This company is one of the less expensive auto glass repair shops near me. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to my car. I slid off the road and hit a pole causing extensive damage to the windshield and the roof where the windshield fits in. They came to my house and fixed the windshield at no extra charge....I highly recommend them.

I delayed getting a small "star" chip attended to this summer...driving over some road construction by l-94 it decided to split the windshield 3 ways.Having used the company for a few vehicles when it was Arnies and as Precision on a commercial bar remodel project i decided to stop in while driving past , set up a appointment and even as a cash customer not using insurance the price was reasonable.The day of the install even with the old adhesive providing the tech with some removal problems they had me in and out in 90 minutes while i caught up on some calls and work in the waiting area...highly recommend

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had dealing with a business. For over 2 months, I waited for a sauna glass door to be measured, then delivered. Ernie, one of the owners, at the last minute canceled my order just before the holidays when people were supposed to come use our sauna. He was terribly unprofessional. I called Precision Glass to complain and the receptionist told me she would have an owner reach out to me. No one ever called.

We purchased a custom made set of shower doors for our bathroom remodel from Precision Glass. After shopping around at the big box stores and being unhappy with the general quality of the products available, we reached out to Precision glass to quote a custom shower door purchase and install. The gentleman who came out to measure our shower, Arny, was extremely informative, thorough and friendly. The quality of the shower doors we purchased from Precision blow the big box stores out of the water. Every aspect of the product looks and feels superior. As you can see, we wanted a seamless and as close to invisible look as possible. Precision glass was able to custom size the glass to fit our 115 year old, not square/plumb walls to help us achieve the look we wanted. To no fault of their own, one of the panels of glass they initially installed had a small imperfection on the corner. Something so small that house guests would never notice, but the homeowner and installer would. Precision glass immediately ordered a replacement panel rush and installed a few days later. Quality and customer service are top notch at Precision glass. I would happily recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I had a wonderful experience with this company! The technician, ryan mills, did an excellent job. He was precise, quick, clean with the installation, and professional. I had the opportunity to chat with him a bit after my service and he was super kind and pleasant to talk to.The front desk worker, Kayla Hall, was very professional as well. She worked quickly with my insurance company, answered all of my questions, and made the transaction seamless. She kept me updated throughout the process. Precision replaced the windshield from a crack on a 2023 Toyota RAV4 hybrid. A few weeks later, it rained. The sensor on the wiper no longer works (intermittent no longer works either). We have moved. Toyota dealer says that the car doesn't think it has a windshield because it was improperly installed & the cowel is broke. Many hours on phone with insurance, dealers & window replacement companies. Not happy.Services: Auto windshield repair, Installation, Auto glass repair

The 5 minutes I had to talk to the tech, they seamed knowledgeable too bad after 3 weeks of waiting I found out they never actually ordered the window for my car. Called them to follow up and they said they would look into it, a full week later and no follow up I decided to call again and speak to a manager as the front desk employees proved to be unreliable and poorly trained. Being told that there was no manager in that day, they would leave a message for the owner to get back with me. I havnt heard anything since that call 2 weeks ago.

They gave me the best price to replace a windshield on my 08 Edge, of the places that I called. They were able to get me an appointment within a couple of days if I came to them as opposed to mobile service. They were done in about 45 minutes and I was on my way. Very pleased with their service. Would definitely recommend & use them again.

They replaced my windshield and did a really good job, was really happy with it. But they broke my windshield sensor cover and tried to put it back on like I wouldn t notice.

Hahahaha this place is a joke. Over 5 weeks waiting Can't answer can't order can't even get them to handle making a call to make excuses lol. Went to a much better place right down the road. $1400 windshield installed 3 days later.

Filed a claim with insurance was transferred right over to the secretary at Precision. Good customer service and very easy to schedule the appointment. Got a text from the technician to ask if they could come earlier than my scheduled appointment - which worked out great for me and them! Bryan and Andy were very polite, knowledgeable and got right to work! Appreciate the quick service

Alex stopped by today & repaired a chip in our Jeep windshield. He was early & did a great job in a timely fashion. He was really friendly. We are highly satisfied. I had a broken bus window in need of it repaired the same day, they looked at it and assured me they could fix it. I left it with them and a few hours later I picked it up repaired just like new. They were friendly efficient and a blessing. I tried 5 to 6 other glad places to repair it with no takers just in sorry. Great group of folks I recommend them to everyone.Thanks pastor Jeff mcnally

I stopped in to have my windshield replaced. They came to my job and had the job done in no time. Very satisfied with the office woman and the 2 men that replaced my windshield. Also it was very decent priced. Will most definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you again Precision

So glad to get my windshield replaced!! The ladies here are super sweet and helpful!! Even though I don't live in Kalamazoo, the drive was quick and the access was right off the highway, so it was super simple Thank you, gentlemen, for getting me in and out and for doing a great job!! So I have a day off work and pushed all my errands off for another day to wait three hours later than the scheduled time. Then the installer guy here and didn t know how to replace the windshield in the vehicle. Told me he d have to come back the next day. The next day he and another guy came back even after giving the Vin to the shop, they had the wrong windshield and they had to order some trim pieces the trim pieces were broken it s not their fault. However they were supposed to go in and order the parts and confirm with the insurance company that they could be purchased and covered. I had heard back from them I called him three days later, 15 minutes before close, nobody answer the phone and there s not even a voicemail option. Horrible business horrible communication horrible timing horrible training

This company is local so I wanted to support them. Gave them my VIN number for a Ford Explorer and they came with the wrong windshield. They would not return with the correct one same day after missing 1/2 day. The manager did not even bother to call apologize and make things right .It must have been employees or family that gave them a high rating .Go with satellite it's reliable

Had my windshield replaced via insurance. That was fine. The mirror fell off as soon as temps reached over 80F. I was told not to touch the mirror for a while so the adhesive can dry. I didn't for several days and still it fell. They made me come to them to fix it 2 days later it fell again. They then came to me and the tech told me the adhesive was the wrong one but dropped and broke my mirror by accident. They came back about 3 days later to replace it because he was off and took my new mirror with him. Disappointed period!

Our contractor had done such a great job rebuilding and tiling our shower, and the thought of having a different company come to install the glass walls, door, and hardware made me a little nervous, but when Arnie came to measure, I knew that everything would be alright. It wasn't long after that we were called to set up the installation date, and before we knew it, we had a gorgeous new shower with flawless glass and construction. The hardware matches the showerhead and it's all just perfect! Going with Precision was, indeed, the best decision.Service: Installation

I have a jeep and they are notorious for a rock in the windshield. Precision glass is always there to help and replace my shield within a couple of days. They come to me! How convenient is that? I also had a table I had broke the glass top to and they replaced it in about 4-5 days at a fair price. I'll go nowhere else!

One of their techs named Nick came over 8/8/2018 on our 2007 chevy truck - he had windshield out so fast and started prepping for new windshield. Very impressed with tech's knowledge and he explained what he did as he went along. Wish I could give more than 5 stars - one impressive company.

Precision is the best, my rearview mirror fell off my window and the quickly reinstalled it, Same day. Their customer service is exceptional and quality of workmanship is the best in town. Would recommend to anyone in need of glass service.
