Friendly, fast, reasonably prices. Oh Muffler man, you save the day again LOL. The only shop that has been able to schedule me a rushed appointment and have the car done same day. I'm talking leaky exhaust work, other shops seem to take forever on this. I've taken multiple vehicles in for service and returned done before 1pm. Staff is always super friendly, and their crew very knowledgeable, quality work is getting hard to come by, count me as a customer.

This place is terrific! My car battery died on me. They came to my residence and jumped start the car. I then drove to Muffler Man and the battery was replaced! Sometimes being woman, and an elderly one, garages can be very intimidating. Not here! Everyone was very pleasant and informative. So much appreciated. Made my day!

Took ford focus in to change spark plugs... couldn't even make it home without stuttering and check engine light coming on and stalling out... took the car back and now they are saying for another 300 dollars the water pump needs to be changed when that wasn't even an issue before and the car won't even make it home 2 miles now without stalling out.

I recently visited Muffler Man in Lake Orion and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with their services. They replaced the injection valve on my 2018 Ram 2500 Diesel exhaust and the process was quick and seamless. The technicians were knowledgeable and provided great customer service. They took the time to explain the problem and provided me with a solution that was both affordable and effective.Additionally, I am also having them do my brakes on Tuesday and I have complete confidence in their abilities to get the job done right.Overall, I highly recommend Muffler Man in Lake Orion for anyone in need of automotive services. Great, friendly service. Tim the owner is so honest.. My tire low light kept coming on. He looked over my tires and said they looked good. The difference in tire pressure was due to cold. A couple days later it warmed up and light went off. He told me to come back if I felt any thing wrong with car. He could of made more money by selling me a tire.Services: Tires, Oil change

I brought my '66 Fairlane in to have the headers connected to the mufflers and tailpipe. It needed to be aligned and parts custom made and fitted. The work was second to none. I have been a hotrodder for over 50 years and Tim did an absolutely excellent job. Quick and fairly priced. I honestly have never seen such quality work in many years. I ve been going to Muffler Man for about 20 years. This is the most trustworthy shop I ve ever been to and maybe the most trustworthy business of any type. They ve done engine, exhaust, suspension, A/C and tires for me over the years, done right and for a good price. My car was shaking while driving pretty badly. I took it to Discount Tire and asked them to look at my wheels and tires. They rotated them and said all else was fine and gave me back my car. My car ended up shaking worse! So I took my car to Muffler Man to look into the shaking, fix my muffler Crack and an alignment. Muffler man identified that my tires were worn and one had cupping. I bought new, affordable but nice tires from them, got the other items fixed and now my 2011 LaCrosse drives like a new car!! They were nice, respectful and affordable! I highly recommend.

The flex pipe on my truck rusted out. I took my truck to belle tire in Troy and was quoted $1100. Knowing that price was way too high I first called muffler man in Troy and was quoted $300. Then I called this muffler man in Orion next and was quoted $175 and they completed the job for the same price. I appreciate their honesty in pricing repairs and I appreciate the work they did in fixing it. I will be recommending them to anyone with any exhaust issues.Service: Exhaust

They are good at what they do and they are honest and trust worthy. That is a big one for a mechanic shop for me. They actually have saved me money when they didn't have to, I would have never known.

I have taken all my cars into their shop since I moved to Lake Orion in 2012. What makes me feel comfortable is the honesty and integrity of the staff, especially Tim and Jeff. I have talked to them on numerous occasions and they are both great people. The rates for the amount of work they do are right on the spot fair and the work they do is great. I couldn't see myself going anywhere else. Great work and great people.

I am usually DIYing everything on my vehicles but when I have a repair that I don't have time, space, or patience to do, I go to Muffler Man in Lake Orion. The guys do a great job at a fair price and are very trustworthy. Highest recommendation.

Tim and Jeff are great had to bring my 2004 trailblazer in for new power steering lines a job to big for me in this cold weather. I called around they had the best price and had my truck done in time to get back to work.Thank you Muffler Man

We were shopping around to replace a wheel bearing gone bad, they were the cheapest around. A little over a year later (right after the warranty expired) it went bad, and we had a friend of the family replace it. A little over a year later (again, right after the warranty expired) that one went bad. We went back to muffler man, since it was closer, and he replaced it under the warranty anyways. Since then we've continued to go to this muffler man. Tim does great and HONEST work, and the prices are the best around, my only complaint is they are a bit busy, but what can you expect from a great place :) We;ve had lots of stuff done here to all our vehicles and are happy with the results

Initially called Tire Warehouse to see about putting 3 new tires I already had on my car, and was told they couldn't because I didn't buy them from their store. Called Muffler Man and they were a complete 180 from Tire Warehouse - dropped off my car at 6:30p yesterday, got my car by 11:30 this morning. Friendly people, and way cheaper than the folks down the street. Will be going here from now on!

Muffler Man is my 1st choice I take my trucks to. They re honest, reliable, and quick to get the work done. I run a small business and I rely on Muffler Man to maintain and repair our fleet of trucks. Tim is the reason I bring our trucks back to be worked on. He is straight forward and no BS. Give them a shot, you won t regret it.

I have a mixed review, guys did good work on one vehicle rear brakes and though they did me a solid on tack welding a rear shock cap that had busted loose (free of charge)-did not inform me of the lower mounting bolt / bracket which was so loose it oblonged the hole in the bracket so badly I had to replace bolt and reinforce myself. Quite surprised they didn't even apparently notice to advise but again-it wasn't in there for shocks. It was however, it for diagnostic on clunking in front which was control arm bushing they did advise on.
