Great experience working with them! A tree branch smashed the back of my car. After another body shop didn't want to work on it, I took it to Rushmore and within 5 minutes I had an appointment to bring it in. I almost cried when I went to pick it up. It looks brand new again and it looks like the inside was vacuumed. Brooke in the office is very professional and knowledgeable.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I had my truck done here and they told me it would take 2 weeks. It took 6 weeks, and when I picked it up there was a massive door ding, scratches on it and overspray all over it. They also didn t hook my backup camera up correctly so that didn t work. They failed to take my aftermarket speaker out and install it in the new door and the door didn t shut right. I took it back to them to have these issues fixed, and they failed to remove all the overspray and left the door ding and scratches. Overall a horrible experience and I would recommend NEVER bringing your vehicle here unless you want it to come out more messed up than it was when you brought it to them.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I can't recommend this body shop enough. They were phenomenal through and through. They replaced and painted my fender on a VW Passat. The fit and paint job were top notch; it was very clean and crisp. They even did touch-ups across the entire body of the car without my asking and for FREE!! Lastly, the cost was exactly what they estimated and they finished the job exactly when they said they did. The customer service and work was very professional. I had to replace a sliding door on my minivan. Rushmore helped me with an estimate and i was able to get my claim with insurance. They made an appointment within 2 weeks and only kept my car for 2 days. They were pleasant, professional and very kind to me. After a hitting a deer in my 2014 Acadia Denali a week before thanksgiving, I called damn near every body shop in kazoo to do my insurance claim and they were the only shop that could good get me in before the end of Jan/Feb. Only waited 3 wks rather than 3 mo Thanks so much!! great service, fast & friendly would definitely recommend to anyone else.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have scuff marks on the lower black trim on the side of my car. I have over spray on the inside passenger window. I have scratch marks in several areas that weren't there before. A brand new rim that does not match my other 3 ones. This was my second time to pick up my car, the first time there was even more problems. A guy had to come out and buff out some of the other areas. The owner a d office girl were very unprofessional.Service: Body & Trim

If want your insurance company to cover everything don t take your vehicle here. They charge the most in the area. My insurance company refused to pay due to them charging $12 more an hour more then anyone in the area, witch left me with $712 left to pay out of pocket. The shop did cut the price down in half. But why put yourself through that when you can go somewhere and pay nothing out of pocket. No I didn t have a deductible.Services: Tires, Painting

So happy! I'm a novice but knew when I scratched my car on the garage I couldn't just let it be, even though it was on a low section that's hard to see. The spot was two inches or so and had created a tiny dent as well as taking off paint. I got a quote from the dealership for the whole fix, including the dent and refinish, that was way out of my price range. When I came to Rushmore, I told them I don't care about the dimple but I want to protect from rust. He touched up my paint and sent me on my way. Now that I know you can, I bought my own touch up supplies, but if I ever need real body work I'm coming here. Their kindness totally made my day!Service: Body & Trim

Back for my second time.Scope of work was laid out clearly. Pricing options provided.Selection made and work done in a timely fashion. My auto was MB S550 with much front end damage from a deer at 70mph. Work was done as timely as it could be with supply issues. Most happy with the outcome.Second time around, complete paint job to a 2011 MB S550. Paint, clear coat, with touch up work. Again, Nice Job to Ryan and his crew!Shout out to Brooke in the front office for keeping me up to date along the way.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They do great work but they are a little behind. My truck was done very well and nothing was removed from my truck while it was there. Just took a little longer than I expected but it was worth the wait.Also have some vehicles for sale in good shape and new models also.

Both times I used Rushmore they did a fantastic job on the car. And every time he give me an estimate it was damn near spot on. I have an older vehicle in the last time he had to search for parts but still got the job done very very pleased. I took my car there to be fixed from damage due to a run in with a deer. My car was fixed however, due to a faulty part, I had some other complications. Ryan was very apologetic and fast about getting it in to be fixed. Although it was the fault of the part, he took responsibility and was very professional about the whole situation! Most shops would try to say it wasn't their fault. Even though there's been some complications, I would recommend to anyone to go there. My car been in the body shop for 5 months with the doors off and the tailgate open full of sanding sawdust under the hood was covered with Dustin expect me to pick it up and take it home. Come on clean up your mess.

Extremely poor work. The day I picked it up the owner he had to come out and sand and buff portions. Got home to find they didnt plug my backup camera in and a bolt was snapped on the side step that they said nothing about it.i also had to come back one and watch them try to put my rear bumper back on straight which they couldn't do I am now scheduled at a reputable body shop to have the entire paint job done over because theirs was so bad. Their guy doing estimate couldnt believe how terrible of a job they did.
