I broke the center pane of glass on my 2011 F-250 Lariat Super Duty. I looked everywhere on the Internet and the only replacement options I could find required me to spend a LOT more for the whole 3-pane assembly. Brad's was the only place I could find that would sell me the center pane separately -- and for a GREAT price. The instructional video was easy to follow and applicable to my model year and trim. I had a specific question and I got to talk to Brad directly -- he answered my question and I was able to install the new glass quickly and easily. Highly recommend. Purchased a rear slider for Toyota Tacoma and with the help of the video and customer service it was an EASY fix. It took my son and I longer to change the oil than it did to install the replacement window. We received our order very quickly. Thank you so much! You have helped out family save hundreds of dollars by not having to replace the whole back window. My husband replaced our trucks back sliding door window very quickly by following the YouTube instructional video from Brad's Auto Glass for our make and model of vehicle. I will definitely recommend Brad's Auto Glass for window replacement and use them in the future for window replacement.

Receive the panel from Brad's but it broke when I was holding it up against the rear window seal of my pickup truck. Didn't feel like it should have broken so easily. Call Brad the owner best he would offer was to recharge me cost and recharge me shipping didn't seem fair to me. I was helping my dad move and broke the passenger side rear glass. Everyone I called wanted replace the whole rear window assembly. Brads saved me about $800 and it looks amazing! You wouldn t notice it unless I said something. Well worth the money and little bit of effort. Thanks so much you guys! The window I received was in great condition and seemed easily applicable. The truck ended up being an insurance claim and the window from Brad s was not used. Customer service was easy and very friendly and returning the window was no hassle at all.

Great communication from Brad and team. My product was returned to sender after USPS was unable to deliver to my address for some reason. Brad got it shipped right back out for no charge. Then when there was more damage to my vehicle glass than anticipated, Brad made the return process very simple.

I had already busted out all of my broken glass before I saw this. I still was able to sense it in the window with just a small gap on the side. I'm happy with that instead of paying $450 for a new back glass. Thank you

Rear sliding glass for 2005 Ram ordered and received in Wa. In 5 days. Not an OEM part but fits perfectly, tint matches, and locking clip works. Provided DIY videoon website made it easy to install. Took me about 10 min.

Boke the rear sliding glass to my Dodge Ram 1500 Quad Cab (Don't ask). Searched the web for the center slider for my truck and found Brad's Auto Glass. The advertisement for the glass they had stated for a Dodge Ram Crew cab. I sent Brad an email and ask if this included the Quad cab. He replied promptly the same day and told me to inspect the two rear window side glass pieces and look for the Dodge pentagon emblem on each glass and if it was there then it was the right glass for my truck. I verified and sure enough the emblems were there so I ordered the glass. Shipping was prompt and I received the glass 3-days later.I removed the upper and lower glass tracks/inserts from the upper and lower slots and cleaned them up. When I tried to install the new glass without the upper and lower tracks/inserts installed I found the glass appeared to be too tall and I couldn't get it to go into both slots. The upper portion of the back seat prevented the installation into the lower slot. So I sent Brad an email on a Sunday and ask if he had any videos showing how to install the slider in a 2005 Dodge Ram. I was studying several YouTube videos on how to remove the rear seat because I was convinced that's what had to be done. My phone rang and I saw it was from Traverse City Michigan (I live in NC). I thought maybe it was another of the endless calls about my car warranty expiring. I just about declined but instead I answered but didn't say anything. I heard a voice say 'Jim' so I replied and it was Brad!!! Yep, on a Sunday he's calling me to help. You won't find that anywhere in this country.He told me there is just enough room to slip the glass behind the back seat then I would have room to push it into the upper slot and then drop it into the lower slot. Presto, Badda-Bing, Badda-Boom. I got the glass into both slots then fed the upper and lower tracks/inserts into the slots over the glass.Brad knows his stuff so if you have any questions on truck/auto glass just call Brad, he's awesome to do business with !Thanks Brad!Service: Auto rear window replacement

I ordered a rear window for my 99 ford ranger from BradsAutoglass. Not only was the shipping fast, but Brad created the installation video himself! Straight and to the point.
