big Thumbs Up to everyone there. Highly recommended!

Horrible experience. Shoddy workmanship. Poor customer service.Edit: Nice of you to reach out, even if it was only after this review. We tried to come in long before your so called records show, but we were always told to come back, and what was once a slow leak became a larger issue. We have worked with you over the years and have referred many a customer to you. The days of your shop being trustworthy and reputable appear to be long past. After our last experience and your condescending attitude toward the situation, we will not be returning and will be letting everyone we know of our experience. All we wanted was the rim leaks to be fixed, you blew it up into something it didn't need to be, and then tried to sell us on things we didn't need. We could have taken it ANYWHERE else and not have had an issue. We brought it to you because we bought the tires from you. We will know better next time.Oh and no I will not change my review, even after your attempt to repair the issue or "make it right".Service: Tires

Called to get 2 tire sensors replaced. They let know about a 3rd one too (which I knew about because I was having problems with proper PSI readings). Fixed all 3, sealed the rims for slow leaks that I have ongoing issues with and rotated the tires for no extra $$.Chris had things done quickly and was pleasant to work with. I ll use them again for other service needs.

Got 4 tires replaced. Took me right in, professional in every way. Good people, fair price, quick service. Came back a week later to check lug nuts and to check what appeared on TPMS to be a low tire. No tires were low and they recalibrated all 4 tire sensors and everything checked out. Again they took my car right in and turned it around quick. Very pleased with their service.

I scheduled an appointment to replace my timing belt on a day I didn t have to work, which was going to take several hours. I dropped off my car, got a ride home and was without a vehicle all day. Near the end of the day I hadn t heard from them so I called and learned that they forgot about it and nothing had been done. Their technician that works on that type of job was scheduled to be off for a few days and they asked me to bring it back another day, but didn t offer me any incentive to bring it back to them. I haven t rescheduled the appointment yet and I m not sure I m going to take it back to them or not. In the past they did decent work at a fair price, which is why I m giving them two stars instead of one.

Tire Warehouse is where we always get our Jeep Grand Cherokee and Dodge Caravan serviced. They do great work at reasonable prices and always make you feel welcome.

This is honestly the coolest Auto shop I've ever seen in my life. And all the employees act accordingly. It's obviously some historical building, but it's been restored so well, it feels somehow new too.

I typically fix all my own stuff, but when I can t I go here. Everyone there is helpful. They don t tell you a list of things your vehicle needs like other places. I will pay slightly more here than other places because I trust them.

The best of the best! The staff and mechanics listen to you and actually want to help you!I've had horrible experiences with mechanics in the past, but this place blew all my worries away. The first day I brought it in I think 2 years ago for a head gasket leak, they gave me a car to drive while they worked on it (Or they'll give you a ride home if you live close by!) and even typed up a report that I could view on my phone! With pictures! This is super helpful for me since I know nothing about cars, and it makes me feel confident that everything is getting done right the first time! And they still do this to this day!They're always prompt with call backs about your car and making sure you understand what's going on.All these things add up to a great experience! Keep it up, Tire Warehouse team!

Tire Warehouse does do good work... So why not five stars? Scheduling.One of the reasons I starting going there a decade ago is that they did not over-book. If I had an appointment, I actually had a real time slot. Not the case any more, evidently.I made a 9 AM appointment one full week ahead of time, dropped it off at 8:30 AM, and they didn't send a vehicle inspection report until 4:17 PM. They have a big garage, a lot of lifts... how did all those cars get ahead of my one week appointment? Why did I bother with the appointment then? That is a deal breaker for me.In the end, my car had to stay there TWO nights to get rear shocks, rear brakes, and an alignment! Fortunately I had a backup vehicle and didn't have to rent a car... it's still very inconvenient.I'll probably go back and give them one more chance...

I will say I am incredibly pleased with the prices to fix the vacuum leaks I had, plus its nice to get pictures of the entire vehicle while they do the inspection. There's not many places that do pictures, and that scale the severity of your repairs online for you, so you don't have to do all of the mental work to figure it out yourself. I would've given 5 stars up to when my window regulator broke in the parking lot. I thought the prices were fair for the amount of work I requested, but $600 to replace a window regulator is unreal. Even when the technician tried to drop the labor cost to bring it to $350 it was still overpriced. I'm not mad since its not hard to repair from home (I've done two in the past on a different vehicle), its just frustrating when I had just spent a pretty penny there, and then when my window broke by chance in the parking lot I was given an unrealistic quote for it.

I called in advance and clearly described the service I needed: two tires that I own mounted and balanced. You might want this service if you change to snow tires in the winter. It is a reasonable service to think might be offered at a tire warehouse in Michigan.In the call I was informed that I could bring them in the next day and have it done for 25 bucks a tire along with the hours. This is the same quote I had from this place when I called a couple of years ago and had an almost identical conversation.I drove all the way there this morning to be informed that we don t do that unless you buy new tires. Money is tight right now and I need a temporary solution to not have a blow out while delivering food to get by. However, I m still happy to pay a fair fee for the service I NEED.Worst case scenario is that I was lied to so that I could be sold tires. Best case is that employees are incompetent or uninformed on company policies.I now despise this business and can t wait until I can buy my next set of new tires SOMEWHERE ELSE.
