It is no longer Paul's Auto and RV... It is now Kent's garage, auto repair shop and they are the Best. They are great, kind, helpful people. I love taking my vehicle there, they do a great job and I don't think their prices are too bad either!!

I stayed at Indigo Bluffs for the month of August in 2018, and they recommended Paul's Auto & RV for some repairs on my fifth wheel. I'm very glad they did as Paul is a consummate professional. He reviewed all my issues and gave me an accurate timeline when the parts would be available and when he could return to complete the install: Patio awning motor, slide out topper awning, shower door repair, fender repair, and a blind restring. He took a piece of my fender so he could match the color exactly with a machine at his office. All was finished on schedule and was less expensive than I had anticipated.

We were blown away by the expertise and quality of service at Paul's. They do top notch work and we couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend them. Have always gotten our RV finished and back when promised and we will continue to use this Paul's. Thank you so much!! We are happy campers!!

Our check engine light came on, took it to Paul's and they scanned the vehicles computer. That showed a problem with the coolant pump control circuit. They found a bad connection and repaired it, cleared the codes. Cost $160, we picked it up and parked it at home. Two days later we moved it plow and the check engine light came back on. Called Paul's and they said bring it back in and I asked what's that going to cost. He said the 1st hour would be free but after that it would be at the regular rate ($80 @ hour). Not including any parts. Not my idea of a solution, the 1st hour would probably be used doing a scan. Will never go back.

Fantastic service from mechanics you can trust. Andy in the office is knowledge, upbeat and professional. I have always owned older vehicles, so I use their shop a lot. Paul's is always willing to search for used parts or research alternative fixes to save me money. Finding a good mechanic can be a challenge. Finding a honest mechanic can be even harder. With this team you get both. Highly recommend!

Took pop up to get a cable repaired. Cost was 470$ and took approximately 3 weeks. When I returned the trailer home the repair was not completed and I returned it. Picked up trailer again 2 months later still not repaired. Was told I would receive a refund and that was 3 months ago, they now dodge my phone calls and are refusing the refund for a job that was never completed. Will now have to take them to small claims court.

The young lady in the office, Mariah is very nice and helpful, she goes to great lengths to order the right part and in a timely manner. Their service tech Corey does excellent work and strives to make his customers satisfied.

Paul (and his wife Isabella) came to Indigo Bluffs to do warranty work on my ENTEGRA. Great people, Paul is very knowledgeable and does excellent work. From an acquaintance, a seasonal here @ IB,l I hear that he did excellent work for them last year and this year as well.Highly recommended.Teun BAAS

1. We have a class a motorhome and traveled from Austin Texas to Indigo Bluffs Park, where we had two problems.2. Jerry from Paul s Auto and RV came to the park and solved the problem immediately. 3. In addition to this the office at Paul s found parts we needed for another problem in Florida and had them sent to our next motorhome park.This is outstanding service and integrity and as a SCORE federal business mentor I applaud and highly recommend Paul s to any RV owner, be it a 5th wheel, Class A, or trailer!Harold and Barbara

Very poor place to take your RV, I had mine towed here, due to transmission fluid dripping out pretty bad. Couldn't drive it. All the way there about 12 miles a line of transmission fluid streaked the road. They called me 4 days later, said it's all fixed. I asked what was wrong with it, while writing a check to them for 150.00. Listen to to this one.( it just got to hot to drive it. So it was bubbling out of dip stick) !!!!!!!!REALLY, I asked how stupid do you think I em???? So what when it gets 75 degrees out. I need to pull over & not drive it. Piss poor place.

Chris, from Paul's is our go-to-guy for on-site RV repairs in the Elk Rapids/Traverse City area. Mary is the best at getting Chris out when we need him.

Wow, I can't say enough good about these folks! They got me right in, diagnosed my RV's problem, fixed it, and I was on my way. A little pricey, but in my opinion worth it because of the great service.

Great experience even amid the COVID thing we now have our Squirrel infested 5th wheel back in perfect condition Squirrel free and cleaned up! Thanks for the hard work.

Great attitude from all the employees... They are down to earth type of place.... They do excellent work on repairing autos and rvs... What a cool place one stop shop... I highly recommend them...
