Had a great experience at Walters Auto Service. Alex was extremely professional- walking through the teams assessment of my vehicle and suggested work to be completed. Work was done quickly and at a fair price. I really appreciated the honesty about what should be addressed vs what shouldn't be. Would highly recommend Walters Auto.

I always have a great experience at Walter's Auto Service. They are professional, personable, honest, and straight forward. If there are multiple things that need attention or might soon, they help me prioritize what to focus on first with my budget in mind. The shop is clean. I have always had a pleasant experience working with Walter's auto for my car repairs. The services is done promptly the price is reasonable. Alex the manager is friendly, efficient and proactive helping to keep my vehicles operating safely. I would recommend this business for vehicle oil changes and service.

As a former service writer, I have to say this great shop! Alex, the manager is a pro! I had to have my car towed in and had it back within 24 hrs running better than ever. I definitely will be bringing my car here in the future.

Alex, at Walter s garage is both a skilled mechanic and a kind, honest person. All of the work I ve had done at the garage has not been simply satisfactory, they have done an excellent job! They are also clear, courteous communicators so that you know exactly when to pickup your vehicle.Although I don t know much about cars, I do know that I ve found a high-quality, honest garage. Try Walter s. They earn your customer loyalty.

We brought our Toyota Prius to a local dealer who told us that the Toyota needed a new battery, we brought it to Walters for a second opinion and found out that the Toyota Prius had ran out of gas due to a malfunction with the gas gauge.Instead of an invoice for $4800 I walked out with a bill for $269 dollars that included an oil change!Thank you so much and I trust them wholeheartedly

Had a wonderful experience. I brought in an older vehicle with some hard to diagnose issues. Walters Auto Service took the time to go over my vehicle thoroughly. I'm very happy with the service. I will be bringing all my vehicles to them !

I buy all my cars from Walters Auto Sales and take them to Walters Auto Service for all maintenance needs. You will not find a friendlier, more knowledgeable staff anywhere! They are fabulous. As a woman, I appreciate the cleanliness of their shop and waiting area. Seriously, the best around!

I appreciate the relationship I ve built with Walter s Auto! I always know who I m gonna see at the front desk and know I ll receive quality service. They have a high standard for vehicles which helps me maintain my own high standard of my vehicle so it can run as long as it s able to!

Alex and his team are the best. I have known Alex since he was born, and his parents since they were teenagers. His knowledge of cars and auto mechanics was simply amazing at age 5 and his father was one of my closest friends. I would trust him with my life, let alone my cars. The long list of "5 stars" speak for themselves.

Extremely pleased with all of the efforts of you and your staff!! A 10 out of 10 in every phase of the work completed. Really happy you caught the issue with our Terrain so it was covered by warranty. A real pleasure doing business with all of the Walters staff!!!

This place has fair prices and they do excellent work! Alex the service manager is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I take my car here if I ever have a problem I know I m not getting ripped off and I m going to have a safe car to drive in 5 stars definently.

I am not from this area and went to this place solely on the review rating! Went there for a clunk noise when I drove. They proceeded to replace parts that were loose (not broke) for $1000, that did not fix it so 2 days later I returned only for them to tell me they never heard the noise I described the first time, so this time the tech went for a drive with me and heard the noise so now they say it is the Driveshaft ($600 repair) they said it would fix the problem.... NOPE! So I had it towed 200 miles back home so I can take it to a local trusted shop, I don't know if I had an inexperienced tech guessing here or what but I am down some seriously cash and a broken vehicle

Alex, the service manager, knows his customers and their cars. It's like a trusted friend.I recall have the front tie rod in my Subaru replaced and one of the bolts was frozen and broke. A half day job became a 2 day nightmare. The price stayed the same despite all the extra labor, and Alex kept me apprised of the progress throughout the ordeal.Great customer serviceServices: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto battery replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto A/C recharge, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

I had a wonderful experience at Walter's! The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. Well worth the wait for my appointment. After I picked my Jeep up it was still making some noise and I was able to get it back in the same day and just needed a small adjustment. No more noise and my Jeep is back on the road!

Phenomenal service! We were traveling from Indianapolis to Kalamazoo and had battery failure. We replaced the battery but needed an alternator repair. We called Walter s and Alex was very quick to help us diagnose the issue and get us in for service. He even had the part waiting for us when we got there an hour later and had us out the door and on our way in less than 2 hours. They properly installed our battery and charged our old battery too. Facility was very clean and orderly, and we were very comfortable working there while we waited for our repair to be completed. Rates were very fair, too. Highly recommend!
