Jake (store manager) and Mikey , the tech, true professionals at what they do. Great communication and customer service. This is why we always keep coming back Ed s . Also, military appreciation is a bonus , don t see that much anymore .

Absolutely amazing customer service from the employees on Gull road. I came in with issues with my skid plate and these guys took it upon themselves to take the time to dig snow/ice out from under my car and get my skid plate taken care of. Very professional and helpful. Thank you again Charles.

I went to uncle Eric's got a oil change. Flew top off. That got me right in and I'm the type of person that likes to put Lucas oil stabilizer and my oil treatments. So I can drive my car like 7 to 9 thousand miles on a oil change without hurting my engine. And uncle edge is one of the only places. That'll put it in for me and do it with 4 qt to oil and the court of lucasawesome place they got me in got me done. I'm happy I even bought a windshield wiper blade. Cause the one on the back of my truck was a little raggedy and they replace Rap for me too of course they charge me for it like they're supposed to but I didn't mind paying extra money for. It

Uncle Ed's on west main is my go to for oil changes and ect...They are fast and the staff was pleasant and helpful. They answered all my questions and made helpful suggestionswithout being pushy. I highly recommend them.

Ultimately this is my fault, since I usually do my own oil. I was busy and had my wife get an oil change. It s only one bolt and a filter, what could go wrong? Well a lot apparently.First off they overfilled my coolant reservoir with universal coolant. The coolant wasn t low, I don t know why they added more. Luckily I was able to drain the reservoir before the universal coolant could get into the radiator.Next they absolutely destroyed my oil pan. They told my wife that the bolt was stuck and it took 45 min to get it off. It shouldn t take that long to get a rounded over bolt, period. Just throw on some vise grips and tap it with a hammer, but I digress. I discovered an oil leak under the car 3-4 days after it happened. I get under the car and found out that they knew it was leaking and put a sealer on in attempt to stop the leak, that s what Jake told me when I called. The worst part is that non of this was articulated to my wife. Luckily, I was able to fix it by filling down the race that the bolt fits on.Also they didn t check the air in the tires but that s not a big deal.I call the place after it happens and Jake got super defensive. I asked for a refund and they never got back to me. I pay 90 dollars to have my car messed up only having to spend more money on fixing it and then adding new oil. Don t go here.Service: Oil change

Thought I already reviewed this place, but Google wants me to do it again.Super fast and efficient service. Didn't even get any oil on my hands with this oil change. So worth paying to have this service done. It's just easier and makes sense. Always friendly service. Usually fast service. Helpful suggestions for next time.

On the way home (3 miles) from getting the $120 oil change, all of my sensors came on, heavy smell of oil. Started to drive back but had to pull over into another business because it was making a ticking noise and not driving well. As soon as I got out I saw the oil draining out of my car (2019 grand Cherokee) and a trail behind me. The shop was already closed. After waiting for a tow for over an hour, I had to have it towed back to the shop, car wouldn t even start. The next morning I went there and talked to the manager. He said nothing they did caused that. My car was undrivable, just happened to have a huge oil issue directly after they did the service?? Being a widow, I had my brother in law come up and he then made them put it on the lift and look again. The entire engine was covered in oil. I had to take it across the street to wash the undercarriage so they could even see from where. The shop is still saying they did nothing wrong but said the oil filter housing might have cracked while they were putting in the new one. Asked for a refund, no, got a coupon for the next oil change. Nothing even to cover the tow bill. Barely even glanced at it until a man was there pressing them. Very disappointed and definitely will never go back.Update: The district manager called me this morning, asked me to come in so he could take a look and talk to me. He was very helpful and apologetic for the stress and trouble it caused. Took the time to explain what happened and made it right. Re-did the oil change himself, drained the old oil to show me there was no metal specks (if there had been damage).

I owe 3 locations a HUGE thank you! Westnedge, Wynn Road and Gull Road Managers all came together to help me after I had received a radiator flush on Friday at the Wynn Road location. The guys are excellent and great to joke around with while you wait. The Westnedge manager fixed it.My car had broken down at Menards on Gull Road. Since I remembered the flush service I received on Friday, they were the first ones I called for help. They called the Westnedge location and the manager came out and assessed my car and found the problem. I thought for sure that my water pump blew but come to find out, it was the Water Outlet pipe that was melted. It sits next to the hot exhaust and is a common repair in vehicles like mine. So the manager told me that he was going to call about the part, someone had it in stock, so he went to get it and some tools to do the repair himself. They also replaced the coolant that had leaked. Finally, the manager from the gull road store showed up with coolant and was put into the reservoir tank. Then, they had me run my car for about a good 20 minutes to make sure things were okay. At last, my car was fixed and I was well on my way.I can t Thank God enough for how they all came together to help me. Thank you to the men that took the time necessary to satisfy a customer in need. I will never forget it. Next oil change - Uncle Ed s Oil Shop!Great job and Great Service.Anyone who earnestly helps customers with a smile is is my #1 go-to place for service.Thank you again.
