This local business is top notch. Stopped in last minute to get my headlight fixed. Billy & team were quick to help and provided white glove service, even for something so small. Greatly appreciated and this will be my go to place for oil changes and anything else my car needs.

Billy is awesome! He got the air conditioning in my old Honda CR-V working and blowing ice cold air in under an hour (another place told me I would have to wait 2-1/2 to 3 hours just to "diagnose" the problem). Billy's price was also better. He seems honest and very good at what he does--I will definitely go back to him if I have any other issues with my old car!

I have used Billy's now three times for my two vehicles. Billy the owner is great! Great service. He helped my son with his 2008 jeep and the service was outstanding. We will continue to keep going back! Honest and caring!

A very decent shop, MB s, MBW s, classics etc, you name it they fix it! The guys there are very professional and yet nice and friendly.. if you have a European car to serve; they are your shop.

Billy Mains is an amazing guy and knows his cars very well. He goes out of his way to explain everything that needs to be fixed and how he will do it. He did amazing job on my cars this week and I am very impressed with his work ethics and dedication. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Bill!!!

If your looking for a honest mechanic look no further, BILLY IS YOUR GUY! My water pump was about to go out on my 09 charger and I needed a mechanic that wouldn't take advantage of the situation fast! With Christmas just in the rear view money was a little tight let's just say...I searched and Googled Mechanics in the area, called a few for estimates and was not pleased with the results. Then I my wife reminded me of Billys Automotive, we it passed a couple of times, why not give them a call? At first glance I didn't think of this shop because Billy tends to have high end vehicles outside of his establishment so I figured that service from him would be unaffordable. Married father on a budget figured I was out of my league, let tell you I was very mistaken! From the moment I walked in Billy himself greeted me like a very welcomed customer, personally made me a cup of coffee and sat down to assess my problem. I informed him I was on a budget but desperately needed my pump fixed for my daily commuter, Being A Family man of God himself he sympathized with me and assured I was in good hands. Within minutes of my request Billy had an invoice drawn up and I must say the price was more then fair, it was 30% lower then his neighboring competition, complete with a 2 year warranty! The parts arrived from the supplier within minutes and Billy got right to work. Not only was I blown away by his top notch customer service, but his down to earth demeanor and caring attitude won me over significantly. One day later im back on the road and my car is running like the day she rolled off the lot! So if your in Oakland County and your looking for A honest Mechanic that gets the job done in a timely manor, give Billy a ring, I promise you'll be glad you did !

I took my car to several other mechanics they wanted to charge to see what was wrong with the car. Billy's gave a free estimate. Then they fix the car perfectly and at a very reasonable price. Congratulations you are now my new mechanic! By the way the other mechanics couldn't even diagnose what was wrong. You are great thanks Billy!!!

Took my sons BMW here. Service took a long time due to delays and covid related issues. Billy was nice to my son and taught him a lot about cars. He s very knowledgeable.

Nice guy and knowledgeable but I haven t been able to get ahold of him for 3 weeks now after stopping in for a quote.Never received the quote and it s been 3 weeks of calling and leaving messages without a single response.

The claim that Billy's Auto Service of Bloomfield can fix anything on a vehicle is not only TRUE, but may even be UNDERSTATED! These guys are great! They are highly competent, honest and reliable; such that they will not attempt to charge for unnecessary repairs, will discuss options with you and then charge, at very competitive rates, only for the option(s) you select! If you have a problem with your vehicle, you have just found an excellent solution source for your problem!

I am new in the city and I am glad i found these guys! He is honest, fair price and tried to help me out through the entire process. They treat my car like their own and provide pictures and videos about problems and how they fixing it. He uses all oem parts and gives a warranty for his work! Its been 2 weeks they fixed my car and it runs great. I will def use these guys again and have my family/friends to take their cars if they have any problems with it. These guys know what they are doing and they doing it with honesty/fair price.

I usually don t write these reviews but I had to stop and give these guys some credit. I was driving up Orchard Lake rd when I could smell something like a burning belt or something. I pulled in to Billy s and the owner came right out, diagnosed it was a stuck brake caliper and had my truck up on the hoist in less than 10 minutes. He had me back on the road quickly and did not over charge me.Good guys!

Billy's did a great job getting my husband's car back in working order after hitting a pot hole. The finished it the same day it was dropped off and ended up costing less than the original quote. Loved their service!

Billy the owner is great. He looked at my Chevy Blazer because it died on my on the freeway. I had it towed there. He looked at it and didnt charge me. It ended up being the engine and I sold it to the salvage yard. He was honest and didnt charge me needless repairs.

My daughter has a 2008 jeep liberty that would not allow her key to be removed from the ignition. Within 1 hour, this team fixed the problem without any games or bait and switch. Its great to find an auto repair shop that has integrity and ethics. They earned my trust. Thank you.

I know Bill for many years. I have learned to trust him because the work he and his teams does is exceptional. Weather it s my AMG SL or BMW he with his analytical mind finds what s wrong and the best solution to the problem. And what I like very much too, he shares his thoughts and findings on the way. I highly recommend his business.

Total ripoff. Everything that i had done there to my car had to be redone properly within months of initial repair. Had brake calipers replaced at billys which took a month and a half, and a month later i had to have belle tire replace them, and then, a REAL shop, got it back the same day.

Great place to go and get your car worked on. They do a lot of high end cars and their work is amazing. Very impressed with the owner and mechanics by far some of the most honest people you will meet.
