Absolutely NEVER go here!! Terrible customer service and only a week and a half later my drain plug (fairly new) popped right out in the highway going 70mph. I have never had an issue with my car until I took it here! Screw this place!

I ve been coming to this place for years! Very good customer service and they tell me what needs to be done to my car. They had everything I needed in stock and they also checked my tire pressure. I recommend this place to anyone looking for an oil change in the Lake Orion Area. I ll be back!

These guys were so so so nice and totally too care of me they had everything I needed in stock and even fixed my one windshield wiper for FREE!! So happy to of found a place local, friendly and fast!!

Wow! I ve been coming to PX2 for months and i used to go to the dealership for my vehicles service. Prices are very fair compared to how much i d pay at the dealer and their customer service is excellent. Highly recommend this place these guys will hook you up!

Took my vehicle in for an oil change. They couldn't get the oil pan drainage plug off and stripped it, resulting in the need for a complete replacement of the oil pan, which they then charged me $200 for. It's the only place that has been changing the oil for the past 2 - 3 years.

Very fast and reliable service! Price is average but in my opinion it's worth it for the convenience of getting in-and-out quickly.They check your other fluids and filters and offer to change them if they need it, but they don't pressure you about it. If you are concerned about price of these upsell attempts, just ask before you agree!

Guy told me after he did everything to my car he didn't accept coupons. The coupon was sitting on the dash the whole time and was visible as I pulled up. Scammy behavior

DO NOT GO HERE. Worst oil change I ve ever had. They are scammers. BEWARE! They tried to make me feel badly for having low oil. They said I needed an oil flush before changing my oil. Extra $69.99. Then they made a big deal about putting air in my tires. Then they said I needed my coolant flushed for $99.99 which I refused. They said they couldn t fill my coolant because it was too low. I asked if topping off fluids was part of the service and they said yes, but if it s too low they won t do it.They marked things on the receipt that they didn t do (wash windshield for example).They charged me for an oil filter without my permission. I don t even know if I actually have a new filter.And, they were so rude.DO NOT GO HERE.

Beware of this place. I have a company fleet vehicle managed through enterprise. This place billed enterprise for brake pad replacement and DID NOT actually replace the brake pads!

The place is fine. I typically go here for oil changes, as they are quick and efficient. They are probably a bit on the pricey side, and always try to make sure to upsell you on everything, unless it's clear that you don't need it. But if you are in a hurry and know what you want, they'll take care of you.

Mike and the team here were all great. He kept it real when telling me about my old transmission fluid and even offered me $20 off for whenever I feel ready to get it changed. The team at PX2 was great when I stopped in for an oil change. I like to change my own oil when I can. I had taken it in the previous 2 changes (not to PX2). Both places overtightened the drain plug. The PX2 tech also had difficulty removing the plug but was finally able to free it. They replaced the plug with a promise to not overtighten this one. True to their word, I found I was able to free the plug on the next service at home. They were really great to deal with. I would definitely recommend and will take my vehicle back there if I can't fit it in my schedule to do the maintenance.Service: Oil change

They are scammers they up sell you on everything and the rumor going around town is they say you need Synthetic and they put regular oil instead and charge you for Synthetic avoid this place

1) services says they do tire rotations. They don t2) 2019 Ford Edge. Nothing fancy. Offered me synthetic or synthetic blend only - whatever that is. Replaced my air filter and the small AC/Heater filter behind the glove box (never seen one of those before in my life). $135. I about had a stroke. I ll never return to that place.
