Should go without saying but before buying a used car from ANY dealer be sure to take it to a trusted mechanic for an inspection, and budget for additional repairs.I bought my 2020 WRX here just over a month ago and the employees were extremely friendly and patient with me throughout the whole process. The price was lower than what most other dealers would charge, which was fair given that this car needed a little bit of work. The biggest issues were that it was on snow tires with low tread and the brakes were pretty worn out, as well as it being due for some other general maintenance that I felt comfortable taking care of.They were willing to install new brake pads & rotors for free and offered to let me buy a new set of tires at wholesale price, which I declined but appreciated. One thing I wish they d do is buy the Carfax report for each car. They did have an alternative report available for my car but it wasn t as comprehensive as Carfax.Overall, my experience here was good and I d recommend it to anyone looking to buy a used car at a fair price.

I recently bought a used 2015 Mercedes and for it being my first time ever buying a vehicle the process was a whole lot smoother than what I anticipated. Everyone was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Nicole & Jennifer were so helpful especially with me calling with all sorts of questions. I m so happy I was able to purchase a car from them! Loved my experience here! I traveled from Grand Rapids to lake Odessa because I was interested in looking at a few cars but I didn t expect to leave with one that I absolutely love! Aweis was amazing along with everyone else there. Super helpful, patient, kind, people who genuinely love doing what they do to help take care of their clients/customers. This morning, I had no car with zero intention on buying one, by this evening I had a 2014 Audi A4 parked in my driveway. I couldn t have done it without the support and guidance from these amazing people! 1000% recommend.

After being rear ended a few weeks back my vehicle was deemed a total loss. My husband and I searched for 2 weeks tirelessly. Today, we finally found a vehicle and Jennifer at Icon took excellent care of us! We drove over an hour away.

This car dealership is the best. I am a parent from northern Michigan and my 19 year old daughter was in a big fender bender that really totaled her car. We had one day to find a car for her under 10,000 dollars. Aweis emailed us back immediately with information that he had several cars to show us. He had them ready. My daughter and I test drove at least 10 cars, from Nissan to Subaru to Honda s. She would have driven home with at least 5 of them! We finally settled on a Volvo much to our surprise. We were treated like family. Brandi was wonderful. To top it off there was no pressure, just great service. They were so patient with the loan process and obtaining the insurance. They are sure to get our repeat business. My daughter, and we as parents, are very happy and we will be returning and spreading the word!!

Just because I didn't buy a car from your shady lot doesn't mean I wasn't "a customer." Beware of this lot. Many of the cars had a lot of issues when we were shopping for a new vehicle. The pricing is high for vehicles with cracked windshields, exhaust leaks and trashed interiors. The owner was pleasent on the surface but the staff seemed to be intimidated by him. There is also no sense of urgency from anyone who works here and they don't offer any kind of warranty, not even 30 days, for the junk on their lot. Have YOUR mechanic check any car you're interested in and NOT the guy they know in Lake O. The owner also makes sure to ask anyone who comes in to put ina good review on Google.

I bought a 2006 Volvo xc70 from here about a month ago and couldn't be happier with it. It runs great, clean interior, comfortable seats, and very cheap price for how great the car is. I live quite a ways away from here so Brandi was very helpful with getting me the preliminary specs I needed before I drove out (rust pics, startup video, etc). This place sells quality, and it's in such a quaint, peaceful location. Would definitely buy a car from here again if I ever wanted to.

Without a doubt I stand strong in what I am about to say. This company is VERY unprofessional and they treat the employees poorly. The cars they are selling undergo a brief but not thorough inspection therefore selling cars that are not road safe. They fix the vehicles with cheap parts. They try and short cut as much as possible so they benefit from them instead of doing the right thing and fixing them the right way for a more long term hold. As a previous employee I suggest you do not buy a car from here as you do not know what you are getting.

Purchased my 2015 Subaru Outback from Icon Auto Group. No hassle, no pressure, just a pleasant experience overall. My calls and emails were answered promptly, and working with Aweis was awesome. Highly recommended.

Bought a car from here a few weeks ago. As soon as I picked it up from the shop in Lansing a week later the check engine light came on. It is the catalytic converter which is $3000 to replace, says the overpriced mechanic In my area I took it to.Update: Trans problems, starter problems, window regulator broken even though they claimed to have fixed it. This place will sell you a lemon then try to charge you top dollar to fix it. I m selling the car for parts and I m out the $7000+ I paid for it. As a single mom this is a heartbreaking experience. This car was sold to me by a single mom... I thought she would have known better.

Very very pleased with the customer service and just how polite they wereOnly thing that I was a bit disappointed on was my license plate, ordered the new Winter wonderland plate and got a normal/original. Not their fault as but SOS s. I was so excited to get my new plate but was rather saddened when I opened it

This dealership was right on.A#1 Customer service !!!The sales force here was the most wonderful team you could ask for. Easy in easy out. Them Teaming up with me and my financial Institution was like bread and jelly. (easier to spread then butter ) . Picked my vehicle Thursday afternoon, drove it home Friday afternoon. I will definitely utilize them for my next vehicle.Thank you So much icon!!!

We drove 2 hours to purchase after searching for the car we wanted online. We received awesome service from both Shelby and Jennifer. Super communicative and accommodating. LOVE the text communication since sometimes a text is all it takes. Easy online application and painless financing.Will contact to look for the "play" car. :)

Honestly I don't know if I would recommend anyone buying a car from this place without getting it inspected by a mechanic 1st. I had interest in a 2013 Suburu priced at near $13,000 with over 110,000 miles. I test drove it over to my mechanic and he told/ showed me all the things wrong with the vehicle. Had 2 exhaust leaks front and back, bad breaks, rusted out area where the back camera should be which was broken(all would've need to be replaced along with the electrical, the tire sensor was on even though they filled it up, oil hadn't been changed for over 6,000 miles, and several other things. I understand places buy cars as is but come on now...don't put that type of price tag on it with that much work needing to be done then try to sell it. My mechanic said the car had thousands of dollars in repairs and he wouldn't be even spend $10k on that car. Their customer service skills were good but vehicles not so much.

Very happy with my experience, Aweis was wonderful, helpful and attentive. This was my first time buying a car and he made it a smooth, comfortable experience for me. Doing business outside of the bigger cities as a visibly queer couple can be stressful as well but he made sure it wasn't an issue at all for us. The car is as advertised, I'm very happy with it.

Shelby and her office associate were super friendly, through and helpful while I stopped in from Hudsonville to test drive a vehicle. Even though I did not decide to purchase the car, I appreciated the fact she had the car running and ready to go when I arrived for my appointment. I will definitely consider Icon Auto as I continue to look for a vehicle!

The people working their were very kind and helpful. When I test drove a vehicle Mr. Omar was very helpful. When I pointed out their was a problem with the cruise control they fixed it. I also pointed out before I signed the paper work that their was a problem with the blinker assembly. So I went ahead and paid for the car thinking he would take car of the blinker assembly. After I signed the papers he said I had to go through the 3 month insurance witch I found out later did not cover the type of repair I needed. So with the part and labor it cost me an extra 220. Thankfully it wasn't more. Again I would like to say everybody was very kind and helpful but I wish their was more transparency. Thank you again for all your help. I am looking for another car again so I will be back if I see one for a good price. God Bless Mike

These guys were amazing in helping me get into my new (to me) car! I was able to stay in touch with the sales team while the car was having some maintanace done and they were very responsive, answered all my questions, and kept me informed about what the car was having done while I waited to test drive. When all was said and done I took the car for an independent inspection (as you should with any used car!). The mechanic informed me of a part that needed to be replaced. Icon auto group agreed to replace the part at no extra cost to me. While doing so they discovered a different repair that needed to be done, once again they fixed it at no extra cost. I didn't know it needed that repair so they could have easily lied and let me eat the bill, but they didn't. I walked away confident that I bought a car free of any major problems.

We went there on May 12th weekend with a specific vehicle we wanted and it was sold before we got there so the ladies took our name and kept us in mind for the next one that came in and that was today. The ladies are all very nice people and mostly they ve kept their word to us about the car and that speaks volumes for them to not be too big to remember us. Definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE! My 80 year old Grandmother bought a KIA from them in March while my Grandfather was hospitalized after breaking his hip and needing a pacemaker. My Grandmother had this vehicle less than 30 days before a head gasket blew and it now requires a new engine. She visited today and was told there was nothing they could do. Now she is stuck with a car payment on a vehicle that should have been taken care of. They used the excuse she purchased it as is; however, this happened less than 30 days after she purchased it. Rather than trying to help her in anyway my 80 year old Grandmother was turned away. After reading reviews I wish I would have warned my Grandmother not to purchase from this place. I hope they sleep well tonight knowing they took advantage of an elderly woman while her husband was hospitalized. I will be contacting an attorney, Better Business Bureau, Attorney General and leaving reviews to hopefully save someone else from these predators.

Wonderful service. Once I entered the door (once when looking at a car and once to bring it back to get the motor mount replaced) they greeted me ask asked how I was doing as well as offered a beverage. On return to get the car fixed they also greeted me as well as asked how the new car was doing. Super friendly staff who made the whole process pretty painless. As far as vehicle quality goes I can't say its nothing less then a used car. The Audi that I purchased had a bad motor mount as mentioned which the dealership offered to replace no cost to me. Which is a nice gesture considering the cars are as is. On my model it did have some aftermarket installations done by the previous owner that did cause some paint to peel on the badges as they were blacked out (wasn't any concern) as well as the headliner was falling down a little where the previous owner ran wires to an aftermarket back up camera ( also not a concern cost a few cents to re tack that). Biggest thing that was a worry was this car did need all new tire and rims however this was taken off the price of that car which is pretty nice. The owner was really nice, and showed me a few things to look for when shopping for used cars as well showed me some concerning things about my old car that I didn't even know about. Everyone here is super up front and honest about everything. They pulled the Experian car report for both cars which in return showed me more of my old cars history that I didn't even know about. 10/10 would buy from them again!

This is my sons first time buying a nice enough car that he had to get a loan. We had been looking for a decent pre-owned Outback. We had been to Lansing, Saginaw, and Grand Rapids before we stumbled on the Icon Auto Group in Lake Odessa. I could not believe the difference of quality in the vehicles! They also had a warranty that came with the car! When I called before making the drive, Brandi answered. Her energy over the phone was so amazing that we made a two hour drive (thank God.) She made buying his vehicle a very smooth traction. The drive was definitely worth it. Brandi and the gentleman in the office with her was kind, patient, helpful, and fun....

Avoid this place at all costs! Bought a car that had been sitting on the lot for 8 months and not serviced at all. Drove away to immediate issues, and safety violations that they would not fix.
