Superb carwash! I have to confess that I got nervous thinking I won't make it to get it correctly in the washing lane, lol. But here all the staff is so helpful that everything they give me the correct direction to do it right. They scrubb tire zone, and perfectly dry the car in the end. Excellent service and affordable prices.

I have tried ... and tried ... and tried again to give Mr. C's in Lake Orion a chance. Every time, I'm more disappointed than the previous experience.At this point, I'm done giving this local business a 2nd ... and 3rd, 4th, etc ... another chance.Today (Sat 3/16/24) I went in to have the "full service" that includes interior cleaning. Attached here are photos of the results. NOT ACCEPTABLE! I could have done a better job with a single McDonalds napkin! NOT worth $30� for sure.

Update: Clint at mr c reached out and made this right. They redid my exterior. They gave me $110 gift card to cover the cost of the exterior detail and They did a phenomenal job correcting it. Looks better than the day I got it 3 years ago.Customer for life.Took my car in on Saturday for a full detail ($259.00). Dropped the car off before noon, didn't get it back til after 5pm.I have used mr c to keep my company cars clean, so it made sense to have them detail my personal ride.I wanted a clay bar done as well as a 2 stage wax.It was raining when I picked my car up, which happens, not a big deal. The store was closing early so when I got there it was only Mike the manager on duty.I spent a good 10 mins with a rag wiping off extra compound left all over my car before I left. The next day I find it's all over one wheel, it's in all the cracks, it's on my antenna, and still on the body.I'm very disappointed. You all closed early but didn't finish the job on my car.From here on I'll take my car and my company cars elsewhere. The $259.00 detail with clay bar, is a rip off when the job is half done.

Got the Bill best full clean, and let em say, if this is Bills best, just close now because your best is trash and not worth the $40 I spent. Car was still dirty, I don t need to explain, I ll let just a few picture of how clean my car looked after, disgrace, hope this place shuts down, joke, it s a trash place.

Unhappy customer. Been going to this car wash for years, never again! $33 car wash plus 20 percent tip. Pulled out into the sun on M-24 and absolutely nothing had been dusted or wiped down. Spent over an hour there, which would have been fine if it was clean. Wasn t about to turn around in M-24 traffic and wait in line for them to fix it! Also my front bumper is still caked in bugs! Will not be returning here!!

Great car wash and great prices. Quality work ! My husband and I both have the unlimited wash packages and it is well worth it ! The employees are so kind and work hard. Love having this place in our community and couldn t recommend it enough.

I ve used mr. C s in the past. The Clinton twp location on Hayes road. Never really had any issues. The customer service is great at this location but I m kind of disappointed in the cleaning of the interior of my car. I needed a really good cleaning, I have a 4 year old that s kind-of a messy kid because she s 4. I got the best wash and interior clean on the menu for $36 and I expected after tip that it would be worth it. Needless to say my screen on my dash was not cleaned and the back of the seats didn t even look like they had been touched. Maybe had it been super busy this would have been overlooked but I was one of 3 or 4 cars in the bay. I m disappointed because I was really looking forward to a $44 (tip included) car wash and interior clean. I will not be back to this location.Services: Polishing, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

Update: I've visited this car wash 5 more times since my first visit. Unfortunately, each time the interior service has gotten worse. My dash is still dusty, coffee stains still in my cup holder, and black carpet still has debris each time! I'm at home now recleaning my vehicle. I will stop using their interior services. It isn't worth the $32.00 now that I'm recleaning after waiting 30 minutes for the poor cleaning job at the car wash.This was my first visit. I purchased their $30.00 package for a car wash and inside cleaning. I was very surprised and pleased with the end result! The gold dog hair on my black carpets and mats disappeared! I recommend this place and would visit more in the future.

My first time here and im definitely bummed. I will say the convenience of interior and exterior service is amazing.I had a similar company i went to down in el paso and have been looking for something up here. I paid almost $40 for interior and exterior. I will say my truck was dirty, caked on mud and all. With the wash being so busy and knowing how dirty my truck was i cant be mad. Just bummed. There was still mud in certain areas but what bothered me most was in the inside. Spots that were completely overlooked which i just dont even understand how that s possible. Again i know they were busy and they were just trying to keep the lines moving but it s alittle unacceptable to let someone pay $40 and give them the vehicle back like this

Hadn't been there in a very long time. Was a little shocked on the cost but they did a great job getting my car looking good. I had just bought the car and wanted it freshened up. Great job thank you.

Update-Mr. C s reached out and apologized. Provided a free wash. Doesn t solve their issue but was the right way to respond.Today, Saturday, 11-18-23 I went to the Lake Orion Mr. C's and paid for a full service wash plus two rubber mats. $32. Waited in the usual long line and when I came out of the wash the staff directed me to bay 5. Seemed odd. Usually full service in the past I was directed to one with a vacuum.Two cars ahead of me. A guy in green realized i was in the wrong line for full service, no apologies, just told me to pull out and wait until a bay that had a jeep in it was clear and I could turn back in. There was no urgency to get the jeep cleared and two cars that were full service behind me were already almost completed. Waited TEN MINUTES and still no movementDid not have time to wait due to other appointments and left.Just ridiculous. Horrible customer service which admittedly is normally not an issue with Mr C's but I will not risk going back.

I bring my car in here when l want a decent car wash. A bit pricy.......but, the normal amount for this area. They do a good job and since l'm getting too old to hand wash my vehicle myself.......this is the place to go, once a month or so.

This place has gone downhill!I paid $33 for the Bills Best pkg (inside and out) and they did a horrible job inside and out.I tipped the guy $20 who was going to clean the interior up front (which I never do) but the interior needed some extra TLC.He said he d make sure they do a great job.When they started this guy went to another vehicle and never touched mine.When I got into the car to leave the inside was not cleaned properly. Inside and outside windows weren t clean thoroughly, the console and dash area were still dusty.I called the Mgr over and he said he touch some things up which he attempted to do quickly but things still were up to standards.I use to be a loyal customer but I will no longer visit this place.

It really is the best wash around. There are not the cheapest, but they are not too far off. People actually scrub at the beginning and hand dry at the end. I got the Bills Best exterior monthly and use the heck out of it so I get great value. They even let you pay the difference to do an interior upgrade.

I had the best experience at Mr.C's. everyone I talked to from start to finish and in between were super friendly and helpful and very professional. This was my first time but this is going to be my go to car wash especially since my car tends to get messy inside from dog hair and mud the dogs trudge in. Highly recommend

I got the full service clean (interior and exterior) with mats cleaned. The team did a great job, all hard working and the car looked like new. The price was great ($40) and I would definitely recommend this location.

Overrated, They take a nasty brush to your car. Right when you first get there after using it on every muddy car and vehicle going through, then they don't dry your car off properly as they Rush you through! Can't wait for the new car wash coming in Oxford. Hopefully, they open soon and have much better service.

Car had become very dirty and littered with plant debris. Except for a rather lengthy wait for the full service to start....obviously, the quality of the work is known....the cleaning process was remarkable and it looked like a new car- almost. Will be back!

Place is getting expensive but the service isn't keeping up with the price hikes. 36.00 for a Traverse. Had the mats done and they put them back in the car soaking wet. Tires shine was streaky! Poorly wiped. Passenger seat (leather) had sticky spots that no one wiped off. Got it home and took a wet cloth and wiped them off. Went back 1/10/24 with the Acadia. Absolutely disgusting. 32.00 and there is dirt all over!!! Done with this place!They are short of help. My car drys before they dry it. I make them do it again if it's not right. 36.00 a was I expect it to be clean inside and out.Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I asked for the best cleaning they offer. When I got home I saw they missed cleaning the running boards, some of the console was missed, the plastic around the speedometer was missed, the trunk was not vacuumed and not wiped around the trunk opening. For close to $40 I was very disappointed.

They give you a song and a dance. I paid nearly 90$ to have my car shampooed and detailed and when I got home and inspected my car found that they had not even touched the back. Chocolate still on the back of the seat and dusted coated the rear stereo.

Horrible! It took me 45 minutes to get a full service car wash and I was the 3rd car in line. Not even that busy but I guess that s what you get when you have a bunch of teenagers running the place.

It s sometimes very busy but they always do an amazing job!!! I have seen there are employees here with disabilities and I think that s amazing!! I can be a little more patient knowing that. I pod for the monthly unlimited and tip through the app.

I have had a monthly unlimimited Bill's Best package since shortly after they opened in Orion.The folowing have continued to deteriorate: overall quality of wash (equipment issues or lower quality soaps, etc.? Not sure), addiquit staffing, training and consistency of employee work. The employees are now just skipping steps such as wiping down my wheels all together. Asking me to pull out of the building into the sun for ~5+ minutes until they can start drying my car. Several times I have exited my car, grabbed a towel and started drying my car to help. I used to experiance these issues occasionally. Now it's every visit. I understand they are understaffed but it is getting very difficult to accept the overall result is consistently poor, at the same price. On a positive note, the employees all seem to have a positive attitude when I chat with them despite the obvious understaffing issue. This is not the fault of the young kids.
