Called and spoke with Brandon and let him know we would like to drop our vehicle off that evening and that we had to have it back the next day. He was able to get it in, fixed and ready to go before closing the next day. They did a great job and Brandon was great. I will be using them again for sure next time I have similar issues and I highly recommend their services!!

Dropped off my vehicle end of the day, got a follow-up call in the morning, maintenance done by lunchtime! These guys are prompt, honest and reliable. Reasonable on the pocketbook and friendly! Highly recommend. 5-star service!

I'll try to keep it short. I went in for front brakes, still shaking, had to bring my vehicle back, they took care of it, happy. Had a noise in my suspension, it was "looked over" told I needed ball joints, quote,$368. Paid $460, the alignment was not part of the quote. 1st and 2nd problem!! Think about that! They gave me the spec read on the alignment and the rear wheels were out. I asked why? I was told " well we'll have to check into it some more to find out"!!! That's Why I was here!! Still the noise continued!! Found out what the problem was, got it fixed for a fraction of the price, and had to get the alignment re-done. So to the people looking for an honest place to go, keep looking.

Brandon is an excellent and pleasant businessman. Friendly, comfortable and easy to converse with regarding automotive issues of which I am unfamiliar. This company completed my needed inspection several days before anticipated. So happy!!

Can t thank Joe and his crew enough for being so attentive and quick with looking at my Jeep. Vehicle was dropped off on Sunday & had me in and out by Tuesday morning. They take a lot of pride in what they do. Honestly the BEST customer service I have ever had, as well. Highly recommend.

Quote provided before service. Invoiced amount matched quote. Pricing was competitive. The shop took good care of my modern classic Firebird Trans Am, which I brought in for fluids maintenance (trans, rear diff, and coolant). Shop had good communication throughout the process. I recommend, and I will return.Edit 3/2024: Brought my Regal in for AC service after they did such a good job with my TA. They diagnosed the AC for free and told me that my compressor was shot. It would be $1k to fix. I got a second opinion and had the system recharged. The compressor works just fine. The system is working as expected. It is being monitored for leaks. Unfortunately, I have to remove a few stars for this.

Excellent service, car was repaired without issue. They all went above and beyond to make sure i was taken care of. Took my bmw in for a battery issue, they fixed it and found a different problem for me, and fixed it as well. Clear and transparent on the whole process. Worked with warranty company and we re proactive.

This team is awesome. Friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable from start to finish. My parents have gone here for years so when my Jeep had an issue, I decided to try them out as well. Their turnaround was so quick I actually thought I received the your Jeep is ready text in error haha Very happy with my choice!

Amazing Company! From start to finish this company exceeded expectations. 5 star in every area. Customer service was fantastic from every person I made contact with. The guys in the shop did a great job with several repairs and returned my car just as clean as when I dropped it off. I was very nervous taking my car anywhere. My car now runs better than ever. I will be sure to recommend this company anyone in need.

This mechanic has been the same mechanic my parents have used for as long as I can remember. I took my wife s car for a massive repair last year, not only did they keep us informed on any and all issues as well as the progress they were making, they also informed us of any new issues that came up. Now, my car is having troubles, and when I took it in for a diagnosis, they diagnosed it quickly, professionally, gave me all the information I needed, AND didn t charge me. Their customer service is far above average, and I do not believe I could ever go to another mechanic service with the same peace of mind that Lake Orion Master Radiators gives me. 10/10, recommend.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Great staff reliable and was very reasonable on prices if you need your heater core flushed or your whole system clean I would check these guys out probably won't find anyone any cheaper

Heard good things and was recommended to use them for my trucks wheel alignment. They didn t get the tires mounted until the following day (27 hrs from drop off) and never got the alignment done.Easy job but they will be the first to tell you how short staffed they are.They seem honest and reputable but I needed a faster turnaround then they were able or willing to provide.Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

This is by far the best auto shop I have gone to so far, they are incredibly helpful and patient explaining what needs to be done and why. They go out of their way to try and get the best prices for parts and they are really reasonable with prices. Work is done quite quickly as well. Steve, Brandon, Joe and the rest of the team are amazing! They are always very accommodating, even when they are extremely busy. Every time my old cars need repair or a simple oil change, I can trust that Lake Orion Master Radiator will get the job done and the car back in perfect working order. This past experience was a new brake line. I dropped off the car Sunday night and picked it up Tuesday! I highly recommend their services for all your auto needs.
