I use Morris Rose for all my engine, transmission and automotive needs. Their sales department is absolutely top notch. Olivia is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you need within your price range. Cody has also been exceptional to work with. However, the excellent customer service doesn't stop there. Their delivery driver is one of a kind. He remembers names and knows exactly how we like to handle deliveries. Always kind and courtesy. I highly recommend Morris Rose.

Great item description. (Ordered online sight unseen) the guys here communicate really well, and are very much on top of their inventory. Couldn t have asked for a better experience. Fair pricing and good parts. What stood out is that all the components were individually tagged electronically to ensure things stay together, and likewise, my name was attached once the order was processed. These details really matter, thank you!

Called, asked for specific part, had it in stock, asked if I could pay over the phone, said no but sent a link to pay online which was a breeze. Picked up part with no issues, just gave my name. Put part into vehicle and it runs perfect! Very happy with customer service. Will be using in the future. Strongly recommend!!

I would rate them a 0. Purchased a car rim from their ebay store. I am active duty for the military and was called away for duty before I could get installed. Tried to have installed and found out the rim was warped. The time was 6 days past their return date. No response from their ebay store after months of attempts and store says i m out of luck. Would not buy another thing from this business, especially their ebay store. They do not stand behind what they sell

I wouldnt deal with them again.. they said my motor was a perfect match. but I had to change clutch to flex plate and the clutch was beat up.. had to change wiring harness had to replace oil filter housing due to a hole in it.. the motor they sent was not the motor advertised.. now having to replace timing chain on the motor.. the sale pitch was nice but I would never spend one cent at this place again.

I purchased the GS Air Intake for my WRX via Facebook Marketplace. It was missing a piece to it. So to offset the cost they didn t charge me shipping for it. Very fair. Fair to great pricing Very honest folks to do business with and will do so in the future if I needed.

Excellent communication, reasonable pricing, impeccable packaging, amazing customer service (thank you again Olivia!) Found a very large and very fragile part for my car that I had been searching for for some time, called and was connected with Olivia. She assisted every step of the way, providing additional pictures and all the information I needed to make sure everything would fit. All the pieces were packaged and safely delivered to me across the country! What could have been a very complicated process was made easy, thanks again!

Very shady and dishonest people. When you try to tell them an exact part number for what you need, they assure you they don't need it. Then they charge you for the part, and when they are wrong, YOU have to pay for THEIR mistake. Unless you want to give them your hard earned money and get nothing in return, don't go here.

I dealt with a man named Jack. He was amazing and patient with me. We needed a motor for our powered passenger seat. They sold us the entire seat for less than the part I needed would cost from the dealer. But it was the wrong model no worries tho. I was issued a refund with no problems and Jack helped me get the correct one I needed. These guys are informative, patient, cheap, fast, reliable. Just the best.

Morris Rose Auto parts has access to parts,switches,controller pieces , doors..etc. I would give them a 4.5 Star rating...they usually will ha e or can it your parts if available to them. As , well they have an Ebay sales spot.

Super fast and friendly service. My part shipped same day and was in my hands a few days after. I ended up ordering a part that didn t fix my problem (the part worked great but wasn t the issue). I called them and they processed my refund quickly. I highly recommend them!!!

I drove 2 1/2 hours each way yesterday! Well worth the drive! I picked up a couple doors which look like new doors. Jack gave me a great deal! Thank you Jack! I would not hesitate to make the drive again for needed parts. Place is very clean and professional!

I purchased a rim for my car from Morris Rose. As my car was disabled due to needing the replacement rim, time was of the utmost importance. However, a mistake was made that delayed my rim from arriving in time. I addressed the issue with Ms Olivia and I was provided with a refund on my purchase. Mistakes happen and sometimes during inopportune moments. Admitting the mistake and providing a refund of the purchase was "good business", and it helped offset my costs. The rim arrived in as advertised condition. Despite the mishap, I wouldn't hesitate to contact Ms Olivia to make another purchase. When you've made an upset customer happy, you've earned their trust and ensured repeat business.

Spencer at the E. Michigan Rd location was incredibly helpful in finding a replacement hubcap for my F250. He took the time to not only find the part, but to send a picture of the part to ensure that it was correct. Even though it wasn t a large purchase, it was great to experience actual customer service, which is so rare these days. I ll be back and make sure to refer just because of this experience. I called looking for a headlamp assembly for a older car, they didn't have one in stock but said they could order it and it'd be here in a couple days. When it came in they called me and let me know that it was there they said that it was a little bit foggy so they were going to try to buff it out before I came to pick it up. When I picked it up it looked great better than my other headlamp assembly, lol! Great experience, friendly people!

Olivia was a great sales rep, and the engine came well packaged. I was impressed with their service for sure. I bought the extra 3 year warranty as well which covers engine and labor. I haven t had to use it, but I m confident they ll continue to be very professional in their service.
