Purchased a ford raptor from here recently. Paid top dollar for it as it was presented as super clean, immaculate condition. It appeared to be very clean the day I bought the truck. 3 weeks after I bought the truck I got it s first car wash and as soon as I got out I noticed a bunch of rust on the cab corner to the point where it was cracked. The car wash must have blew off whatever was covering up the rust. I called and texted John the salesman and he did not seem to care. He told me there was nothing they could do. I called back and asked for a manager and talked to Cory. He said they would pay for it to get fixed. I got several quotes. Tried to call Cory back multiple times and left multiple messages for 2 weeks with no returned calls. I called Chip and he said he would make sure Cory would call me back. After speaking to chip I finally got a call back from Cory and he said the most he could do is give me $750, which doesn t even cover the cost of the repair. Only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the $750. I never would have purchased the vehicle if I knew the rust was there. Terrible overall experience. Definitely wouldn t recommend this place.

We purchased our Mach-E from Kyle. He got us set up for a test drive right away and talked us through the whole process. He was very knowledgeable and if he didn t know something, he found the answer for us. We custom ordered it and it took several months, during which Kyle regularly kept touch and answered any questions we had. When we picked up the car, it was in perfect condition and fully charged. We never felt that he was pushy, and he was very transparent about anything we asked. He is extremely personable and went above and beyond to make sure we were informed and confident in every decision.

Anthony Brewer made the two-hour drive to Sheelye Ford in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He was very friendly and personable. It is obvious that he really cares about finding the right car for his customers. He gives A+++++ customer service.We drove from Livonia, Michigan to purchase a 2019 Honda Elite. John Kerry was also helpful when we walked into the dealership, as was the manager Tyler Lovejoy.Grant Overley was very helpful, as well.

Went to a ford dealership to check out a chevy and ended up driving off the lot in a dodge. Met with rookie salesman Owen Jackson who took the time to show us everything he had on the lot before we went outside and looked over the trucks. Great experience! He was totally professional throughout the whole process. What a great team . Highly recommend Seelye , Owen and the entire team.

Walked in spur of the moment and was welcomed by Kyle the Weatherman. He was very helpful. We told him what we were looking for, price range, he immediately sat us down and started explaining everything.He was very honest and forthcoming on what they had in stock in our budget. Anthony Brewer what can I say an amazing humble soul. He greeted us with a smile very personable asked us what he could help us with. All my questions I asked he had answers for if he was unsure he found out for us . He had a very good sense of humour and witty. He made the whole process seamless of me getting my New Ford Escape. The best Ford crew all were amazing. I would highly recommend Ford to all my family and friends. Anthony you are the BEST. Thank you one again.

I visited with sales professional Owen Jackson on 3/11/24 at exactly 7:31 PM local standard time. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a pleasant, professionally looking employee ready to help. He showed me the vehicle I was looking for, went for a test drive, and I really liked the truck. They also were fast to do a fair appraisal on my car. We purchased a new lease on a 2023 F-150 from Anthony, he is great! Incredibly easy to work with. He was open, honest and straight forward about everything. He made the entire process very simple and easy! I normally don t like dealing with salesmen so Anthony was breath of fresh air! I would recommend him to anyone!

Anthony Brewer greeted us immediately. Any questions that came to mind he answered right away and even clarified anything that was confusing. Anthony communicated everything we needed to know clearly and concisely. He was very personable and worked extra hard to make sure we got the right vehicle. I came in needing a new truck. I just recently bought a house and needed something to haul my tools and supplies so I can redo my house. Mai greeted me with a smile and I could tell it was going to be a great experience from there. He was quick, efficient, and answered all of my questions. He showed me this beautiful white F150 and I fell in love immediately. The transaction was quick and easy. I look forward to working with him and the Seelye team again!

Seely Ford was terrific. Our Explorer had problems as we were driving to Rochester Hills to pick up a Leader Dog for the Blind. Since their service department was closed for the weekend, we had to leave it with them for repairs. We are from Davis, IL about 4 hours from Kalamazoo. Micky, Rob, Jeff & Juan went above and beyond to help us out including driving us to multiple locations to rent a temporary vehicle. Unfortunately, it was spring break weekend and there was not a single rental within an hour of Kalamazoo. Seely was able to get our vehicle repaired with a couple of days & best part was 90% was covered by warranty. Couldn't be happier with the experience. Thanks again guys for all you did. I came in today to the dealership and was met with what I thought was the sight of Jesus but his name was Owen he was super helpful with the entire process. Believe it or not when I went to do a test drive he lifted the entire car above his head and placed at my feet and said with the coolest look he said I ll be back with the key. Till this day idk if what happened was real but I do know the name of the man his name was Owen.
