Thank you for the post hole digger Ivan. It works great, I did build a stand for easy off and on the tractor. Note: 80/90 Gear oil and an owners manual would have been helpful. Your tips on how to use the digger were very helpful.

Excellent sales and service staff. I ve had two minor issues with the tractor I purchased and both problems were fixed within 24 hours. I live more than an hour away. Best service I ve ever experienced.

We bought our tractor in May of this year2023. At that time service was great! Had to wait on getting the snow blower due to what the bank needed down and Ivan didn't k ow til they were bringing it to us. We went to them two weeks later as promised and paid what was needed to get the snowblower delivered and was told delivery would be the next week. It is now OCTOBER and still NO blower! We have called several times with NO return call back! We are making payments on something we do not even have and the snow is coming! Not happy at all!! Not a very good way to run a business in my eyes!!

First I will start by saying that I am very hard to deal with. Ivan was very patient in my several year journey to get to this point in another Tractor purchase (MT352HC).My first tractor was a Kubota l3301. I decided I wanted a cab tractor. I did shop the Kubotas vs LS but there were several factors that lead me to the purchase of the LS.1. Customer service, hands down the biggest factor. Ivan took time out of his day several times to answer emails or phone calls. He went as far as rushing to get me this last minute as his daughter was getting married this weekend and I needed it by Friday.2. Value/pricing and build. Fit and finish is comparable to the Orange guys. A comparable orange tractor was $15k more. Standard features on the LS are upgrades on the orange ones.3. Bought a new Bad Boy mower on Sat of Memorial Day weekend. It stopped mowing the next day (broken tension spring) owner met me at his closed shop on Memorial Day and fixed it. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!

Went in some questions and was inquiring about equipment. Sales was awesome and spent time answering all my questions and showing me equipment. Excellent experience.Update: went back and got my tractor and mower from here. Very happy with my choice and their continued support and service.

I own both a Bad Boy zero turn and a LS tractor both purchased from Sumerix Impliment. Both are outstanding products. When issues did arise Ivan was very quick to respond and take care of any problems....top notch service!! Connie is very pleasant to work with regarding parts, paperwork etc. I'll be back.

Stopped to look at a couple tractors in the 22-25hp range and get an idea on roughly what it would cost to purchase one. The owner was very helpful and answered every question I had without even batting an eye. He even broke it down into a ROUGH range of monthly payment possibilities for me. When the time comes to purchase a tractor it will most definitely be done through Sumerix Implement.

Best customer service in the Midwest period.Great deals on LS tractors and Bad Boy Mowers, I bought a MZ Magnum and cut my mowing time by over half!! Knowledgeable and friendly staff and great service dept.

I had a request for several parts for a old New Idea haybine.I called and talked with Ivan, he could order them for me. Not knowing me, Ivan ordered several hundred dollars worth of parts without any deposit.Doing business the old way.ThanksDennis

went there today and spent $ 6600.00 on implements. replumed my tractor for my lane shark and my grapple bucket while i went and had breakfast . #1 in my book. very nice folks to deal with. ivan & connie know there stuf.

I did go on your website awhile back for a quote on forks with skid steer hookup. I would have driven to your store to pick them up but the price was $126 more than what I paid Titan and theirs included free shipping from Mississippi to Lewiston, MI. where I live.
