My first experience with Monroe was an excellent one. They got my car in right away and completely fixed and just a couple of hours on a holiday! The service was excellent. The price was good and I felt complete confidence in the work

Had my brakes repaired - front and rear brake pads replaced as well as rear rotors. Price was fair at about $800 and they were able to accommodate a same day appointment, on a Saturday. The staff was friendly and had the work wrapped up in a couple of hours.

I thought my battery wasn't properly connected, so I stopped here to ask someone to check it for me. An employee checked it and it was fine, but then my car wouldn't start! The same employee tried to jump start my car, but that didn't work. They offered to keep my car so they could diagnose the problem. Turns out I needed a new starter. They replaced it for me quicky and at a reasonable price. THANK YOU for your fast and friendly service!

My wife was traveling with two grandchildren from Michigan to Arizona when she experienced a tire low warning light on the dash. She stopped in to see if they could check the tire pressure, the only guy there said there was three ahead of her. He wouldn't take a minute to even check it. This was on a Sunday and no other tire shop around. Poor customer service!

They say 160 for brakes on their website with a free expections, but they won t give you a piece of paper saying what s wrong 536 for front or like 1200 for all for I work at a pizza place it s rough out here I thought this place was like a family neighborhood shop

Very unprofessional and rude. Scheduled an appointment online for an alignment at 6pm, showed up at 5:55pm. The unkempt man at the front desk refused to do the work cause nobody was there . They close at 7pm. Terrible place to do business with, would not recommend.

I needed brakes bad and I was able to get a same day appointment. Was greeted warmly and by name. I stayed while they worked on my car and got it done and on the road within a few hours.

Went in to get my muffler fixed and they was able to get it done in less than a half hour. They was very nice and explained everything to me that needed to be done.

I don't think I will be taking my car anywhere else as long as they can do the work on it here. They were very professional very fast they told me exactly what needed to be done and what could wait. I 100% recommend this location.

I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality work. I was recommended by a friend who went with a relatively unique exhaust problem, which they fixed quickly, relatively inexpensively, and with high quality.I had issues with an engine sensor. I brought it in on a weekend and had my vehicle available to me by Monday morning. They also changed my oil. I am very satisfied with their work thus far, and will continue to utilize their services in the future.Update: Continued excellent service with Monro months later. Brake work was done quickly and well done. They did their best to make sure the price was reasonable too. Overall, very satisfied.Further update: years in, continued 5 service all around.

There we were driving along and suddenly our truck quit stopping. Turns out, that s a pretty important feature to have on a vehicle. We look over and we were right here by this brake shop. Some angels or something supernatural got us into the lot and stopped. They fixed our truck the same day which is awesome, and did a great job. The truck stops as it should now.

Highly recommend partnering with Andrew and his team to have your vehicle taken care of! Great service, and it s a perk to be able to make an appointment after 5 PM (9/19/2019).Came back on 9/26/2019 to have my engine serviced, and Andrew noted that a few things were wrong inside the car (engine, spark plugs, etc.). The work in total would have been over $900, but Andrew was kind enough to work with me to have it discounted heavily. I truly cannot say enough about the level of service I have received here, and won t be going anywhere but here for all future needs. Very happy!

Called for an oil change, no appt needed. Much to my surprise they were able to get me right in and right out! Jonathan was excellent, very thorough, knowledgeable, direct and polite as well. He didn't try to up sell me on unwanted services or products, which I appreciated very much. An overall great experience at a reasonable price. I'll definitely come here for my oil changes.

Walked in needing a oil change and didn t have an appointment, Jonathan was more than accommodating. The level of great customer service and his friendly personality was refreshing. Honest pricing; I was in and out in less than a hour.I d highly recommend them for your car service needs.

Paid them over $160 to charge my AC with dye because Larry was totally sure I had leak just from how I described the problem. They never actually tested or looked at the car before going ahead with that and taking my money. The charge did nothing, indicating the problem was not a leak. THEN Gary actually drove the car and quickly diagnosed that it was a bad compressor. So I'm out the money I paid them and then they quoted the repairs 20% higher than 2 other places I called. Due to carelessness and not properly initially inspecting/testing/diagnosing the problem, I wasted over $160 and my time on nothing.

Had a full synthetic oil change 2021 KIA. Walked in and told they d have it done ASAP. Great! Well they did it so fast they didn t put the drain plug back in properly! SoI had an oil leak. Good thing it was found before major damage was done. I wouldn t recommend going here!

Excellent service! Honest and friendly service with a smile. I had my Subaru serviced for way less than the Dealership offer. They found the problem and saved me approximately $900 from my dealership offer! Thank you very much Gentleman! Keep it honest and keep up the Great work!

Took my car in April 7 2023 my car was working so good and the only thing I had a problem with is a ticking noise but that was it .I have a Kia optima 2015 . I just purchase this car in 2019 brand new What ever they did to my car when working on it they blew my engine out not I don t have a car to use and I will never recommend anyone to go to they re shop it so much more to what happens but I highly disappointed

Today I needed an oil change after going on a big trip, I don t live in the area and didn t have an appointment. I walked in to Monro and The staff worked easily around my schedule. Jonathan was incredibly welcoming and helpful with my situation. Got the oil change done in less than an hour working around his own schedule. Awesome energy there too!

Mike and his team have been great to me on multiple occasions. They work hard to fit you into the schedule and get you back on the road. They offer prices for their repairs and seem to do quality work. Mike and his team are always extremely friendly which goes a long way. Especially appreciated the time I was in and they were all singing along to Disney tunes. They are my go to when I need emergency work done!

From my experience with car shops, I tend to be a bit wary when I need work done. However, so far I have been really impressed with the courteousness and great customer service of all the staff and how I have watched them treat all of their employees. They also did a great job of answering my questions about my car in a helpful and easy-to-understand way. I had a super old 1996 Lumina, and they were super honest with me about what was worth putting money into and what wasn't to keep in on the road. One of the staff members even gave me a ride home when my car wasn't drivable--really going above and beyond. Thanks Monro staff!

Took my car in there after receiving a super high quote on an alignment fix at a different shop. They quoted me basically half of what the other shop was going to charge! Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable. I can definitely appreciate when a shop will tell you what you need replaced, why, and what you can wait on, and had a quick turnaround. I will definitely go back!

The store was nice and comfortable while waiting for the job to be finished. All of the employees were helpful, insightful, and friendly. The prices are very fair, much better than other (mostly drive through) places and they do not make you feel obligated to do a bunch more things to your car. Definitely recommend! They also send coupons in the mail which are really nice.

We have taken our vehicles to the location at Gull and Riverview for years and they always give us amazing service at good prices. Mike went above and beyond the last time when he stayed late so we could pick up our jeep the same day. We had an appointment early the next morning, so it was a real life saver. Thank you!

I traveled to Kalamazoo almost 500 miles from home. Had vehicle trouble along the way. Called Monro after finding them on Google as the closest shop to my whereabouts. They got me in without an appointment. Had parts delivered THAT DAY (within a half hour to be exact) - fixed my vehicle, and had me back on the road in an exceptional time and very affordable cost. Every employee there was in a positive mood, and made the place feel very inviting. Definitely recommend! Thanks again for your prompt and friendly service!!

Had an issue with my brakes. Monroe gave me an amazingly priced quote to fix, and offered a free inspection as well. I opted to have the additional work done at a later time, however it was nicely of them to do a one over on the car now it's getting older. I also recieved no gruff for deciding to fix these smaller issues on my own time.Mike at the front desk was most accommodating to my rescheduling needs, and the shop had my car diagnosed and fixed in two days as a walk in appointment.Fast, professional, and affordable. Time will tell how well the repair/replacement of my brake lines was done. So far I'm happy to say I've found my new local brake shop, it's hard to find a place that makes you feel like they care about your car, not just your wallet. Especially after moving.The oil/filter change special is a steal too! I'd definitely recommend Monroe on riverview to anyone in the area.
