Don't deserve 1 star. Phone goes to voicemail while we are stranded on the side of the road and it says mailbox full! They were recommended to us and I will be sure my insurance company never uses them again. They sent a text saying they were in a meeting and would call in 20 minutes. That's was over 4 hours ago. No call! So unprofessional.

HOWARDS Collision has always been there for me since I moved near there in 1995. Dave and Marcia the owners take personal pride in their work and work hard. They work well with all Insurance situations or claims. They will also work well with you if your paying out of pocket. Great work !

Dave was a life saver. He was knowledgeable about what needed to be done to get my car off a stump with no damage. He explained everything every step of the way which gave me peace of mind. Dave is a great problem solver and extremely personable.

My son had a tow scheduled for a specific date and time... still waiting for them to show up or call from 5 months ago!! Also, my parents called them in an emergency situation and are STILL WAITING FOR A RETURN CALL!!!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Horrible customer service... was hung up on twice to take other calls because my tow wasn't gonna be as expensive... then told me i could call back after the snow stopped due to other calls would make more money then a simple tow I was asking for.. Will never call this place ever again

They over charge for the tow and charge for a hook up they never did and don't answer the phone then so they can charge you more storage and charge for clean up they never did it was cleaned up before they got there over charge for miles they are not a good company to have do anything.,.......
