I was in town from Colorado on a hunting trip. I needed two new valve stems for my ATV and stopped by to see if they could do the repairs. The owner dropped what he was doing and completed the repairs in about 20 minutes. In my 60 years of living I have never had amazing customer service like this. Keep rockin Kaleva Auto Repair!

I always love coming here. Dale and the crew are amazing. Front desk staff are always friendly and helpful and the work is always done in a timely manner. I always come here first to see if they have an opening no matter the problem. Supporting small business is the right thing and this place is for sure worth supporting!

Kind caring and honest. I have been screwed over by shops before. KARS has always taken good care of me. I have never had a bad experience with them. I will never take my car to anyone else. If my husband can't fix it it goes to Kaleva Auto.

Awesome people. Squeezed me in first thing in the morning to change a tire for me (already had a new tire to replace the old, so it was just a mount and balance). They were quick, thorough, and only cost 20 bucks

This place is awesome. The Team hooked me up while on vacation at Crystal when I got a flat tire on my way up. Figured out the problem with the tire and changed out the spare. Thanks again for your quick help. Highly recommend this place.

$150 in labor for a plug and play job and they gave me back my car broken worse than before. Everyone I've met, I tell them not to trust these people. I'll never return.(Edit: In response to the owner reply, this is the right business. Kaleva Auto Repair, they're off 9 Mile. There is a woman at the front desk and bays on either side of the office. They just don't want to admit they messed up.)

Called basically for a walk-in tire change and they made time. Bright the tire and rim in and they right on it and had my out in 10 minutes. Was decently priced and great service.

Kaleva Auto Repair was so good to me. There prices were Amazing. When they fixed my van they found more wrong with it than I thought and fixed cause they were worried about me driving it with the kids. I couldn't afford it so they let me make payments.. Great people

I am from Wisconsin and was traveling to Interlochen MI when my buick overheated and left us stranded. After some google, the nearest automechanic was Kaleva Auto. I mostly do my own repairs so I had figured it was the coolant bypass elbows that failed(gm3800). Called their shop and explained, Dale at the shop figured the same and said he'd get the parts ordered. I limped my car to the shop and waited for parts to arrive. I was a bit nervous, far from home, stranded in a very small town. I was had by the short hairs. Well, it went from bad to worse, my timing belt cover gasket failed. Much bigger job! 6.5 hrs and the nearest gasket was like 40 miles away in Cadillac, and we had to be in interlochen by 4 and would be there for a few days. Dale actually offered us his car!!! Not kidding about that. Well, we had someone from interlochen pick us up, and we made all of our engagements on time! Dale showed me pictures of the failed part of the gasket soI could see the failure spot, that was great! Dale and the guys at Kaleva Auto fixed the car and it was ready before we needed it. He is truly a 1st Class guy! Charged me less than I would have gotten charged in my town.(Eau Claire Wi) Thank you Dale and your group at Kaleva Auto. Do not hesitate to go here. Went there after setting up and appointment for exaust work. The guy would not even talk to me about what i wanted.bad attitude. 500 bucks is all he said .wont ever be back
