I called RC auto recently after having 20+ shops tell me they couldn't install customer parts. RC Auto had no issue with this and quickly installed a new rear sway bar and endlinks on my Infiniti G37x. The only other shop that said they could install the parts said it would be $800. RC Auto did it same in one day and for less a 1/4 of the priceService: General repairs & maintenance

Very happy with the repair body work they did on my Pontiac G6. Matching color was spot on.They also replaced 2 front wheel bearings for me and I'm thankful they did.IMO quality work at an honest price. I will be using them again in the future.

Went with rc auto care for warranty work after the dealer had the car for 2 1/2 months, and I'm so disappointed. They have had my car for about 1 1/2 almost 2 months and it wasn't even touched, so my wife made a 1 star review, so instead of trying to fix the situation, I was contacted and told that the owner wanted us to get the car, and refused to fix it. Where is the customer service or doing what's right for a customer? Rc auto care is horrible and I will never do business with them again, and I'm gonna make sure that any and everybody that I know won't do business with them. Terrible customer service, no communication, and just the worse experience ever. I thought they would pick up the slack where the dealership dropped the ball, but they were just as bad as the dealership.

Fantastic place. They always take care of me. The owner Cal is a good guy but his staff are the icing in the cake! Very friendly. My charger is always taken care of, weather it's my custom lights, damaged bumper or paint, they do it all when an issue arise.Customer service is so good that even if they made a mistake - I'll still go back there. To top it off, their pricing is very fair!

Truck went in for vct sensors and I am still having trouble with them plus they broke my oil dipstick tube. Electronic fans were staying on all the time due to a bad ac high pressure switch. Instead of diagnosing and fixing it they just unplugged the sensor like I wouldn't see that they did that.

ABSOLUTELY amazing! After having a CV Axle fail on our car from another shop, RC auto care was right there. They offered to tow my car and diagnose it. When the other repair shop that the part was warrantied through argued that the cv axle was fine, the GREAT people at RC auto stepped in and contacted them letting them know what was wrong. Safe to say all my repairs will be done with RC auto from here on out. Thank you guys for going the extra mile. And the turn around rate was amazing. This is what service is about.

Kenny is very friendly to speak with, and also a great guy. When Goldstar Towing lost my vehicle he assisted me in getting to the bottom of it, and got my car towed back to the location it was supposed to be in the first place. Upon going in there I was greeted by a huge smile.

This is the worst company I have possibly ever dealt with. I have been working in automotive for about 6 years and was recommended to them, they offered me a good deal so I decided to go with them to have them paint my truck. Worst mistake ever they scammed me out of my money for a terrible result and would not deal with me what so ever. TO ANYONE LOOKING TO HAVE WORK DONE HERE. DONT. Im not even sure if they are licensed for what they do, as i asked about it and no documentation could be provided.

I had my 19 98 Pace Arrow diesel motorhome worked on they came to my house got the motorhome running. Took it to there shop went over the whole vehicle. Outstanding service recommend highly.

Great prices, great work by knowledgeable mechanics. If you have to wait for your vehicle plan on getting a ride home, or walk to Poor Richard's restaurant for good eats and cool off.

I have a couple tour buses in these guys I've always taken great care so that only repair my buses but doing it fairly and if there's any way to save me money they're always looking out for me
