The starter on my car died and I chose Village Towing and Auto Repair because a friend recommended them. They towed my car within an hour of calling them and the starter was repaired the next day, as discussed. Marvin truly saved me. I was charged reasonably, and Marvin helped me make a split payment. Thanks again for putting me back on the road!

About a year or two years year ago, I had a distressing encounter with this company. Not only did they steal items from my vehicle, including collectible US coins that I had hidden in my locked glove box, but while my vehicle was in their lot, they also spray-painted my windshield. This resulted in overspray getting onto my paint, causing additional damage. When confronted, they insisted I sue them in small claims court and even attempted to claim my vehicle was abandoned, despite it being clearly in use. Furthermore, they falsely stated it was totaled when it was just a busted bumper. Despite their deceitful tactics, justice prevailed, and I won the case. My advice: beware of dealing with these unscrupulous individuals. My advice for them Stick to eating dirt, because honesty and integrity clearly aren't on the menuI wish you report this review again I ll keep updating it pal, you have a crazy ego and it s crazy the state lets you carry a gun

I broke down on the way to Flint from Up North. Spun a bearing in a 20ft boat trailer. I called all over just to be told that is to big for them to haul. Last thing you want to hear while stranded. Well Village Towing told me not a problem. They said be there in 45... They got there way faster than that and got my boat and trailer to my house. If you are ever in need of a tow or auto repair give Village a call....

They were fine. Very slow to get anything done with. Waited for them at the scene of the crash for 30 minutes, when I got to the lot to get everything off my vehicle I checked into their office first. I don't know who she was but this one lady who worked their was swearing like a sailor at some of the employees and using a LOT of attitude. They got my information and I went out to my car. Only problem which I get is that they dropped my car so close to the other ones in their lot that I could barely get in or out of my car to get stuff. It really wasn't a great experience. Then later on I went inside to make sure they had everything they needed from me to have insurance take my car and once again the lady was giving the employees attitude for relaying my question to her. Hopefully I never get in a crash but if I do I'm not going back to this place.Service: Car towing

Village towing was very helpful to us when we were stranded on the side of the road side due to an RV wheel bearing issue. They knew to call a service who will work roadside to repair at least enough to get us into a repair shop. Both companies worked to get us moving then followed us to make sure we made it to the repair shop.Thank you! You helped us to be back on the road the same day!

We were on our way to the Upper Peninsula and the car refused to start after stopping at a rest area. We called for a tow not knowing where we even were exactly. Marvin was at the rest area within 20 minutes and was able to recommend a place to have our car fixed at and got us settled at a hotel for the night. We were stranded, 3 hours from home and 4 hours from our destination. So tonight, this business was our hero! Thank you Marvin and company for your stellar service. I have used this towing company exclusively for any situation I ve ever needed. Once was after a major car accident in the middle of winter in the middle of the night. Every employee I ve ever met and spoken to acted with the highest level of professionalism and was extremely helpful during difficult situations I ve been in on the road. They are a fair priced, hard working and ultimately people oriented company. I will forever be loyal to them, their brand and I will support wholeheartedly this business for the rest of my life. I encourage anyone out there in need to these services to choose Village Towing and only them!

First and for most ive never left a review EVER anywhere.Wheeling bearing went bad on my pick up in Pinconning MI Sunday night 10pm 130mi left to go south. After two empty promises from other companies, phone rang and it was these guys. Gentlemen on phone said give us 45min. Literally 25min later they pulled up loaded up, got me and my pickup back home 130mi!!!Big thanks to the whole team over there!! Cant thank yall enough!!!Service: Car towing

I don t normally write company reviews but I wanted to take the time to post about our experience this weekend with Village Towing. Everyone we encountered there was absolutely wonderful! Starting from the moment we called and all the way to our door step over a hour away. We had a unique situation to say the least and everyone here could not have been more accommodating to our needs. Our driver on the way home, Corey, was over the top amazing. He made all of our kids feel very comfortable and they honestly had fun on the way home. There are not to many kids who can say that about being stranded far from home! I cannot recommend this company more and am soooo soooo truly grateful for you going out of your way to make a bad situation so much better for us.Thank You all!

My jeep broke down on 1 75 and i cold called village explained where I was at with my son they dispatch a truck on a Sunday afternoon they were there within 20 minutes took me to several places trying to get parts so I could get home. Even know I had to wait to get repaired to Monday because of parts not available they made sure I got a hotel room for the night and had my car repaired first thing Monday morning and on the road safe to get home I can't say enough about the service an what it meant to me an my familyI would highly recommend them to everyone treated me like familyThank you

Broke down coming home from a hunting trip on a Sunday! Lady I spoke with on the phone was very polite and helpful and sent out a tow truck and the truck driver was also very kind and knew what he was doing and got us to a auto service center on Wilder road! Very reasonable tow fee! Really appreciated the help during a stressful situation!

They get the job done but the office lady was super rude. After my car was totaled in an accident, I spent 5 hours in the hospital, then stopped to get some of my important personal belongings out of the car on the way home. (They only let me take my purse in the ambulance.) I was hurting very badly, scraped, bruised, and bandaged up, but had to go inside to let the office lady make a copy of my license before my husband could retrieve my things.The lady was not friendly or even slightly kind, grilled me about insurance, cut me off when I tried to speak, and told me several times that I would need to pay out of pocket if I didn't get ahold of my insurance right away. She also complained about "getting it off the lot." I tried explaining that the car had only been there for 5 hours, I was on my way home from the hospital, and I would get ahold of the insurance after I was able to retrieve my things (including insurance papers) from the car but it was hard to talk when she cut me off. I wouldn't use this company again even if my car got totaled in their driveway.

My family broke down on our way home from camping and this company was amazing. Came out to us fast and made sure my husband, 3 kids and I all got home safely. I wish so badly that I had caught our drivers name because he was incredible! We had 2 very fussy toddlers in the truck with us, 2 hours away from home and he was just so nice and understanding, he sat uncomfortably the whole 2 hours so that my daughter and her carseat could fit behind his seat. He played "baby shark" on the radio for her when she was fussy and overtired among numerous other nursery rhymes and never once made us feel like an inconvenience. He and my husband talked the entire ride home...he was all around just a great guy and we are so thankful for all that he did for us tonight. I will 100% always remember this and always recommend this company when given the chance. Thank you so so so much!

Had a wheel bearing give out on the highway at 70mph. Called village towing and had it delivered to their shop. Wheel was almost off my truck. They replaced the wheel bearing but didn't do an alignment and claimed one was not needed. Will no longer be using them in the future. They failed to fix my vehicle properly and adequately.

I can't say enough about my experience with this company. They were extremely helpful with an unusual problem. I work for a trucking company and move freight all over the country and Michelle and Marvin were on par with the best the transportation industry has to offer. Cheap, efficient, and helpful!

These guys are truly amazing. I broke down 2 hours away from where I live. They picked us up. Towed our car back home and let us wait for our ride in shop. Thanks for the help. Made a bad thing really easy to deal with.

My Ford Flex's battery gave out at a rest stop between Linwood and Pinconning on I-75. The girls and I were on our way up north for a weekend trip. My friend searched online for the nearest towing company and Villiage Towing and Auto repair's name came up. We called and they were available immediately to tow us and asked where to? I told them what I thought was wrong with the car and asked if they had time to fix it for me quickly. He said yes and was on his way. The tow truck arrived within 15 or less Minutes. The driver found us immediately and explained to me that they had already ordered a battery for my car and it should be there by the time we get back. He was polite and fast. When we got to the shop the mechanic was waiting for us and took the car in right away. It took maybe 15 minutes or less for him to check a few things to make sure it was only the battery and switch the battery out. The entire ordeal took maybe an hour and was the least inconvenience as possible. I am so appreciative of the guys for how quick they were with this. Not to mention the price for the entire thing was awesome. The ladies and I are thinking of driving up to have our cars maintained by these guys even though we live nowhere near Linwood!! Our 40 foot rv lost power on northbound I-75 while we were traveling to Petosky, MI. We pulled onto the shoulder and called AAA. Village Toeing was in contact by phone with us and assisted us with getting to a gas station at the nearest exit. Marvin was the gentleman who took care of us and he was wonderful. He calmed me down (not an easy job to do to a 72 year old stressed out woman) and advised us how to get to the nearest town after we did a quick, temporary repair. That worked and we got the problem fixed professionally. The most incredible part of everything was that Marvin called the next day just to check on us. Amazing customer service from a very caring man. I highly recommend Village Towing and Auto Repair to everyone. Sue Markley

Used them for a Heavy Duty Wench Out showed up within a half hour from my call Driver was Marvin did a great Job, very fair price, and professional service. I would recommend them for Heavy Duty towing

If it was possible to give a zero star review, I would. The people here are very unprofessional and do not hold up their end whatsoever. They need some new management or something in there. The drivers are friendly until they mess something up and then the story changes. They also need to be more upfront about the situations that are occurring and not just hope you don't notice when something goes wrong.

I will never recommend this company driving down M13 yesterday last night about 9:45 p.m. your flatbed truck guns it out of your parking lot not paying attention to traffic and does almost have 360 in the middle of M 13 almost causing an accident causing me to go off the road because I didn't want to get hit you need to look at your driver's a little bit better. My family and the other vehicles around we're at risk!
