I needed a cover for my truck bed. I was laboring online, trying to figure out what to get. I finally went in to talk to some people and see what they had. I told them what my needs were, and he discussed and showed me my options. Turns out the prices were pretty much the same as what I was finding on the web, and it included instalation! So, 30 minutes later, I drove off with a new cover.

Called up looking for a hitch install for my vehicle. Spoke with Ron, who went above and beyond to help me find the part I needed because I desperately needed one in a short amount of time. He called around for me looking for the part but unfortunately couldn t find one. Even though I didn t have anything done to my vehicle by this place, Ron still provided EXCELLENT customer service and I didn t want that to go unnoticed.

Most friendly staff! I went to have a trailer hitch installed, after waiting a few minutes, the installer came out with a smile on his face and said all done. when they took the back plate off there was already a hitch. I felt bad because they had ordered a hitch for my car, they down played it. then asked if I wanted assistance in figuring out how my new bike rack installs on the hitch. They then attached the bike rack to my car and showed me how it worked. Again you can not find nicer people. Thank You Lake Orion Truck Accessories!

Highly Recommend! Great family owned Company.Always reasonable and professional with there services. I have personally had them order and install 2 custom leer caps that have lasted years. They have also installed several ladder racks on my work trucks some have last over 10 years!

So I had issues trying to get a cover for my avalanche..at first I didn't think I was going to get one put on it..but I had been talking with Blake and let me tell you he made the Impossible possible I mean wow he made it look amazing and did a great job I want personally thank you Blake another more than happy customer for life!!!! If you need anything for your truck done this is the place to go I won't go anywhere else that is a promise..thanks so much Blake to you and your team!!!!!! If I could give 10 stars I would so 10 from me....

I come in here with my dad to get work done on his truck from time to time. These guys are very professional and take good care of us. They do repairs and adjustments for no charge on their products. We are loyal customers.

These gentlemen were super helpful and accommodating with my dilemma. Ordered a pickup shell from them 2 months before I was able to pick it up. They were kind enough to store it on site while we slowly made our way from California. Finally arrived at their immaculate facility and they installed it with a precision and conscientiousness rarely seen these days. Can t say enough good things about them. Great guys.

Hands down the best place to get service. We had an older boat trailer and rather than doing unnecessary work ( which Tommy's of Detroit did on a wheel) he gave realistic honest opinion. You literally don't see this kind of personal customer service anymore. Ron, you are the best!

Just got my bed liner installed here. Price was fair and they were very professional and friendly. This is a good place to go. I would recommend them to anyone. I'm a mechanic and have seen some really bad work. So, there is only a handful of places I would recommend.

I have been going to LOTA for years. Ron and his guys have always given great service, whether I just needed simple maintenance on my camper, or for more complex issues, like fixing tandem axles that weren't parallel on my camper. I can't say enough good things about their shop and my experience there.

Ron, Blake, and the entire staff are true professionals. I bought an older truck and needed truck and trailer accessories. I also bought a heavy work trailer and Ron made it happen quicker than expected. I will refer anyone I can to these guys because they know what customer service is all about. I also love the family business model. Good to see small businesses being ran by family and blood. That s what it s all about. Appreciate everything gentlemen! Happy holidays!

Love these guys ,if you need acessories for your truck or hauling a trailer ,they can get it , within a day or two usually. Never had a issue with the quality of the install either. Used them several times .Several local dealers use them as well.

I worked with Blake on some accessories for my truck. He took excellent care of me and took the time to explain all of my options in detail. He takes great pride in his work, goes the extra mile on the fitment details to make everything look perfect and custom fit. They did an excellent job!!!

Super friendly guys. Knowledgeable about their business. Customer satisfaction is guaranteed. They will make you happy.After driving to 7 auto parts stores for floor mats with zero luck, came here and they solved my floor mat crisis (1st world problem) immediately. Super fast delivery and good prices. When the vendor shipped the wrong product in the correctly labeled box, they helped figure out the problem and helped with the return process.Great people, buy local.

This is a great local business! They've taken care of my vehicles a few times now, they do great quality work and they are very nice and professional.I got a trailer from them, and I've had other things worked on as well. I would def come here before another place. Competitive pricing and they do what they promise.

Great experience! They were able to diagnose a very difficult trailer lights wiring issue on my truck that involved retracing wiring all the way back up to the fuse box. $100 for parts and $100 for labor was very reasonable considering it sounded like they spent the whole afternoon on it. I'm always impressed with a shop that can get it right the first time.

Great service, set up my 2020 Ford Ranger for flat tow, window tint, and tanaeu cover. Very happy with the work. Good comunication, quality work at a fair price. Very professional.

These guys are the very best! Lake Orion Truck Accessories gets the words service and customer satisfaction! I had a cap installed on my new truck and could not be happier!! I special ordered my cap which took the factory way too long to make, Blake kept me informed and when it finally came in I was given the VIP treatment. Would highly recommend LOTA to anybody with a truck!!

These guys are GREAT! They are customer focused: highly trained, with outstanding customer service and competitive pricing! If I could give them a seven out of five, I would do so. If you are looking for truck accessories and don't want to get 'ripped off', this is the place!!

I needed tubular chrome running boards for my mom's truck, and the in channel window deflectors. I didn't want to wait 5-7 days to get them shipped, since she just bought her truck that day. I decided to give LOTA a call, and they had exactly what I wanted to get her. I flew up there, and got personable service, rather than an email from an automated system thanking me for giving them money! Very friendly, and even helped me load it into my truck! Had them installed onto her brand new truck, before she even got dinner done! It was a surprise though, so she had no idea until the next morning.Instead of saving an extra $5 by ordering my truck parts online, I just came here. Well worth the drive as well!

Brought my truck here for the two front windows to be tinted. While I was waiting I noticed someone sweeping the bed of a truck while my windows were being tinted. Next day I call and ask if all of the dust and dirt that is underneath the tint is acceptable and they told me that it looked like my truck had been sitting under a tree and had sap on it. So my question is do you not clean the windows before you tint them or is that just an excuse to try to get somebody to go away? Would not recommend I've had four of my trucks tinted elsewhere and they all of them have come out nicer than what I've gotten here.

I ve been here several times for various part installations and fixes and they knock it out of the park every time. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and the workmanship is top notch. Highly recommend them.

LOTA repaired a broken leaf spring shackle on my enclosed trailer. Excellent weld job and nicely painted afterwards. Fast, friendly and very fair prices!

Great service, very well informed, willing to work with you to provide the best options based on need and want. Both Ron and Kyle did a wonderful job with my tonneau cover. I have found my truck accessory store - I will be back for more truck options.
