Alex was absolutely fantastic to work with! I messaged on my truck on Facebook and he got back to me right away, was super helpful and kind in setting a time. We got there, he met with us and handed over the keys to test drive. Your chill yet professional manner made this by far hands down the best truck purchasing experience! Had an excellent experience buying my used 2012 Silverado from voice auto with my salesman Shawn Wiley. He was punctual, quick with responses, and made the buying process quick and easy. Personable and knowledgeable about vehicles on the lot, and I never felt a pressured atmosphere like all of the other dealerships I ve been to. They even filled the gas tank up before buying. Drove the truck home with no issues, and Shawn was kind enough to reach out and ask how the truck is treating me and offered to help set up the XM radio. Price out the door was very fair and not riddled with a 100 fees like most other places. Wouldn t hesitate to buy from them again, and would definitely recommend them as a trustworthy dealership.

I have bought 2 trucks at Voice Motors and have been extremely pleased with every step of the purchases. Cole handled everything From the time I stepped through the door and if I have any issues he is quick to answer the phone and get my needs taken care of. Strongly recommend the dealership and more specifically, Cole.

After many years of getting cars at Williams this is the second vehicle in a row I ve got from Voice. Working with Mitch I ve been able to get them at the price I need and have gotten the make/model and color I was looking for. Looking forward to working with Mitch and Voice again in the future

Drove 4 hours after I was able to find the perfect vehicle online. All the information I needed to know was clearly posted. Pictures were enough to tell that it was rust free and showed many of the features. Service was great quality, and the purchasing process was quick and easy. I d definitely recommend Voice for another purchase!

I came in on 2/14/24 and test drove a car and ended up loving it! Was such a great experience went so quick and was very relaxed compared to other places. Alex helped us out that day and he was awesome. Very great experience overall.

I didn't purchase this car new but it was purchased from your dealership and I'm pretty proud of this car not as proud as my wife is but still this has been an awesome car and I just thought that you and your customers would like to know that this 1991 Chevrolet cavalier that was purchased there is still running very strong and still looking very good, oh and by the way she's in Florida now loving it

Drove 2 hours one way to look at a few trucks, before heading down I contacted them to make sure they were still available and to see what condition they were in. Dealership stated vehicles were is great shape with no noticeable dings, scratches or damages. Got there and they had one truck pulled up front to look at and I could see the scratches from 20 feet away, open the door to the truck and it was even more beat up, deep scratches in the door panels and center console. Second truck also had scratching on both sides and the tail gate was damaged and didnt sit flush. Third truck had a broken taillight, scratches from dogs jumping on it and rear seat belts were chewed on by dog. inside was also dirty. Trucks were all newer returned leases 2021 and up. Definitely not truthful just looking to make a sale. Left without making a purchase.

Do not buy used vehicles from Voice motors. They knowingly sold me a 2014 GMC with major frame damage and insisted they had no clue. Well they paint all of the rusty frames on their used vehicles so I m not sure how they could miss that. Just saw they listed that same truck with junk frame as nice clean truck . Watch out for this place they don t care about you at all just want your money.

I had the pleasure to work with Mitch and it was hands down the best experience I ve ever had at a dealership. The price for what I bought was extremely fair, but most importantly Mitch was able to make the process from start to finish EASY. Don t waste your time with a sub par service, call and ask DIRECTLY for Mitch and he ll take care of you. Thank you again, and keep up the great work, experience, and quality vehicles.

Took my truck in for a heated steering wheel retrofit before Christmas. The part they put in wasn't the right one for my truck and it left me without a working cruise control 2 weeks before Christmas. Do you think they offered a loaner to try an fix it before Christmas? NOPE! They wait until after the new year when the second replacement part FAILS to work and after 3 and a half hours waiting on a Friday afternoon, they offered a loaner. 3 weeks after the first part failed. Once GM has your money,they don't care about you. No matter how many vehicles you've purchased. Buyer beware. They might sell them here, but they can't fix them here.

Thank you Alex Silvestros for following up on my internet search finding the 2016 Pathfinder I was hoping it was still available you said it was loaded with all options and that the previous owners took good care of it and you were absolutely right I am so fortunate to have this Platinum Pathfinder love the heated steering wheel LOL .Nice clean friendly dealership I enjoyed the fun humor with you and your staff I felt very comfortable and confident with my purchase..I live in Manistee and will suggest your dealership to friends and neighbors concerning a new GM vehicle or used vehicles .Thanks again Alex first you sold yourself to me and then you sold me the Pathfinder..Robert Lapp Manistee

Mitch was great to work with, zero pressure, zero upselling over the phone or in person. I live in Oregon and the dealership there was unwilling to match the price at Voice so I flew out to pick my truck up. I was in and out in less than an hour with my new truck. I have never purchased a new vehicle before and was expecting the run around or hidden fees or some kind of headache. I got none of those things and drove away happy! Thank you Voice motors

Smaller dealership with great customer service. Most of my deal was done via text, all I needed to do was sign documents and drive away after going through the Onstar setup with Sue. I'll definitely be back when my lease expires.

Mitch and the staff at Voice were great. I came all the way from Colorado to purchase a truck because not only did they have what I wanted but also gave me a very fair price. When I showed up the truck and the paperwork were ready, and they had me on the road quickly. There was one small issue with an accessory, but they ordered the correct part and had it sent directly to my house. I would make the trip again and would highly recommend them to anyone. It was nice to work with a team that not only offered great customer service but good pricing.

Talk about a disappointment took a day off to go buy a truck called to make sure the truck was still available and ready. Drive 45 miles to buy the truck. When we arrive the salesman treated us like we were 2nd class citizens cause we were looking at a 6k work truck and not something brand new. So we look at the truck ourselves test drive it and decided we wanted to buy it. We went inside to buy the truck and was told they didn't have the title we ended up leaving with no truck. We put a deposit zo they wouldn't sell it and asked the to fix the tire cause it had a nail in it. 13 days later they finally call and tell us we could come get it. When we get there they had parked the truck out back so we went to check it out the tire was flat and not fixed. There was a McDonald's bag tossed in the back of the truck garbage and food on the box all over the place. Mind you this is 13 days later and we put a deposit down on the truck. This was a sold vehicle already it was our truck and the utter disrespect was unacceptable. While we were there we looked at a couple other vehicles pooped the hood on a Dodge Durango checked the fluids and there was no oil even on the dipstick. Why would this even be out on the lot for sale.

We have been looking for a new vehicle since June, 2022 when our GM lease was up. We dealt with three different GM dealerships in our local area for over 4 months. We were unable to get any of the three different vehicle models that we wanted from these dealerships. Our best friends recommended Mitch Voice and Voice Motors to us. We contacted Mitch on Friday, October 28, 2022 and had our new 2022 Chevrolet Equinox delivered to us on Monday, October 31, 2022. What a Halloween Treat to say the least! We LOVE our new vehicle. Our whole experience with Mitch was excellent. His vehicle price was better than the other dealerships we dealt with. We will recommend all of our family and friends looking for a new vehicle to go thru Voice Motors.

I can't thank Mitch and his team at Voice Motor enough! He truly made my daughter's dream come true. Her brand new nitro yellow 2023 Trailblazer was delivered yesterday. He truly went above and beyond as well as the extra mile(s) for us and we are truly grateful! I look forward to doing business with him in the future for myself, for my twin sons who are 15.
