They have helped me more times than I can count and are always honest and truthful. Super thanks to Joe. My car was ready in under an hour to put my exhaust that had completely fallen off! They open at 8 and I received a call around 9:30 it was done. Amazing customer service!

Always have had great service here. Between my truck and car, they always get the problem fixed. Even had them work on a horse trailer in the past. Would highly recommend.

Honest Mechanic - i know, 2 words that you really don't hear in the same sentence, but it's true. Just honest local folk doing quality work. Skip the dealer, go here.

These guys are pretty honest from my experiences. They will tell you what's wrong but also prioritize and not try to push that you need everything done. They will try to do just what you need done to make it work unless you want more done. I ask for Joe.. again in my experience he's been the best one I've worked with that I feel really does say.. "Hey, you can get away without doing this, just get this done". Any repairs they've completed have been top notch and my car runs great .

Do yourself a favor and save time, don't take your vehicle here for repair. I went here based on all of the good reviews I found online however when I received car back it was just the opposite.Told them problems with vehicle and he advised to have the front passenger bearing replaced and I understood that the right front was starting to wear as well. Received car back and the exact same problem still occurring, over $500 spent and nothing improved whatsoever..very upset! Don't take your vehicle here

The team at Moto Medic has been our go-to shop for nearly a decade, and we have ALWAYS had a good experience. That doesn't happen by accident (pun intended). Big kudos to the team there for holding high standards. Was recommended this company by Advance Auto Parts in Lake Orion. Will definitely be recommending them to others. Service was great, and so was the communication. They matched up with the timelines of product ordering and completion that they gave me. Pricing was very reasonable. I've been a customer for more than 10 years. The office staff always answers questions, keeps me informed on my cars repair progress, and are always kind and helpful. Repair service is thorough and staff is professional and very knowledgeable. I ve used Moto Medic before and they re the best, hands down. They diagnosed and replaced the timing chain in my 2012 Chevrolet Traverse - a MAJOR job for any shop, and they were very communicative and upfront at every step in the process. They even took care of an honest, minor glitch that occurred on their end after the repair was done with absolutely no hassle whatsoever. I have been taking my vehicles to Moto-Medic for a few years now. They do good work for a fair price and are great about communicating to their customers. I get an explanation of what they find, what work needs to be completed and what can wait. I went in there to get my brakes checked (noise issue) and they were honest about not needing to do a repair. Just paid them for their time diagnosing but they were very honest and I appreciate that. Best auto service provider in town. I was in a very stressful time doing a move into a new house and working full-time. Then the worst case scenario happens and the car is leaking brake fluid, undrivable and must be repaired. Going into a bust weekend. These guys made a miracle happen for this military veteran and I had to encourage you to take them business as they are ultra fast and saved me hundreds. Companies like this represent who we are as a community. Compassionate, diligent and highly skilled professionals.Thanks for everything you did for me. I'm from out of town and had an issue with my old truck. It's always a gamble picking out a shop with no prior knowledge and being from out of town you're always subject to a little higher pricing...well they treated me right and they were just all around great. Our 2015 Jeep Wrangler wouldn't start and we discovered that a mouse had made a nest under the engine cover. We thought they had eaten through some wires. I had used Moto-Medic before and liked the service. I called them and the mechanic asked a few questions then told me to try the spare key fob if I had one before getting the car towed and spending money to have them diagnose. IT WORKED! To me that displays both knowledge and integrity. After two great experiences, I can now take my cars to Moto-Medic and have 100% confidence that they are being fair and my vehicles will be serviced by a knowledgeable mechanic . Got my 2012 Chevy Sonic worked on here. These guys where awesome, professional, and very nice. Joe was very informative, and they got the job done very fast. Didn't have to wait a month to get in. This is one of the best places I have ever taken my car too. I work all day and was not able to be at the business to personally thank the employees but they made the process of bringing my car in easy. They were honest and respectful. It gives us such peace of mind to have found a mechanic that is trustworthy and price competitive. Can t say enough great things about Joe, Justin, Alex and the rest of their amazing team. Hopefully it goes without saying, but we highly recommend taking your vehicle here for anything from a basic oil change to major service. There have literally been times when they told us that we didn't need to have a particular service or procedure done and that it would be better to wait and watch...other times when we had to come back for a repeat service (due to no fault of theirs) the service was either heavily discounted or even FREE! Top notch!!!

I have never had a better experience at an auto mechanic. The staff (especially Alex) are very knowledgeable. They took time to listen to my thoughts and then explain and advise so I could make the best option to move forward. Love the inspection reports! I will definitely use again.

Joe was extremely professional, courteous, honest and just super friendly in general! At a time when customer service seems to be compromised just about anywhere you go, it s nice to know there are still people and places who are about the customer. They got our vehicle in almost a week sooner than initially planned and I know it doesn t always go to plan but the expected problem and cost was spot on and we had our vehicle back the next day!Services: Electrical, Engine repair

Brought in my car Friday morning at 8 AM and just before 1 PM Alex called me to tell me what was wrong with the car. Alex was great at explaining the options that I have and answering all my questions. He said he would try to get it done the same day and he did the car was ready by 5:30pm. Excellent service, timely repair and great communication. I ll definitely will be returning for future service needs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

It can be difficult to find an auto repair shop to trust when something unexpected happens. I drive over an hour to work. On a Thursday evening my car began having problems. I read reviews of many auto shops and this was the only one that did not have any warning bells. I emailed Thursday night my car issues and received a call promptly Friday morning. Joe was helpful, listened to my description of the problem. He reviewed possible reasons for the problems with me and I was told that it would be seen and receive a call. It wasn t very long before I was contacted. Everything suspected to be wrong was confirmed. I had my car fixed and home by 3:30. On a Friday! This auto repair shop is knowledgeable, competent and worth trusting! I m grateful to find a place I can count on when needed in the future!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Really trustworthy mechanic shop. My dealer told me I had a cracked knuckle, so I bought a used one online and brought my car into Moto medic. Received a call later that day, asking why I am replacing because they did not see any issues with the original knuckle. Joe said, "I don't want to waste your money".That says a lot about reliability here. Good group of guys.. When I picked up my car, I talked to my tech, he told me, he checked front and back, nothing looked unsafe about the suspension. He informed me that my weights are gone from balancing, and this could cause my crazy shakes.. They checked in with me after a few days to see how things were going. Going to get my tires balanced this week.

Asked for a quote got it fast for caliper on one side but they wanted me to fix both sides. Tried to get more $$$$ got a quote from someone else they only wanted to fix what was bad thanks for the quote .

Very happy with the service I received at this shop. Stopped by in the morning to see if they could fit me in their schedule for brakes. Gave me a ride home and had the car ready that afternoon. Also gave me a quote on a few other items that will need attention in the near future. Fair, fast and friendly. Solid work. I would not hesitate to send family or friends here. I was so happy I've already recommended my sister take her car here for a growing list of items needing attention. They are currently working on it. - Since my visit my sister has had her vehicle in for service twice and my niece once. We are all happy customers. Again, fast friendly and fair service. They have done a great job communicating estimated cost and repair time as well as keeping us up to date on status of the work. I should also give a shout out to Buckhorn Service as well. Friendly and professional drivers.

Absolutely the worst place to take a vehicle!! Inexperienced mechanics worst place I've ever had any work not done they diagnosed the car incorrectly this is the worst place that I've ever spent money to it just don't do it don't go there if you do you'll be going out back to buckhorns to have it towed somewhere else
