Pete and Jerry at the Keego store, are the best in the business.I work on very old vehicles, and often the parts, are no-longer made,they can usually come up with an answer to what will work or where I can get it. They are definitely my go to guys.

The This-Old-House of Auto Repair Shops! Should have their own TV show. Old Fashioned Small Business Values. Customer-Experience Focused. Top Notch Service. Extremely knowledgable staff. Every single one of them. It's not just about the sale with these guys. Like any great shop, they're always busy but never too busy to answer questions and help you see your auto repair through from start to finish. If you're a do-it-yourselfer in need of step-by-step instructions - ASK and you SHALL RECEIVE. More than a few times they've actually walked outside with me to talk me through a project until they're sure I've got enough of an understanding to complete the job. They're always making sure I'm not spending money on things I don't need. Sylvan Lake Auto Value: Well stocked, neighborhood shop feel with Big Box store, Fair and Competitive Prices.

They flat out lied to me when I called this location about parts and my warranty had to go else where . Not good customer service.

There are the most helpful staff I've ever encountered. If you don't know how to do something they will help you figure it out. Always a pleasant surprise.

Really good parts store that is very good for watercraft parts. Pete has been there forever and is very knowledgeable.

I don't go to Auto Part stores unless I'm desperate but if you have to go to one this is the place to drive out of your way to. I gave them my list. They had everything on it and even carried it to my car for me.

Beats Auto zone, O'REILLY and advance Auto. Hand's down. I won't even waste my time at any other Auto parts store. support your local small business owners.

the guy i talked to seems like the type of person who's always angry and grumpy. ill bet hes the owner. he probably has what you need if you can stomach the attitude.

They say they open up at 8:00 and that's exactly what they do no later maybe a little earlier and what I was looking for they had at a good price
