Had a 1pm appointment for a oil change. Checked in at 1:03pm. Told it would take 40 minutes. Waited till 2:56pm to get text that work started. Work completed at 3:37pm.oil change was incredibly slow. Several of the services listed as part of the oil change were outright skipped, as I have one bad rear turn signal but the paperwork lists it as "good". The vacuuming and window cleaning are listed as "declined". I'm unsure of just how much they skipped, they at least did change the oil, as I double checked it in the parking lot.On the whole, avoid.

These people don t know a lick about cars. I would not trust them with your vehicle. Very incompetent. Seems like they will hire anyone. I miss the short black girl, she was the best one there and the taller light skin guy believe his name was Turner. Steer clear from these guys. Choose a different auto care center.

Usually I don't even make an appointment to get a new tire; I just walk in and they have always had the tire I needed. I have always had good service at Walmart (albeit I haven't been to this location in years). They were very busy this weekend, so I made an appointment. Finally, at the store, I was told bluntly, rudely, and without a shred of mercy that it was I who made the mistake of not scheduling the appointment correctly. I am pretty confident this is not at all what happened, but I was told that perhaps it canceled automatically because they did not have the tire I needed in stock. No email for that. To the disrespectful young woman who treated me in this undignified manner for no fault of mine, it is only justice that you in return will be treated disrespectfully by a rude customer, of which there is a vast army, and few of them will be as patient as I was.Perhaps then you will learn that your job is not for the sake of entertainment.

So I just went to the Walmart on 9th Street to get my oil changed. When I was checking in, I asked if they could shut my maintenance required light off. She said sure, no problem. I have to say, they did the oil change quite efficiently, it was done in about 20 minutes. So I go to leave and not only did they not shut the maintenance required light off, but they didn't even shut my hood properly! So I go back in and ask if one of them could help me shut it off like I asked and the guy says Google it! Then he tells me to step out of the area! What happened to customer service people? I wasn't being rude about it, if you know me, you know I am very polite!So do yourselves a favor and don't go to the Walmart 9th Street Auto care! We need to teach these people how to treat customers!End of rant!

Every single time i go here the short lady who I believe is the manager is mean to me, maybe the name Ashley. She s turned me down getting an oil change twice because she s pissed about something else. I will say that I did go in at 5:30 which is late, but I was told that I could get it done over the phone by someone else at that time. When I went in, I walk in and she snaps CAN I HELP YOU and I said I would like an oil change if possible and she gave a snippy response that was way longer than it should ve been. I get being stressed and upset, but you can nicely tell someone to come back another day without ruining their mood as well.

Great service and staff. I had lightbulbs changed, and a headlight restoration done on our car and it turned out great. Nice experience overall and highly recommend them.

I guess they weren't smart enough to change the oil on my 2023 Ford f150. And they left me waiting 30 min to tell me. Today's experience reinforced the reasons I don't go here.

Great experience! Staff was friendly and helpful. My oil change and the replacement of my windshield wiper blades was fast and efficient. Thankyou!! We will definitely be back next time!!

Quick and easy experience. No issues. Got some tires and they were able to get me in that day, and the tires were a cheap price. Would definitely recommend going here if you're just looking for an easy option. Didn't feel like they were trying to push me on products either which I definitely appreciate!

I came here to get oil changed a week ago.The staff are good.Just what disappointed me the most that I waited an hour there, then one of the staff came to me telling me that they will not change the oil.And the reason why is that, my car is an old car and it leaks engine oil like half gallon a month. So it sprays underneath the car.So he told me that it's a new Walmart policy not to get the oil change if there was a leak, so I don't put the blame on them or sue them.I totally understand that, but what about the 1 hour I wasted waiting here FOR NOTHING !Quick lube change shops are the way to go from now on.

I called the night before to find out when I could come in for an oil change. They told me they open at 9am on Saturday.Google says they open at 8am and the sign on their door says 7am on Saturday. Then another piece of paper on the door said 9am. A lot of conflicting information.AND THEN I waited from 9-915 no one showed up to open.. went inside asked customer service. She informed me they had just arrived but were short staffed. Like every other business. Mostly due to the people that Do work in America being forced to give a % of their paychecks to the people in the country who don t feel like working, pretending to have disabilities, are lazy and or say they are scared of Covid . The technicians I met were nice and polite. But obviously understaffed.

The crew here are great.....when they are here. I understand that Covid19 has put a strain on retailers. I talked to an employee about staff shortages and I empathize with them. Having said that, the Auto Care hours are erratic and inconsistent. I showed up 10 minutes after the posted open time and they were closed with no explanation or stated hours. The website hours did not reflect this. If they are going to open late or close early they should have a way of updating their website.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was told the first day that they had 2 hours of work to finish in a half hour. Which is absolutely fine but his tone was terrible. I took it back the next day and I was told they didn t not have the parts to take my tires off. Which is absolutely understandable but please make sure that when staff is calling people they are speaking coherently enough for people to understand. He began to speak vet curtly and was getting very irritated and aggressive. I have had the worst experience and will never return for any car service.

Bought 4 tires (Douglas all seasons), confused about what i was charged because receipt said i got valve stems in both tires on driver side but it said i denied both on passenger said. It was explained to me that i got all valve stems (4) & got a good deal because i was only charged for 2. I had to ask for caps for ties on passenger side because they were missing. I am going back to have tham check my tires due to my light is still on in car saying my tire pressure is off. So far i really like my new tires. They hold the road really good, even in downpouring rain.

Is a great service. However, with lack of employees to make their process more efficient, it's frustrating for the customer and a missed opportunity for Walmart to make more money. I would think more people would do their oil and go shopping if they didn't have to wait over 2 1/2 hrs to get their oil changed.

The people were very helpful, however the warehouse sent the wrong tire. 3 of the tires I ordered were right but one was wrong size. They figured it out. But it will be a week before I can get my other tire so I left with 3 new tires.

After dealing with one of the employees who wouldn't even look at me when speskins to me, I sat there for over 3.5 hours to get my battery replaced. When I asked if they would even out the battery in, the employee working the counter told me that they couldn't .I then told him that I had gotten it done before there and he then replied "well I can see if they want to do it". It wasntw near closijtntime and I was spending my money there. What do you mean "if they want to"? Then he didn't even out me on the list. I had to speak with another emolempl just so they could know I needed help. She was helpful but then a different mechanic took all day with my car. I wasntw the only one upset with them that day either. 3 stars for the polite employee and the price of the battery and the convenience of them being open on Sunday.

Took my winter tires to be installed (that I bought from the same Walmart last year) and was told they couldnt install them because they were appointment only even though I was told to come at 7am because they don't have appointments. Thanks for nothing! Never buying tires from Walmart again.

Spent 10 min hoping someone would answer phone, called back no answer, called front desk ask for manager he said he would personally go back to the Dept. And ask me to hold. I held maybe he went to lunch , break? 30 min I hung up. The only reason I lasted that long was I was on Bluetooth and they didn't have annoying music on.

We were there to order tires the csr said he will call when they come in because he had to order them. He never called. Btw he was pleasant patient answered all the questions we had so idk.

they do an ok job. There was one time they put the wrong tire on my car, but I came in a few days later and they replaced it with the correct one and refunded me for that tire too

I just wanted to say that the guys in the tire center went above and beyond helping me replace a flat tire. Despite the fact it was after closing time. Thank you guys! Drake Street store, Kalamazoo Mi.

This is a Overall good little Vehicle Repair Garage. I ,like that you can wait,shop or drop it off. 1 of the 1st stores to incorporate the Auto Repair services into it's chain of business

The guy was kind of dismissive and rude. When I went up after my oil change the guy said the would need to charge me extra which they didn t do at other Walmart s and it wasn t even my problem it was their problem I will not be returning for auto work

Horrible service ruined my rim for my car and then lied and said it was already bent... Smh!! They were rude about it and denied what they did costing me even more money! Never again!

Went in willing to spend 500 or more dollars for new tires, they called me back to ask why i didn't just get a patch because the tires were still in great shape.

Lovely experience they took good care of me. Top me off with fluids and tire checks and I got antifreeze to go.
