Mario was very personable and professional. Didn t feel pressured to get any ad on services but they did bring things to my attention. Came here on a Wednesday for ladies day and got a great discount. Will be coming back again.

Great, friendly, fun and professional service. Always reassured we will be taken care of. We live closest to Drake Rd, but my husband always insists we go to the Stadium Dr location. We have not been disappointed at all. Stadium Dr. keep up the good work. You are appreciated.

I feel I rushed out. I was the first customer of the day. I spent a lot of money. They didn t even check my blinkers or lights. I had to tell them to check my tire pressure. I m a long time customer. I won t be going back

DO NOT GO HERE! they up charge you on everything and try to get you for every penny. A simple oil change and an air filter cost me 130$ They also didn t tell me the air filter would be extra they just replaced it. Total rip off unless you want to spend a fortune on a simple oil change. Go somewhere else these guys try to get you for every penny you have. I will never ever be back worst experience I ever had at an oil change shop.Service: Oil change

Best shop I have ever been to. They are extremely kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and just overall good people. They got me out in 20 minutes and even replaced my air filter (I had an extra one that just needed to be installed) for free. I appreciate that they also top off your windshield wiper fluid for free as well. Great place for anyone, but especially for those like myself who don t know a lot about cars and need a little bit of extra patience from the workers from time to time!Service: Oil change

I had a great experience at Uncle Ed's today. I came in for an oil change and I got fast and friendly service from Deandre, my service advisor. He helped me with my oil change and gave me a few recommendations for routine maintenance services. We were getting ready to go out of town when I noticed there was a leak by the rear differential. I could not get it open, so we decided to stop by the store on Stadium Drive to see if they could help us out. They got us right in and were able to replace the oil that had leaked out. Mario was wonderful! Very efficient and when we asked him how much we owe, he said nothing!! We will be bringing all our vehicles here from now on! Best customer service we have had in a long time! Thank you!

I came in a few days ago for an oil change, also got my windshield wipers replaced. Jack took the time to explain and answer my questions which I appreciated! I stopped at Uncle Ed s on Stadium Drive. The service technicians were knowledgeable and friendly. The was no pressure to purchase additional services. Before I left, they provided me with a list of suggested maintenance items I should have done before winter. Total rip off. The Volvo dealership was booked for the month. I decided to go here because the sign said fast. They tell ya one price to get ya in there and then change it on ya. I know my car uses a lot of oil, and I do put the expensive kind in, but I paid 3 times what I was told. Then the guys who worked there tried to pull a fast one on me. They tried telling me I needed my power steering fluid flushed. I had a bad feeling that I was being scammed. I told them that I would pass on that. After being there for over an hour they were finally finished.Took my car to the Volvo dealership the next time I needed an oil change and ask about the power steering fluid. The guy told me that Uncle Ed's was trying to get some money off me.I'm glad I didn't trust the guys going in. I make sure to let everyone I ever talk to about this place about my experience. I can't imagine how many other people they try pulling this on.

Very mid service. I understand upwelling things but this place tried up sell me for things I didn t need done yet. Also the guy working tried to mansplain to me about my own car which was incredibly frustrating because I usually do my own work on my car. Additionally it took them almost 45 minutes to complete my service and then they got my information wrong. I wouldn t suggest this place if your a lady.

I normally don t review businesses, but this was a very pleasant experience with quality service from both the customer and pricing Jack and Kenny changed the oil in my car and flush the radiator at a quick, but efficient way, they answered all my questions and were very realistic with the issues and pricing

I went in earlier today and Nathan and Jack filled my tires, very fast and efficient service! I had a nail in the passenger tire and they let me know about it, I thought it was just the cold making my tire light go off. I'm very pleased with the service, and the best part is it was free! I'm used to paying at gas stations to fill it up, they've definitely earned a long term customer today.Service: Tires

Stopped here for the first time on a whim a few years ago in desperate need of an oil change. I have since been a repeat customer. I enjoy the convenience of staying in my car, especially having children. The comradery and sense of atmosphere is light, easy, and welcoming. Happy customer & I will be back!

I have been to a different Uncle Ed s location a few times and had an expectation of high quality customer service based on my experiences there. I m very happy to say that Mario at Uncle Ed s on Stadium Dr continues to prove that Uncle Ed s is the best place to go to make sure my car continues to run well.
