I had overheating problems with my Sand Reeper shown here. A local auto in Muskegon resolved part of it and then found a leaking head gasket which they could not repair! They contacted Green Mark as The Sand Reeper Has the same engine as the John Deere Gator. Green mark Went through the engine and repaired items they could find and then had the engine head sent out and milled. They called after all was completed and even offered to have the Reeper deliver to my home in Muskegon from Kent city. Highly recommend Green Mark for their repair service and follow through. They kept me informed and called when completed to explain the bill for their service . Thanks Green Mark for the great Job. Joe Stapel. Muskegon .

These guys are so helpful!!And pleasant. Definitely will come here for all my mowers needs.Was impressed after my experience down alpine at the other John Deere parts place. :/I will come to GreenMark here forward!!Roger was great!!Thanks again guys!! We attended the GreenMark open house Sat morning. It was a very good time, the grandkids loved it, especially the pedal tractor pull . It was good to see a farm dealer once have a customer/community event . The equiment displays were awesome, breakfast and treats were also very good. The weather was perfect; we saw many neighbors and friends too. While we were there, we visited the parts counter and picked up new shovels and mounting hardware for the JD 714 chisel plow...

I would recommend green mark equipment to anyone Jeff was very knowledgeable about the johndeere 318 and 335. Last week Wednesday i drove the johndeere 335. And Jeff was very knowledgeable I asked him about the 42 snowblower and snow plow for it. I have chosen the one I wanted the johndeere 318. I will keep going back. And I will have anything I needed I will call them. And Bob over the parts told me what do. I highly recommend to anyone who lives in kent city

Since tomorrow is my birthday, I thought I would treat myself to a few goodies. So today stopped in at GreenMark in Kent City to get a tune-up kit for my X320 (that I bought there) a new seat cover (because we all know they crack after 3 months) new blades, a hat, gloves and a new jacket. Unfortunately, I left it all on the shelf because the parts guys were wearing masks around their chins and the salesperson (who was talking to an older gentleman with a mask) didn't have a mask on.I like to buy my stuff from the local guys, but if they don't care enough about my safety to wear a silly mask, then Amazon it is.

Great people to work with, I bought a new Z540R from Kent City. Justin was my salesperson, very knowledgeable, very helpful, and respectful of my needs! I bought my Gator from this dealership and it is the people and the service that keeps me coming back! Keep hiring the right people!

Called Four Seasons in Comstock Park first. I was a complete inconvenience to them! Thankfully Kyle @ GreenMark in Kent City was available to help! Kyle was great. Very helpful and pleasant to speak with on the phone. He walked me through the process, found the part, and made my experience informative and productive. Thank you Kyle! WOW! We had our Gator picked up for semi-annual maintenance and clean up. It took a few days longer than we expected, BUT the when they delivered it back to us we thought they had brought us an all new Gator!!! They fixed all the little annoying things, cleaned it spotless, replaced the seats, re-did some wiring we had done (not very well!), and all the maintenance and repair it needed. NICE WORK!!!

We have done a fair amount of business with the kent city location recently and we have been happy everytime. Had several thousand dollars worth of work done to a couple of our tractors and I go in there for parts/maintenance items for our tractors and skid steer and the parts guys are absolutely awesome. They also have a great selection of high quality thread together plumbing stuff we needed for our brine application truck.Chad from Preferred Landscaping in Cedar Springs.

I bought a brand new X350 lawn tractor through them. The mower's pto clutch went out after 0.3 hours of use. It was hard to get through, and finally got repair scheduled several days later. They said they would have any parts needed on-hand, but they didn't, so had to come back later in the day. The service tech forgot to tighten the new part, and it banged around my brand new mower. To top it off, the driver flew into my circle asphalt driveway with his huge truck and drove off the edge and damaged my asphalt. The worse part is we have been sending emails and making phone calls for weeks, and nobody is returning our call or doing anything to fix our driveway or inspect our mower for damage from the faulty repair. I would never go back to this dealership. They were great during the sale process, but their follow-up service is awful. Very unhappy customer right now.

Sales people seem too busy looking at their cell phones in their office to help a customer and make a potential sale. Stood inside for 30min without one person coming to ask if I needed help or information. Spent another 20min outside by the tractor I was interested in (the windows in the sales office clearly see the lot) and was not approached by anyone.

At first I had a bit of troubles reaching a sales person, (I almost decided to give up). After connecting with John and working with him I am convinced that the original communications mishap must have been a fluke, I am now pleased with my first visit here and am looking forward in working with John again in the future. The recent weather has kept me from enjoying my brand new mower yet, so I am anxiously awaiting. Thank you once again for the great experience.

I had a great experience with green mark buying my 3038e and when a part broke for my forward and reverse pedals for no apparent reason curtis in the service department helped me out tremendously and made it very easy. I am very happy with green mark and won't go anywhere else.

I asked them for there best price. What they gave me was full retail. I went 10 miles down the road and saved $867.00. So I don't reconmend them unless you have money to burn

Always great guys to deal with at the parts counter. They really know their stuff. Service dept tends to have a wait list and is difficult to get into, but all and all very good dealership.

Green Mark s first priority is profit. The customer comes last. I purchased a new Gator XUV550 that had a defective head gasket. No recall was issued. Because the unit was out of warranty, I took the unit to a private mechanic. He discovered a drastic difference when I supplied the new gasket to him which I purchased from Green Mark. The mechanic found this out by going online to the Deere website. Deere had a no charge replacement bulletin, but never supplied me with a recall notice. My unit was just out of warranty. I tried to work with Green Mark, the salesman, and the sales manager; my response was basically get lost . I ve had other issues as well with Green Mark, and am no longer a customer of Green Mark. PS, Green Mark has lost a great deal of sales from me and my referrals they would have received due to being cheapskates with their customers.

Went in to get a mower and got a good inlightment on what I thought I needed to what I needed to do the job and thankfully the sales guy took the time to explain each unit and the ability each one does in turn this gave me a chance to look at the purchase that would work best for the job I needed done and the budget for the long term, so hay i suggest go to a real John deere dealer for your equipment because all of your big box stores will not give you the time of day thay will take you money and lie like hell , justin at greenmark in Kent city really did go the extra to help me and for this I will always from now on go thire for all my yard and garden tool needs best of all the customer service is outstanding 2nd TO NO ONE thay put customer satisfaction 1st so good shopping

my friend tom spent over 1400.00 to get his john deer fixed and they sent it back deck wont drop cruise dont work. thats why our jobs are going to mexico.thats to bad he has to go thru all that.

Went to GreenMark to buy a new tractor. Waited over 1 hour and even approached the salesman several times and they said they would be with us soon. Guess they didn t want our business.
