Unexpected conversation coming to my number 1 choice for an oil change. The service representative informed me that the car was good to go and that I didn't need to get my oil changed for quite a while! They could have easily did the dance and charged me for an "unnecessary" service. But, due to their diligence, records, and inspection of my oil status prior to initiating the service, I was given an expedited "see you next time" on this visit. Definitely appreciate the honesty, as well as the consistency in great service that Uncle Ed's has always provided me. Their audible checks to ensure everything is where it should be, and nothing where it shouldn't, gives the customer a peace of mind that is very appreciated. Thank you again, for your care and service to your customers!

I got my oil change about a month ago and I loved the experience. Everything went great it was fast (stayed in my car which is my favorite part), and the staff were nice a guy named Jay and Nathan were working. It was my first time getting my oil change by myself as a teenager so I appreciate the help and they explained the information to me very well.

I knew I needed an oil change but really just wanted to head home on this 3rd winter of the season. The guys were friendly, polite and fun! Got me in and out in no time at all. It was a pleasant experience. Thank you!!

I had the pleasure of working with Dadreon this morning before getting on the road and heading back to Detroit. It s my first time coming to get an oil change without my husband and I am leaving feeling informed, safe, and taken care of. Top tier customer service and high vibes all up and through here. Would recommend these guys to anyone.

Wow, I cannot rave enough about the quality of the folks working here. Both Nathan and Jay were very knowledgeable and kind, speedy, and talked me through whole process, came in to see what was causing overheating in a 94 z28 I d recently bought, they pumped out all the previous owners belongings from the radiator and when the thermostat revealed itself to be faulty, post rad flush, they did one of the quickest installs I ve ever seen. 10/10, can and will be back for more service for my gal.

We received great customer service and care from Dadreon. Very nice young man and he took time to explain everything that we needed. Fast and thorough in making sure everything was in order. Great personality with the employees and loved the environment. The Assistant Manager made sure I understood what needed replaced and why. Dadreon was super kind and mega thorough. He went above and beyond to make sure I was all set to head out to the Columbus Zoo before the holiday! It was hot out and they were so busy, but he made sure I had everything I needed. When they didn t have something I needed in stock, he had it ordered and delivered in less than 20 mins! Had a lil discrepancy from the estimate I got on the phone and the final price (from $30 to $54) but at the end of the day Tyler went out of his way to get me back down to $34 so I didn't have to walk to taco bell down the road for more money. Thanks my man for being such a professional about it and making it right. I would recommend uncle ed's on Wynn Rd off sprinkle above any other oil shop in town....

I had the help from Dadreon when I came there. He explained to me exactly what was being done to my car. They were quick and affordable. Dadreon was very approachable and eager to answer any questions I had. Uncle Ed s needs more people like Dadreon. The world needs more people like Dadreon. Love this guy
