This is my second experience with this particular Belle Tire. Both times have been extremely positive. Both have been for tire replacements, but I will be back for more work for sure.Today (2/1/24), I was helped by David. He was very professional and patient, with excellent customer service skills, and clearly very knowledgeable in terms of the work that needed to be done. Super kind guy. The work that had to be done included a complete blowout on one of my tires as well as a changing the remaining 3 tires while I was there. He explained upfront that the blowout may take some time to get changed out, due to the damage done. From arrival to service start was about 30 minutes, and for the work to be completed was less than an hour and a half, as far as I'm concerned that was pretty quick considering the work required.My first experience here was with Joe (mid-late 2023) who, like David, exhibited the same qualities.These guys are very, very good at what they do. However, if you are unable to be there during the week/right when they open, I highly recommend scheduling an appointment. They get pretty swamped on weekends and getting onto a schedule ensures you're helped.Can't recommend these guys enough, well done!

The shredded tire I just looked at was terrifying, I had a leak in my rear tire and made an appointment at Belle Tire for today, so grateful I did! As usual they were amazing, gave me lots of options and knowing my schedule that I needed to get to work, they had everyone working on my car to get me out of there and to work on time. Always the best service and so accommodating!

It s awesome when you encounter trustworthy and kind mechanics who know what they are doing! They have done a great job fixing my car!A friend of mine is elderly and struggled to get out of her vehicle easily to pump her tires. She told me the guys at Belle Tire always come out to her when she pulls up and she doesn t even have to get out. A great company and crew of considerate mechanics!

Belle Tire is a scam they are always trying to add on extras. I wanted them to fix the rim leak on newer tires old aluminum rims were crusty. My girlfriend drove on flat tires for a few miles and wore some of the inner Tire off. They took the tires off and said they wouldn't put air back in them and they were unsafe trying to force me to buy two new Tire. I did not had to jack my car up in the parking lot and fill myself. I banned them for something back before 20 years ago for something forgot why but pretty sure it was this type sitch. #BanBelletire...discount tire is better.

I have never experienced such disrespect from these types of people, think they know everything about cars, not, I was told by one of the workers they purposely misdiagnose your car so that it will breakdown more and you have to come back in and waste more money, they also put the dirtiest, grosses, smelliest looking guy to drive my car, I don't appreciate getting in my car and smelling garbage and seeing it too, they left a cigarette butt in my car and I don't even smoke. Stay away from this business at all costs, it's not worth the money or the constant headache of them talking down to you.

I Accepted the quote I got on the phone and had new tires put on my truck. Went to pick it up and was charged $190.00 more than the quote. Salesman denied what he told me on the phone, was loud and belligerent. Turns out I get a $175 rebate. He didn't mention that. The rebate is difficult to apply for and takes 4 to 6 weeks to get. No explanation for the other $15. Very poor customer quoting practices.

Prior visit, had an appointment for new tires. Vehicle sat for almost an hour until I asked why. Took over two hours. I would give allowance if I didn't have an appointment. This trip, called ahead to see if they were too busy to do an oli change. They said come right away. At first they said one hour! Then they said under one hour. An hour later, car hasn't moved until I asked again. Been coming here for almost 20 years. What happened? Not happy.

Went in for a leaky valve stem and got an report I had stuck\ leaking front end struts that would cost $3000 to repair. Thought it was odd since i just had these replaced a year ago. Took the car into the dealership that replaced the struts and they said there is no issue. Out $175 for the new diagnosis. Thanks Guys!!

About 2 weeks ago I had called to see about tire pricing and when I'd be able to get in as I was in a time crunch and had a broken belt and my front tires were down to the wear bars. I brought it in around 3pm and got it by 9am the following day without an appointment. Not only did they change my tires, but they also fixed my tire pressure sensors and did an alignment.About a week or 2 after the service, I turned my car on to see one of the sensor had stopped working again and they had me come up and had it fixed within 30 minutes. 100% recommend.

I came into Belle Tire with my 2018 RAM 2500 with brake issues. Matt was able to get me the best price possible for the repairs and Brandon the mechanic did an absolute stellar job of getting me back on the road in a timely fashion. Thanks guys.

Joe and his guys at Belle Tire in Lake Orion are a great group! I'm a nanny, and I took the family's vehicle in today to have them look over some problems we've been having. The inspection is on a first come, first served basis, and I was there with a 3 year old for a good amount of time. The crew there made the visit extremely enjoyable for him, and we left with the promise our vehicle will keep the family safe. Thanks to Joe and his team for helping make some awesome memories for the little guy, and for taking such good care of us.

Just wanted to let Joe Prior know that Jay provided excellent customer service! I dropped my tire off at around 4 pm without a scheduled visit.. was expecting to pick it up tmro, but my tire was done and ready for pick-up in just under an hour! I'll definitely be returning to belle tire thanks to your employees like Jay!

We were preparing for a trip with our 30-foot camping trailer, and I discovered a slow leak in one of the tires. I was able to add air to the tire and pull the trailer to Belle Tire. They found a nail in the tire and repaired the leak free of charge. We were able to leave on our trip on time thanks to them.

Thank you Benton! We had a trailer tire blow out on us! We were told we wouldn t be able to get a tire out on til the end of the day! This man took it upon himself to come help us! we got the tire on and back on the road in less the 10mins of him helping us! Thank you again! The world needs more of YOU!

Best & nicest staff at the Lake Orion Belle Tire. They go the extra, extra mile to explain what's going on with your car and what needs to be done. They don't try to rip you off at all. I trust their judgement 100%!! Dave was so helpful today and I appreciated it so much. I have an appointment on Sat. My little Cruze will be in great hands!!

I use this shop frequently. The employees are always helpful and nice. They have patched flats many times. I just bought 4 new tires - the price was very fair and I'm happy with the service.

Hey guys, another place that I recommend that you should go tail and this one is actually dearly to my heart. This place is Belle tire in Lake, Orion, Michigan and the reason why this daily to my heart is because the staff there at Belle tire we re friendly to my dad, when he came in and helped them out with their coffee anytime they knew they needed it they took their time and let him do what he needed to do. They re very friendly there. They ll get your car in and out walk you through. What s going on with it and they ll help you no matter what and they are very dearly to my family and to me so that s why I recommend Belle tire in Lake Orion Michigan. If you have a problem with your car you can bring it there and they ll help you out.

After years of bringing our vehicles to Belle Tire Lake Orion , I continue to be pleasantly surprised. This team has always given me nothing less than great service. This week we had to take my husband s 300 in for unexpected work, and Jay was absolutely wonderful in getting everything taken care of for him. He was able to explain everything to us and answer the many questions we had. In a time when it s difficult to find people to work, let alone people who are good at what they do, this location is doing a great job of keeping great guys around who know what they are doing. Thanks Belle Tire LO for the quality work and great customer service!

Some of the worst service I have ever experienced occurred at this location.Took my car in due to: check engine light and brake light being on.They told me $2,100 to fix it. We get the car back. Brake light was still on. We go inside and they oh we cannot do that. Take it to the dealership. Wish I would have known that before, but ok they cannot fix it. That s fine. However, next day the check engine light is on. We take it back to Belle Tire. Ask them to also rotate the tires and change the oil.We get the car back. They are not sure of the problem and the oil was never changed. Tires never rotated. Took my vehicle in for two things. Neither were fixed but spent $2,100. Never going back.

We came to Belle tire with a lot of issues with our Buick, and the guys over here are super honest and helpful, and gave us a great price for our repairs. Matt especially, was amazing for us and really accommodated us. A great experience!

This belle tire is THE BEST. I have a 2005 car and it needed like. Everything fixed on it. (windshield wiper motor busted, two new tires, alignment, coolant flush, diagnostics, etc)Freaking laundry list! These guys are outstanding for customer service and I know it s done right. I got my car back in 2 days and I m 100% satisfied. Mitch here was really kind and courteous to me when I called to set up my appointment, and I can t tell you how much I appreciate that. Jay was great as well, he called to tell me in all set & i can get back on the road. Highly recommend, 10/10, these guys rock.

I came to this location last week after calling, they said it was not too busy. So I just drove up. They said that there were 2 cars in front of me and it would be a 2 hour wait. They offered for me to make an appointment instead, so the wait would be much shorter. So I made one. The appointment was for them to look at a single tire on my car, which was consistently losing air. When I came up on my appointment day and time, they had informed me that the person who made my appointment never put it in the computer because he was new. They assured me the wait would still not be long and they would get it done asap. My appointment was scheduled for 12pm. I showed up 10 minutes early, at 11:50, and they took my key then. I waited in the waiting area from 11:50 to 1:40, which is 1 hour and 50 minutes (mind you, last week they said it would be a 2 hour wait for 2 cars in front of me!!!!!). During my almost 2 hour wait (with an appointment!!!!) they neglected to update me on how much longer I would be waiting. They also did not apologize a single time for it taking almost 2 hours! In addition, everyone else in the waiting area who arrived before and after me had ALL left by the time my car was finished. They came to the conclusion there was a nail in my tire. Now, I do not work in this industry so I do not have any knowledge about things like this, but I absolutely do not think it should take 2 hours to figure out and fix a nail in a single tire, WITH AN APPOINTMENT! If there are any complications or time delays, customers should always be aware. Again, no apologies and they did not even tell me to have a good day.

Service was quick but it was also quite slow. Staff were somewhat friendly but quick to sell me on stuff I didn't need. Was getting my tires rotated and balanced. They said my TPMS sensors were shot and needed to be replaced. Drove to another place down the road who said they were fine and even got them working again in less than 5 minutes at no charge.I've always been a fan of Belle Tire but I say avoid the Lake Orion M24 location.

I would give 10/10 stars if I could. Jay, Josh, John and Mitch are all amazing!!! Nothing like getting in the car to go to work at 8:30am then finding out you have a flat tire. I pulled out the air compressor to get me to Belle Tire only 3 miles up the road and I called them while adding air to see what the wait time would be. Mitch couldn't make me any promises over the phone, but said I could have my tire looked at as soon as they had an open bay. I was at the counter at 9am and begging to get to work in Troy in time for my 10:15am patient. SUCCESS!! They patched my hole and sent me on my way by 9:50am. The team was professional and courteous and made my situation a priority. I am grateful <3

I drive A LOT! I also work in an industrial park and end up with things in my tires often. This location has saved me twice now just in the last few months. My first visit, I ended up having two things in my tire which explains why it took a little while but this last time, I hardly had to wait at all. I am thankful they were able to squeeze me in because I live far away and hate taking a chance with my child in the car. The guys here are very nice and do a great job so I will continue to come back here and highly recommend them.

Had a wonderful experience with these guys! Recently moved to Michigan and was welcomed by a good ol pothole. My work schedule is hectic, but Mitch was able to work with me and accommodate my schedule. Service took no more than half an hour. I ll definitely be back if I require their service again. Would absolutely recommend these guys!
