Incredible service from the friendliest people. Dennis goes above and beyond and makes sure the problem is identified and fixed. He doesn't just replace parts, hoping it fixes the problem. He finds out why it happened and makes sure it's fixed right!Kristin and Nicki in the office are also looking out for you, making sure you get the best prices on parts and any deals or rebates that might be available.Fair prices, good people and honest reliable service. Highly recommended!

I selected 1st Chance because of the glowing reviews, great location and because they have a live-in office cat! I can verify; all true! They did a great job on the Chrysler, warm friendly staff (thanks Nikki), prompt service and very reasonable prices! I have a new garage and will happy knowing my vehicles will be in good hands. The owner has fixed my p.o.s truck a bunch of times, he always works with me on the prices if I can't afford something. 5 out of 5 for being attentive and helpful.

The owners are very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable . The new wheel bearings were installed right away, with quality NAPA bearings, and they charged me a fraction of what I spent on wheel bearings the last time I had someone else do them for me. Let's see, friendly, knowledgeable, quality parts, reasonably priced, and a shop cat as a greeter. Yea, I'll be going back for repairs in the future. Thanks again!

After $3800 of repairs 2 hoses was never clamped back on cracked head and possibly gaskets. And I went a month with no car my car ran great for the yr I had it a lil fix costed me every penny plus I had to get a different vehicle.

Brought my Ford F-150 to 1st Chance garage and was met by the owner Robby.Both my back doors would not open.Truck has 105,000 miles.Robby gave me an estimate to fix both doors.He ordered parts and set a date for repair.He personally drove me home because of me no having ride home.Robby fixed both doors and even came to my house in Manton to pick me up with fixed doors on truck.This shop was very nice-courteous and professional.I m 65 retired and found me a auto mechanic that I can trust and bring my vehicle to and not worry bout being ripped-off.I highly recommend this shop and found them to be very HONEST.Thank you Robby(owner). I love this place! Kristen and Denny are honest and hardworking buisness owners that really go above and beyond. They have made my car nightmares go away and I dont break the bank in the process. This is the most honest shop Ive ever been too. No big words, no add ons or extra fees. They are super quick too! Ill never go anywhere else!

Excellent mechinac, everyone who I talked to were super nice. Just bought a car and needed to see if any major stuff might be in need of a fixing. And he looked it over to a top 9 scale. And he did that for free. So, he will give u an inspection for free and write out the estimate..

Was referred to this shop by a good friend & was so happy to be put in honest, helping hands. The owners are great people & tell you exactly what you need & are VERY reasonably priced. Highly suggest going to them!

I was very pleased with the work I had done on my vehicle at 1st Chance. The repairs were done in a timely manner and at half the cost I was quoted in Ann Arbor. This is the only place I am taking my vehicles to have repairs done in the future!

Traveling in the area and had a mechanical problem. Called 1st. Chance garage and worked us in right away. They fixed the problem quickly and got us back on vacation. They were very friendly and reasonably priced.

The lady behind the desk is super helpful and helped so much. I had to bring the van back because it was making the same noise that it was before. He rolled the window down and he heard it and got it right back in to take care of it.
